Very nice boutique hotel with 11 well appointed rooms with balconies and clean modern toilets with ample parking nearby. A cousin had booked the entire place to house guests for a wedding. Didn't see their other facilities though they do have a dining room and conference room

Friendly polite staff. Excellent simple food. Clean and spacious rooms, well equipped bathroom and clean, hot water, laundry service and all. Great location, medicine shop, supermarket, bakery and convenience store all next door. WiFi works, all in all a great place if you are in Delhi for a few days.

We stayed here for 1 day with family including kids in Delux and Super Delux room. It was really a pleasant staying here. Food was also good and service is also quick and appealing. Staff was quite supportive and prompt at Service. Mr. Sunil (Manager) is very professional and coordinated well since I contacted him for booking. Rooms are very clean and toilets are also kept clean and well maintained. It feels safe also as it's gated and guard is sitting there all the time. Just one of suggestion as that would make overall experience perfect: - Breakfast served with room stay should have 2-3 more options to add to have some variety. Curd and butter with plain toast (bread) & Jam should also be there essentially as kids would prefer and love it. Overall good experience staying there and would highly recommend it to others also who are looking good options to stay with all modern amenities nearly in budget. Thanks.

Fantastic Service. Manager Manoj is well behaved. The Room boys from the corner of our country are very educated and well behaved. And Kitchen food was excellent.

It's a nice hotel nearest to ILBS hospital. Majority of persons who stay are from ILBS. Rooms are good service is good cleanliness is good but price is little bit high. Other than that everything is worth it.

This property is located in the very good residential area with calm atmosphere and greenery all over. The ILBS hopsital is at walking distance from this location. This hotel provides hygienic and home taste like huge breakfast buffet in the morning which is inclusive of room rent. The cook prepares tasty foods which you can order from the menu provided. The rooms and washroom are clean. Mr. Laltu takes extra for cleaniness and always available when guests need him. The managers (Mr. Sunil and Mr. Shiv) are very cordial and helpful. I had a very pleasant stay in this property and wish them to grow and maintain such a nice guest friendly environment. Will recommend this property to everyone. Regards!!

A wonderful place to stay if you are looking to stay anywhere close to Qutub Minar or in a vicinity of 10km from Airport. Rooms are so neat and clean. Staff there are so polite and helpful. Food from their AND Kitchen is delicious. Also they provide free luggage Storage room if you are checking out in the morning but you don't want to take your luggage with you while exploring Delhi.

My stay was excellent and services and the behaviour of the staff members Mr. Shiv and Mr. Sunil were very co operative. And COVID protocols were also followed and the house keeping department also were maintaining the rooms very nicely.

After a long motorbike motorbike we reachrd Delhi and called up the hotel. We were reassured by a friendly receptionist that our bike will have 24hr security. We reached the hotel and were greeted by the warmest and most accommodating receptionist's, rahul and sunil. The room exceeded our expectations for the cost.immaculate room, with all ammendmants, truly a hot shower, super comfy beds and incredibly Fresh and well portioned foods! This hotel is in a very safe and secure area, boutique buildings with a European touch. Thank you sunil and rahul for Making our stay so comfortable and homey!

I stayed at AB for close to a month and was impressed by the premium hospitality offered by the team. Rahul(manager) and supports team consisting of Pawan, Laltu and Ajay all were very supportive and extended full cooperation. It was akin to home away from home experience for me. I would sincerely recommend to try and stay here if one is looking for a comfortable stay with good food in Delhi region.
