Took my father here for an exotic chai treat today. Enough parking is available and the cafe is cute and welcoming. Recommended!

A must go place for the Chai lovers. Place for people who are looking for change from coffee cafe or juice/smoothies shops. They serve variety of teas with option of customization. If you happen to like one you can buy that tea packet over the counter. Place is well lit and neat. Staff is nice as well.

This Wagh Bakri Tea lounge is situated in Cp Outer circle L block before haldirams. The outlet interiors are very nice and you will feel good once you enter the premises. Staff is welcoming and polite. I have ordered one masala chai which they serve with Complimentary Bhakri which is sort of a papad . The chai was tasty and presentation was really good. The chai costed me Rs. 125 including taxes. They have lots of varieties available in Tea, Iced Tea, Green Tea, Coffee and some mocktails as well. In food they have sandwich, pakodas, and in deserts they have eggless cakes and muffins. Their service is prompt and outlet cleanliness is to notch. Overall a very satisfactory experience and I am sure chai lovers will find this place amazing 🤩.

Looking for a great Masala Tea? A wonderful setup(opens till 23:30) for anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable tea experience. Whether you're a tea aficionado, a cookie/cake lover, or simply looking for a comfortable spot to relax with your tea, this cafe has it all. ☕️ The staff is very friendly and always happy to serve you. The place is a little expensive but the overall experience was great. I'll definitely be returning to this place whenever I need a comforting retreat.

A good hangout or meeting place, though tea is really good but living in India and buying a masala tea for 100 bucks is not an Indian thing.

Good selection of snacks and beverages. Nice rendition of both classic teas and the Wagh Bakri classic. You can buy a range of Wagh Bakri products here as well. The ambience and atmosphere is great. A good thing is there is ample parking space (paid) right in front of the place.

Taste was the tea was Pathetic. Milk content was too less compared. Much better tea is served in their Gujarat branches. Khakhra too was moist and not crunchy.

Because its a tea lounge and specialised in teas only, so the tea has to be perfect but it was just okay. Tea wasn't that strong even after telling them in advance . Ambience was good and service was quick.

This is a wonderful cafe on the outer circle near Haldiram, to enjoy delicious Chai, Coffee or some fresh drinks with a variety of snacks and light foods. They have ample options in drinks, be it Tea, coffee, cold coffee or some fresh drinks. Pocket Friendly place with amazing service. Highly Recommended.

Greetings from Malaysia! My brother introduced me to Wagh Bakri while we were visiting India and this was my first experience at a WB tea lounge. Loved every bit of the experience. The masala tea was just heavenly but it did take a while before our drinks were served. The entire outlet is so cosy and we rested there for an hour before catching our train to Amritsar. Highly recommended!

Overpriced. Pathetic pakora quality & it was also stale. Tea consistency was so bad that a tapri chai would be rated over & above this overrated place.

This is the best place to come if you’re looking for quality Indian tea. I was looking for a good cup of Darjeeling tea and this place has it. I love that you can see and smell the different teas and select the one you want to try. I came here multiple times while in Connaught Place.

Very expensive as compared to the quality of tea. I tried tulsi tea and it was very bad. I tried some cookies also and each cookie was for 30rs but it was worthless . They need too much improvement because normal tea thelas serve better quality than this. I will not recommend anyone to visit this place.

Went to the Wagh bakri tea lounge couple of months back in the evening. That time the weather was hot. We took seats and the AC above us was non functional. On inquiring with the staff we were told it was not working. Being a small outlet and cluttered it was suffocating. We changed seats but again the AC was not throwing cool air. We still ordered for tea but it wasn’t good. Ac here also was defective. Eventually feeling claustrophobic we left the place They ddnt even serve us water The staff was talking as if helpless Not a good experience

Great Place for official meet ups and you get a Variety of Tea and Snacks here. You can order fresh tea and buy a variety of tea leaf in packaging and souvenirs, mugs etc. Must Visit for Tea Lovers. Super Friendly Staff. I rated 4 Stars because I am a frequent visitor to this Place and love being there everytime but have been seeing their Only Washroom 'Under Maintenance' since 4 Months and everytime you are advised it's closed for maintenance and you may visit at some other restaurants or the Public Washroom in the vicinity, which they also do (They have both Male and Female Staff) I was told by the Manager this time that, they are planning a renovation some time soon and it will be open after renovation but I find it absurd shutting a facility as basic as a Washroom for months... I am sure maintaining a 4 x 4 washroom wouldn't have taken this long!

No frills attached kinda perfect place to spend long time in budget. You can sit here for long, do your work, or read a book, or just relax while sipping your hot cup of tea. The staff is polite and helpful. There’s quite a vast range of teas available so are a decent variety of knick-knacks. While everything seems nice here the problem arises when your reverie is hit by nature’s call and you are told that the lounge doesn’t have a washroom. I mean it is unacceptable that a lounge will not have a washroom.

Well in the time of coffee cafe we found this place for chai lover and this is worth it they have many varieties of chai and ambience is really good and you can have conversation over chai there.

Worst masala tea. When shop is empty, one table to serve with 4 staff, it takes 20 mins to serve tea and thats too was really bad. If Wagh Bakri intends to build its brand using this retail chain then its best to close it. Who drinks tea here wont even buy their products, without these shops there is possibility.

The aesthetic and the vibe of this place is soul soothing. Nice place for a cup of tea. The menu offers a lot of exotic options and maybe some more on what each would entail would be a nice touch. All in all, great experience

My husband and I came here after the disappointing service at Cafe Coffee Day. We decided to share a rose almond thandai. It was delicious! On the sweeter side and the presentation was beautiful. I especially loved the clay cup. The decor is cute with so many types of teapots throughout the cafe. Service was good, too. The shop has dozens of types of teas. I'll return to get some tea to go next time.

Location - Situated in the outer circle, L Block. Parking - Enough parking right in front. Ambience - Ambience will give You a relaxed feeling. Good for meetings, working on laptop. Though the place can be better maintained. Prefer to sit on the 1st Floor. Tea & Food - Tea is definitely nice, enough options to choose from. Gujarati Khakrra is served complimentary with each tea. Food is average.

The worst ever tea, i guess the outside hawker teall stall is way more tastier than there tea. Plus the cleaning is a bit of concern there, i found a hair in my sandwich. So Be aware next time if you are going at this place, please look closely on your food.

Tea with khakra is Good here, this time it's was normal tea. I tried Masala tea , it was giving taste more of tea quantity and taste was sticking on tongue. Also their vada pav and club sandwich was over priced and taste just normal. Overall I have 3 ratings here because normally they serve best.

This used to be good place to have tea. Quality of tea has been reduced. You can sit and have discussion over tea and cofee, No music makes it easier to have good conversation

  • 5/5 Rohan A. 2 years ago on Google
good tea, good variety of edibles and everything we ordered were tasty. not something i can say for other eateries. Staff is very courteous. we were a big party and they quickly arranged the tables to seat us, and ensured the 50% seating/occupancy rule during this pandemic. visited again in 2 days and experience and food were equally good, again. would visit again.
