I
usually
love
chilli's.
The
food
is
always
amazing
and
the
portion
is
great
as
well.
But
I
had
the
weirdest
experience
at
this
outlet
today.
Starting
with
ambience
and
seating
:
The
outlet
was
cramped
and
the
table
of
4
we
were
seated
at
was
way
too
small.
We
had
a
dish
and
drink
each
and
everything
barely
managed
to
Stay
on
the
table.
We
had
to
make
them
take
the
mugs
of
water
back
because
of
lack
of
space.
It
was
kinda
hot
as
well.
The
ground
floor
is
really
nice
but
the
first
floor
is
super
cramped
and
dim.
Staff
:
They
were
visibly
understaffed.
Although
they
were
polite
and
cooperative
but
had
way
too
many
customers
to
serve
and
it
took
them
forever
to
bring
us
water
that
we
asked
thrice
for.
Not
their
fault,
but
we
were
really
thirsty.
Food
:
The
most
underwhelming
part
of
the
whole
experience.
We
ordered
Margherita
Flatbread,
Grilled
Chicken
Shrimp
fajitas,
Chicken
quarter
and
Grilled
Chicken
with
creamy
jalapeño
sauce.
The
Flatbread
was
okayish.
Usually
cherry
tomatoes
are
used
but
they
just
put
in
a
bunch
of
regular
chopped
tomatoes.
Fajitas
were
really
underwhelming.
The
shrimps
were
still
fine
but
the
Chicken
was
super
bland.
Grilled
Chicken
with
creamy
jalapeño
sauce
was
really
good.
It
was
well
flavoured
and
perfectly
spicy.
I
am
especially,
extremely
disappointed
with
the
grilled
Chicken
quarter.
The
sauce
was
literally
watery
and
runny
unlike
how
it
is
thick
usually.
The
broccoli
was
super
tasteless
I
couldn't
eat
a
single
one
and
I'm
a
huge
broccoli
fan.
The
mashed
potatoes
were
lovely
as
usual
but
the
Chicken
was
average
at
best.
Huge
disappointment
this
time.
Drinks
:
We
got
Long
Island
iced
teas
which
were
1on1
free.
My
friends
seemed
to
love
them.
We
got
a
coke,
the
volume
was
great
for
the
price
if
I
compare
it
to
other
restaurants.
The
worst
of
them
all
Blue
pacifico.
The
drink
in
itself
wasn't
bad
I
won't
lie.
It
was
tangy
and
tasty
but
there
was
a
literal
hair
in
it.
The
staff
was
considerate
enough
to
get
us
a
new
one
immediately
but
that
absolutely
ruined
my
appetite.
I
have
been
visiting
different
outlets
of
chilli's
for
quite
a
while
now
and
have
even
recommended
people.
Every
rupee
that
we
spend
anywhere
is
hard
earned
and
its
a
shame
when
we
spend
big
bucks
on
restaurants
and
experience
such
disappointment.
I
had
high
expectations
from
this
outlet
as
I
have
been
here
a
few
times
over
the
years
as
well
but
today's
overall
experience
kind
of
ruined
it
for
me
and
if
have
to
reconsider
before
visiting
again.
