The staff at this particular branch is pathetic. They don’t know anything about the product placement and sectioning. The staff at the billing as well as the gift packing station is so rude (the male staff in particular). They won’t even listen to your request and continue with their own chit chat and gossiping. Had a pathetic exp there today. It’s sad that such a huge brand can’t even afford a good workforce.

A bit disappointed with the quality of the stuff they sell. Once the warranty period of 1 year expires, they take no responsibility for the furniture and do not even get repairs done on chargeable basis. One would expect furniture like dining tables and sofas to have better life than atleast 1 year, but it seems all products have been sourced from China to keep costs low, with the resultant quality also poor. Prices are certainly competitive but no point in paying low prices for goods which will anyways have to be replaced quickly. Only shop if you like to keep refreshing your furniture time and again
