Recently I have organized my son's birthday at this hotel. This was most horrible and troublesome experience ever I had with any hotel. Hotel staff were not trained , they did not know how to treat guests. They were snatching and stealing food and liquor from guests. They manhandled many of guests. They removed unused and counted plates from table and later brought back after additional payments. They were stealing liquor from bar and get caught. They did not provide cctv footage otherwise they could have easily exposed. Hotel manager could not communicate in English. They had huge gap between commitment and delivery. They don't have any accountability towards customer. After spending more than 10 plus lacs , I did not get even basic committed stuff.

Always it is our first preference when it comes to go for an outing or any experience. It's awesome food. Location is perfect. And the ambience is also very good. My child love this hotel. Hospitality is very good. It's very quick service. Thanks

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Special kudos to the staff for their outgoing and helpful attitude. During my stay, I felt well looked-after. Everyone on the team was ready with a smile, a cheerful greeting, and an offer of assistance. The property is impressive, lovely and well-maintained. My room was well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. The down pillows and comforter on the king-size bed provided a luxurious night’s sleep. The gym is well-equipped. There’s also a swimming pool and a spa. Specially thanks to housekeeping team Virendra who will take care of my stay ..

Everything was just perfect. The staff is incredibly helpful and I had a great experience with Aanshika and Chandresh. The breakfast is very rich and has options for all tastes . The hotel is well located and there is a shopping mall across the street, 1 minute walk.

I was here for one my events, just a day long affair. This place is about 70 mins from Delhi Airport in a satellite town called Noida. Centrally located and bear couple of shopping malls and market. Used the banquet hall for the same. Excellent service and we'll maintained. Had lunch at Chinese restaurant of the hotel. Absolutely enjoyed the food and service.

I came here for attend event and I just loved it. All the arrangements we're done so nicely. Services was prompt.food was delicious and tasty. Will surely come back and stay with friends. Thank you for lovely experience.

Radisson is full of state-of-the-art facilities.I enjoyed thoroughly.Staff is very polite as well as helpful.Definitely recommend everyone to visit here atleast once!!

The lobby & the Buffet area were superb. Though I had a couple of bad experiences. The steward served us the Food Bill WHILE we were still in the middle of our Lunch. Secondly, the steward in the Eastern Restaurant refused us a place in the corner which supposedly was for 7 persons. The place was anyway vacant & was near closing hours. Though I thank the staff to let us sit by the pool side for lunch.

Red a place one must visit... Chinese food is just too good.... The fish we ordered last time was just tooo soft and melts in your mouth... And the prawns are to die for... For vegetarians. Lotus stem dish is a must

We went swimming here in May 2022. For one session, they charged INR 1433. The membership for a month costs INR 17,000. The pool is outdoors and overall shallow, a little less than five feet at the deep end, which is suitable for a hotel setting. The pool and wet area were clean and well maintained, the service was courteous. Overall, a great experience!

I was here for a birthday party. Decent property by Radisson. Its in a prime location with several shopping malls nearby. Hotel's Interiors are awesome. Staff is cooperative. The food preparations were nice with lot of variety. Parking space is limited here, but you can opt for the valet parking any time.

I went for their Sunday brunch and was very dissapointed with their food quality. The buffet no longer has that charm. The salmon in the salad section had a strong fishy smell which left a bad taste on mouth. The mutton too had old goat smell and chewy. Not worth spending so much money on it

They provide great services, nice food and clean rooms. Room service is awesome, rest rooms are clean. Customer service team is also helpful and well trained. Love their services and they treat you well. Professional staff, convenient hotel and comfortable to stay with your friends or family. I was happy and satisfied during my stay and Love to visit again. Keep it up.

Decent property by Radisson. Interiors are awesome and tasteful. Food is just about good, nothing great to shout about excepy5 one or two dishes out of the entire spread. Staff is courteous and polite. Went to visit a friend and attend a conference and it's dinner party.

Looking into the variety of items served/available, the cost of buffet lunch is too high. Eg. Just 2 basic starters, just good enough main course items, and just basic pastries, sweets and standard cream for dessert. Expectations were much higher for a 5 star hotel.

Nice hotel with superb location, next to Sector 18 Market. Metro station at walkable distance itself. Staff is very nice and always ready to help (ofcourse hotel charge for everything), but still they deliver what they charge. There are many spots where you can get your picture clicked. Specially the coffee area (you need to spend minimum Rs. 600/person to use that area - its worthy). They are very careful for following COVID protocol in 2023 as well (that's a good thing). Didn't stayed there as was there only for the seminar. They have atleast 3 halls on ground floor itself for organising seminar, functions, events, etc. It's one stop hotel for everything...

Everything was good except the washroom toilet flush wasn't working the whole night, and wifi was not getting connected when I called reception, they said they would send someone but no one turned up. This was unexpected of this Hotel

The hotel was very nice with great service. The rooms were big and clean with a very royal feel from the 17th century. We had a business meeting in Nodia so the location was great but outside of that likely not a location for a tourist.

I visited this place after ages and it was a great experience! We just booked a table at their restaurant 'Made in India' for a birthday celebration. The food was exquisite. Absolutely delicious. If you're looking to celebrate something, I'll definitely recommend a dine out to this place.

Rare Eastern has perhaps one of the best Chinese food in NCR . The whole experience checks all the boxes Quality , presentation , service and last but not the least the portion size. We had vegetarian four course spread and loved it .

Quality of food is not good, Buffett costing 2999 + GST is not justified .Snacks only non veg is ok if served by waiter otherwise poor taste.

Traditionally decorated rooms. Hotel convenient for Noida office locations. Breakfast ok, not great. I did not get the king bedroom I had booked, but they offered me one if I upgraded to include breakfast. That is not 5 star service.

I went for dinner. We ordered dal makhani, mix veg, methi paneer etc along with some starters. Food was not up to my expectations. I found it to be very bland and none of the items stood out. Service was slow. I really struggled to get the attention of our server. Later the place was loaded and they kept us updated on the delay (I really appreciated that). The location is good. Entering and exiting is convenient. Not sure if you will experience any issues during traffic peak hours.

The staff was very polite and good, although good luck with them getting your order right. I went with a party of three, and we ordered a plate of pasta and a couple of plates of sandwiches. First of all I had asked for no tomato in my sandwich and told the server this repeatedly. Obviously, my sandwich had tomato. Second, we had ordered a grilled sandwich which should up to be ice cold, as if they had frozen it and just microwaved it a few seconds before sending out. Mind you that this was a Rs.900+ sandwich. Next, we had ordered a soup that turned out to be bland as water. Then, when they corrected our order, they brought the grilled sandwich in white bread, although we had ordered in brown. It is beyond me how can a restaurant charge Rs.900+ per dish for such poor quality of service. I repeat, the staff was very polite and friendly. They corrected all their mistakes but by then we had stuffed our stomachs full with snacks. If you want a complete dining experience, this isn't a place for you.

Very good spread in buffet .Was very impressed with the variety of food.Though was not very impressed with Covid safety measures.They should place sanitizer bottles on each table rather than just having it at the entrance.

Everything was excellent. I loved my stay here and could walk out to most things that I needed to attend. Hotel management allowed me to early check-in and late check-out. Staff was always ready to answer our questions and services was prompt. Hotel itself has great food options so you don't need to look outside for your stay.

This Radisson is royalty personified. A very easy to reach location. Staff is very warm, polite and courteous be it security, reception, dining or housekeeping. Rooms are spacious and well lit. Interiors ooze royalty. Their buffet breakfast is top class. Live orders also don't keep you waiting, their service is quick. Chefs are good, More vegetarian food dishes and items should be added to make it balanced. In room dining menu needs to be improved. More reasonable and affordable varieties should be added. Overall one will have a class stay.

We were here for a friend's wedding ceremony.. the arrangements and the staff were great. Though the parking space is limited here, but you can opt for the valet parking and they park in the multi-level parkings opposite to the hotel. The food preparations were nice and the venue was also lit.

It was a good one from outside and the ambience was also perfect. The hotel room was huge and it was a decent stay. The cuisine were amazing and the staffs were well behaved.

The buffet was great.food are fresh, many varieties. we all enjoyed the meal, the room was clean and comfortable, and there were fresh flowers. I am very picky when it comes to hotel choice and I have stayed at the best hotels in the US as I used to be in a travel job. This Radisson was One of my best stays ever. The decor, bed, shower, food - everything was perfect. Definitely 5 stars from me!

I haven't used the hotel for stay, I was there for a meeting so was at the lobby which is just fine but the coffee shop is great. TCB is great, both the ambience and food is good.

Heavenly staycation, everything is beyond perfection. I don't know how to explain in words and how brilliant services is there. The atmosphere o the hotel exquisite. Hotel has beautiful concept and different designs in the lobby and rooms. Here you will get to see the highest level of hospitality and services with all smiley faces and friendly environment. And they take care of you is just amazing. Everyone took good care of us through the stay. Ms. Ashmita asked if we ever needed anything and fulfilled our every small need.

Went for buffet dinner. Food was awesome. You can negotiate while booking if you are going via corporate. Staff was good. They have a very good variety. Restaurant is on ground floor. Right side of reception. Car park via vallet can take some time as they park outside.

Beautiful hotel and even better service. Bahadur Singh in particular made our experience truly amazing. His team had hand written notes as well as a bouquet of flowers. They also put together a beautiful swan from towels. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is an awesome property true to the brand name. Very conveniently location on the main road in Noida, the place offers great options to dine. We went for an evening corporate dinner. The spread was awesome. Service was super and the taste was unbeatable. I missed taking photos.

A beautiful property at the heart of Noidas Shopping and Business Center. It was a dinner party we attended. The lobby is a comfortable space, though felt a bit crowded being a Saturday evening. The restaurant lighting can be better- is overtly mood driven. The buffet was a mixed story - it was good in parts, but nothing that dazzled. Efficient service by the team overall.

2 weeks staying in this amazing hotel! This was my second time here and it's my first option in future. Food is really good and the chef Kaushik made my experience memorable. Also, I would like to mention Aamshika who was very kind during my check out. The hotel is located in front of a big mall where you can go for shopping anytime. 100%Recommendable experience!!!
