Mango
Kitchen
and
Bar
is
definitely
one
of
the
hidden
gems
in
Delhi
that
will
make
you
crave
and
come
back
for
more
to
them.
Located
on
the
quiet
corner
of
Aurbindo
Marg,
Hauz
Khas,
just
ahead
of
the
entrance
of
Hauz
Khas
village,
this
Restro
calmly
stands
class
apart
from
the
league.
The
Interiors
and
especially
the
Rooftop
have
been
tastefully
done
to
make
you
sip
and
indulge
in
best
Chef
Curated
menu
that
will
blow
your
taste
buds.
I
was
their
in
group
of
four
for
an
official
meeting
and
we
sat
on
the
rooftop
for
the
privacy
and
some
spring
air
in
the
evening.
It
is
a
beautiful
rooftop
with
a
glance
of
village
from
the
top.
The
wooden
Cabana
seating
for
small
and
big
groups
was
comfortable
with
a
Centered
round
bar
with
A
Rustic
Metallic
Palm
tree
in
the
center.
We
quickly
ordered
for
some
Drinks
and
Starters
and
pursue
our
business
discussions.
I
loved
their
"Drunken
Angel"
cocktail
that
looked
so
Angelic,
but
make
you
high,
yet
steady
on
floor.
Later,
I
ordered
Guava
Marry,
which
has
this
smoky
taste
with
chilli
salt
brim
and
replicates
Bloody
Mary.
Loved
both
of
my
drinks.
In
the
Starters,
we
ordered
their:
Blue
Cheese
Chicken
Tikka
&
Old
Delhi
style
ย Chicken
Malai
Tikka:
Awesome
presentation,
both
the
dishes
were
presented
on
A
Small
Barbeque
Skewered
Dish
with
Masala
Kulcha,
Dips
and
Potato
wedges
along.
The
taste
was
pretty
good,
just
like
old
Delhi
styled,
with
a
touch
of
modernity
and
innovation.
Chicken
was
soft,
juicy,
and
Chargrilled.
Chicken
Tacos
with
Guacamole:
This
was
a
superb
bite
size
Soft
tacos
and
filled
in
with
delicious
chicken
and
greens
filling.
It
had
a
crunch
and
at
the
same
time
it
was
juicy
and
delicious.
Served
with
one
of
the
best
Gucamole
I
had
ever
tasted
before.
Pok
Choy
Chicken
Dimsums:
Again
A
Beautiful
dish
steamed
to
PERFECTION.
The
inner
chicken
chives
filling
was
delicious
and
dip
served
along
was
yum
too.
We
weren't
in
the
mood
of
filling
mains,
so
rather
added
filling
Appetizers
only.
Starting
with
Chicken
Fajita
Quesidilla:
Tortillas
stuffed
with
sauted
chicken
and
melted
cheese
served
with
splash
of
Sour
cream,
scallops,
cherry
tomatoes,
microgreens
and
a
smoky
salsa
dip.
Loved
the
presentation
and
sour
cream
and
that
salsa
was
lickable.
I
requested
for
extra
Salsa,
which
was
superb.
Calcutta
style
mutton
cutlet:
I
have
never
been
to
Calcutta,
but
my
neighbor
have
made
me
taste
ย mutton
chops
many
times
and
this
dish
was
pure
love.
Crispy
mutton
cutlets
with
chops
that
were
moist
and
flavorful
from
inside.
Served
with
finger
licking
Djoin
mustard
and
garlic
aioli,
potato
wedges,
greens
and
radish
slice,
these
were
outstanding.
Pizza
Al
Fungi:
A
loaded
Mushroom
Napoleon
styled
thin
crust
family
size
pizza
that
had
perfect
balance
of
cheese,
sauce
and
mushroom
toppings.
It
was
nice,
light
and
filling
too.
Polla
Ala
Divola:
A
DISH
NOT
TO
BE
MISSED.
We
even
repeated
this
as
it
disappeared
in
minutes.
A
beautiful
succulent
barbeque
Chicken
Thigh
served
over
Butter
sauteed
veggies
on
a
bed
of
creamy
Mashed
potatoes
and
a
delicious
velvety
ย Rich
Tomato
sauce.
All
the
elements
combined
so
perfectly
along
that
it
felt
heavenly.
In
the
desserts,
we
tried
their
JD
Chocolate
Mousse
and
Mawa
Cheesecake.
Both
the
deserts
were
Sinful
and
sheer
Bliss.
The
chocolate
mousse
with
shredded
chocolate
and
torched
marshmallow
was
a
mouth
melt-in
dish.
The
Mawa
cheesecake
bursted
both
Indian
and
European
flavors
in
a
well
balanced
way.
It
was
a
delight.
Overall,
Mango
Kitchen
and
Bar
was
an
unexpectedly
Awesome
Dine
Out
that
maybe
ย is
located
on
a
quieter
location
the
Hauz
Khas
village,
but
their
hospitality,
ambience
and
food
is
unbeatable.
It
was
a
flawless
evening
grub
and
by
the
time
we
left,
it
was
LIT
under
Beautiful
started
sky
and
village
vibes.
Would
love
to
come
back
as
my
clients
were
happy
with
the
hospitality
and
food.
