Close to shopping and market but the rooms are okay. We had 2 rooms and the shower didn't work in one of the rooms. The front desk staff is not professional at all. Make sure you see the price list of any of the services you use before actually ordering it. For example, they will quote one price for laundry over the phone and charge you 3 times over at the checkout time and argue till death. Ask for clean towels, or to clean the room else they will not do either. It is a small inn and not being called a hotel. I would rate this as a low budget inn.

The view around the hotel is good. The room service of hotel and their hospitality is good. Location of the hotel is at a good place that we can easily find it and also near metro station. If you are came to delhi then you can book that hotel.

Great location, good service. Quiet and very friendly staff. Overwashed towels as they are super rough, height of the bed is less for someone over 5.7 inches tall, it's quite difficult to sleep at night. We shared twin room. I had no issue as I am 5.7 but my friend suffered due to this. The breadth is also very less compared to the normal ones. The hotel management needs to look at these requests. We had also complained about water logging in the shower area twice but no one came to inspect or repair. Breakfast is good and WiFi is good.

Nice hotel, supportive staff, great breakfast. The room was clean so was the washroom. Person at the front desk was well mannered and very supportive. Ideally located with excellent connectivity options. A metro station is not far away. The area is less congested compared to other parts of the city. Some good fast food outlets in the vicinity. Highly recommended..

Overall a good hotel to stay. Rooms were spacious and cozy. Cleanliness was a bit issue. Air Conditioners in most of the rooms were old. In my room the Air Conditioner was not having Swing Wings. Shower in bathroom was bit clogged so the Shower Sprayed water all over the bathroom. Room Service and food is good. Staff was courties and polite. Location of hotel is very much in the market place. Commuting nearby areas is easy and affordable.

Room was not clean and the bedsheets, towels were having stains. This hotel should be rated as a 1 star hotel. Even a 1000 rs oyo room is much better than this.

I stayed in a 2 bed room. The showerhead was caked with residue and barely functioned. The air conditioner didn't turn on. I asked them to fix while I was out and they didn't give any indication that I would have to leave my room key with them for them to come into my room until I was ready to check out. The only way I got the air-conditioning fixed was by repeatedly asking the front desk to look at it. They also never took a look at the showerhead. In addition, the beds felt like a giant piece of plywood, and the blankets and pillows were stained. However, this place was very close to the kalkaji market and is located right on the circle, though it is hard to see when driving. There are also stray dogs everywhere that will bark all night at the drop of a hat, so you have to be wary.

Just wanted to ask if you were still open? Someone saw a sign that the hotel was closed since 21-3- 2020. Hope to hear from you soon.

They do not like it if you've booked the room online because then they are forced to give up their rooms for less money than they actually want to charge you. So they have devised a corrupt method so that they can charge you 500 - 1000 in addition to the price you've already paid for the rooms through online booking. The manager was rude and non cooperative. Save yourself the trouble of staying in this hotel. P.s. : Food is a bit overpriced.

A very nice stay experience. The staff is extra nice. The manager, front desk, all staff in kitchen, room service and the gateman. Every one of them was very friendly and helpful. I do not remember names of all of them, mohitosh, ashutosh, ravi (i think) are few of them. Had a very nice stay. Nice breakfast and dinner. Can't comment about costs as it was paid for by someone else, but quality was really nice. Homely. Rooms are cozy, clean and good for family amd business stay.

A decent place to stay in the heart of South Delhi, on the busy street of Kalkaji. The landmark is the Vodafone store on Kalkaji main road at the second circle. The entrance of the hotel is on the back side of the vodafone store though. I stayed at the third floor, room no. 302. The room is not big, but decent with the basic amenities - a bed, a centre table with two single sofas, one small table with a revolving chair for the working on your laptop. There was a TV, a small refrigerator and electric kettle for that occasional tea or coffee, which one may need while working late. All in the working condition. The toilet was clean and functioning, only issue being the water pressure in the shower, which was low most of the time, having said that I did not find problem with the wash basin or other taps in the washroom. The hotel provide hand wash soap and soap/shampoo for bathing, but they are available in separate dispensers, one may need to call the room service to fill them up, if need be so. I had to do that, the staff may not be prompt / proactive for those support. The hotel does not have a restaurant but the room service is prompt. The breakfast was included in my deal (I guess Treebo offers breakfast always), choices however, is limited - one gets Puri-Bhaji, Alu paratha with dahi and pickle, or bread, tea /coffe etc... One can also order boiled eggs/omelette - omelette is as per the preference, they prepare it accordingly. For Lunch/Dinner one can order from the a-la-carte menu. I ordered Chicken fried rice a couple of times as a dinner option. Food taste is decent and service is prompt. Staffs are mostly courteous. For breakfast I particularly liked the Alu sabji, which they used to serve with Puri. In case one does not want to eat at the hotel, there are plenty of options available at short distance from the hotel, so no problem there. Overall a decent experience given the price, and a VFM place for stay in Delhi.... I would not mind going back to them again. Thanks.
