I stayed here in room no. 105 for a day and my experience was horrible. Firstly the pictures given on web sites are misleading and you couldn't find any match shown on web sites room snaps. Rooms are big enough for a family but very crummy and fetid. Wash rooms are very big which is again very crummy and fetid. Bath tub is placed in a wrong place and there is no way you can take shower standing on floor, To take shower you have to stand on a bath tub. Having said that, stuff behavior was good and breakfast was Average. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone although it seems to be pocket friendly. @Hotel management - A note for you, please work on your rooms and improve the quality of the room. Please do not mislead your customers like this. Nothing is good at your premises. Rooms are very poor. Lift doesn't seems to be working at times. Common corridors are very poor and the surrounding ambience is very very poor. Even your reception[1st impression for customer] seems to be 200/- per day hotel.

I would give them zero stars if i could! Such a disgusting place to stay. Really shaddy people, hotel is so dirty. Rooms are not clean and also broken walls. The hosts are very rude and charged us extra while checking out of hotel for no services. They won't give you real bills also!. I think if any good reviews are there then those are fake honestly.

Very bad experience .. hotel staff not friendly .big breakage in hotel roof. Celling gir jati hai .thanx to god hm wha sai 2 minute phle hi hatte the .. normal water ka bhi charge lete hai .. room change krte rho .jo room aap book kiye aapko nhi milta ..end of the story ..very bad experience ..never go again

This hotel is quite close to the station and has big rooms for affordable price. The staff is really helpful. I had a couple of hours for my train after my check out time and they were really cordial in letting me stay in my room for more than 2hrs after the check out time. The food quality is also great at really affordable prices. Bathroom is big and clean. This hotel should be on your list of affordable hotels near Delhi station.

NOT A FAMILY HOTEL AT ALL! The staff was very nice and welcoming. And i guess that was the only good part. On the contrary- Room, especially the bathroom was very dirty. I'd requested early breakfast at 6 am as i had a flight to catch and had to leave early. The helpdesk asked me to ring at 5:50am so that it could be arranged. When I Rang the helpdesk refused to provide any breakfast before 8 am. I had opted for breakfast included option and I felt so embarrassed in front of my family. My mom is diabetic and it was stressful not to have any breakfast on time. Secondly, the dinner at hotel was pathetic. They took 45 minutes to prepare food after the order was recieved inspite of that The Dahl Makkhani served was stale and smelling bad. Fortunately, we did not eat it otherwise it was good enough to get us into hospital. Really disappointing

It was an absolute fraud by this hotel, one of the pictures belong them. The hotel is quite opposite to what it's been shown. There were cockroaches, mosquitoes, rats in the room. Bath taps were leaking. And they have no alternate options. It's a big no for this hotel. You better sleep on road than book here!!!

It's a very very bad place to stay. We didn't even checkin after looking at the room. The pictures of the room are totally misleading. Please don't choose this hotel based on fake good reviews. And the fabhotels is also very rude . They didn't maintained the hotel and they didn't even returned the money we paid initially before checking in .

I guess we have savoured idli many times and we all know that it has be steamed well it should soft fluffy and easy to chew and digest here it was just the opposite 🤣🤣😏😏my children still laugh thinking 🤔 about the very thought of idli having in Delhi ... Please learn well before preparing something

It was an average stay . First thing I want to highlight that it is not a family hotel .But if you are a group of friends or colleagues. It will be fun for your all . The room I booked was not the one I got . It was clean and tidy . I booked the hotel with breakfast so I really liked the breakfast they served . One suggestion to the owner it would be great if you can lower down the food price coz it was quite costly .Overall it was okishh staying dere !

The hotel is very very dirty. It is absolutely not worth the price of 1500 per night. Max to max one should pay 500 per night that too even if it is very urgent and you have no place to stay. This place is unhygienic and unbearable. The staff is not at all supportive. The rooms are small and they smell a lot. Very very bad experience with this hotel. Fab hotels were a good chain before but now their quality has degraded. Worst place to stay.

Room was good but suffocation in Room so much, because no proper window setup or service disturbance so much or service charges at food so high charge higher rate at MRP 40 charge 81 by your service

Very worse Hotel. No maintainance done for years... Broken electric sockets, non working bathroom taps and accessories , Cockroaches running around all room and bed, every time you need hot water, have to tell staff to start geyser which is in your room. They dont respond for atleast 30 mins.. No place to hang a single cloth in room or bathroom.. cannot keep Towel also in bathroom. Our bathroom had windows which was accessable from their storeroom also.. on complaining, they just changed our room. No dustbin in rooms. No water coming to room in morning. Have to tell staff to start motor, and water comes after 45 mins of that. No power backup. We were in dark for 5 hrs from 8 pm to 2 am. No candles also with Hotel. Very worse staff.. If you complain from room in intercom, they just hang phone n keep quite. Had to come down every time 3 floors to fight with manager. Only thing he did was changed the room. I had to change 3 rooms in 5 days fir these reasons.

Hotel dirty and with rats! Worst hotel where we have stayed during our vacation in India! the bathroom was super dirty, tobacco smell in the room and even the bath towels had tobacco smell, we found a couple of rats in our room and the door from the room did not close properly. When we told reception about the rats, they didn't even apologize. They changed us to another room although it was also super dirty and smelling super bad. Initially we booked the room for 2 nights, but we left after the first night. Funny thing is that when we did the checkout and told the guys that we were leaving because of the dirt and the rats, they even tried to sell us a tour around the city.

Totally inexperienced and lost staff. Even for getting a watter bottle you will have to call thrice. Poor room amenities. Poor food quality. The whole restaurant staff is inexperienced and misbehaved. The bar had an ambience of a third class dance bar in Mumbai. Cheap girls going table to table.

Room was old some things did not work properly. Fir my room, the geyser did not work despite raising the same request to the reception. No staff was sent for assistance. Some lights were not working, the lock on the main door also was difficult to open. Despite these drawbacks food was good and at good price

Unhygienic place to stay. This hotel should consider having pest control as there are many smalls rats partying at the night. Please don't consider this hotel if you are traveling with family or business trips. Unhygienic bathrooms and there is no proper internet connections too. Personally not recommending to stay here.

First, we got a room which was small, dark and damp. The water flow in the bathroom was also very slow and the geyser was not working. However, the next day, after requesting, we were shifted to a comparatively better room. Although, it had an AC which was not working and it lacked a dressing table. The service was prompt and quick. The food was nice and homely. Overall, the stay was not fab but barely functional. The hotel is good but there are issues which need ironing.

Its was a short trip of few hours just to spend a night but the place is in nice location (crowded but you will get whatever required) and staff was as per the expectation of such 3 star hotel but the basic amenities,maintenance,cleanliness and other things were not upto the mark. Please don’t book this hotel at all. I have worst ever experience here. Rooms are very dirty, smells dirty from the lobby, they don’t here your request unless you tell them again and again, they switch off the AC when they see you go outside and every time you will have to request to turn it on when you come back, every morning you will have to request to turn the geyser on.

The rooms were pathetic. There were no side tables near the bed. There are no water bottles and when I ask the staff to provide me water they said, the water bottles are finished at the hotel and they are arranging water, but from morning till the evening, nobody provides me water to drink. All the staff members behaved like that they are unprofessional and they don't have any kind of formal training of hospitality. The interiors, aesthetics of the hotels are like you're entering in a slum. Reception Guy is quite rude and entitled when I get inside the hotel, It was 12 PM and it was the check-in time. The room was not ready so they asked me to wait at the restaurant, until my room get ready. I waited for 20 minutes and then I asked the guy (who was hanging around for sometime) is my room ready? he said, yes, it is ready, come with me. It was the worst experience.

Very bad service of some of the staff members, tasteless food. Crockroches in the room. Needed to say for each and everything , like please give towels, check this ,check that. We have to change our rooms,due to certain reasons like leakage in the washroom, slow water in the tap. Arguments .will never suggest this hotel to any of my friends or relatives. Next to the hotel there is massage parlour where call girls are seen all time.

Worst experience ever we had. Don’t go by the pictures shown on the websites. Dirty beds, messy floors, no towels, always call reception to switch on the hot water and in fact rats as well can be found. Smelly rooms and obviously not a family place. For sure, we will not visit this place and not recommend any one.

I swear there were bud bugs in my bed, like multiple of them. I had to ask the reception to give me another room, luckily that was not infested.

Overall a good stay. Staff is co-operative. They even guide you if you wish to roam in nearby places and how can you go about for the same.

Loved this hotel! Name the parameters and the hotel is 10/10 on everything that you can ask for. The location is good. The hotel is well built, the room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was not the typical bathrooms that we find in hotels, it was also very spacious and the shower section had glass walls around and a glass door, so as to separate it from the rest. There was storage available, huge window, and decent dressing table. The food was delicious! I tried chilli paneer and it was the best! Added to all this, the staff behavior was fantastic! They were always ready to listen and help, were really courteous and hospitable.

Third class service. Rooms bad smell. No clean room. Morning no hot water no tea. Bathrooms infra is not good. Don't consider next time.

Garbage is the word that comes to mind. It looks very seedy and in need for desperate repairs. There r problem with lights in the corridors, only one elevator is functioning with missing buttons . The room had chipped and chewed looking furniture. The fan was dirty and dropped black droppings on the bedsheets. The bathroom had problem with both the shower and the wash basin. The shower delivered tricking water and the wash basin was choked. No heed was given on raising these issues by the management. The cleanliness standard of the employees and cleaning staff for cleaning the room left much to be desired. The bed had a mattress which had lived way past its expiry and collapse under the weight making one wish to sleep on the floor if it wasn't dirty too. There is Air-conditioning and a fan that has 2 speeds. Air conditioning was the only thing working properly. There is a window but the view is as repulsive as the interiors of the hotel lobby. The dim lights in the rooms also helped in creating a morbid atmosphere

It was an amazing experience at the Hotel Fab White Clove.... Food menu is good, specially the Chana Masal is amazing and should be given a try ... Staff at the hotel is very cooperative and courteous....

A really good hotel in old Delhi staff were so good and helpful made us feel at home nothing was to much trouble for them asked to change room, done right away, food was great this was a really good place to stay.

This is the worst hotel I ever have stayed. Sufficient light is not there in the room. No windows are there. The room was very dirty and the staffs didn't bother to clean the room, they didn't even come to change the bed sheets. The washroom was also very dirty. The wifi was very poor and disconnected very often. There is an unisex saloon also in the basement of the hotel which is not visible from outside. Lastly they charged 12% GST from me without showing any GST number they even didn't provide me the receipt. I wont stay here again and wont recommend anyone. If you stay her it will be your choice.

Worst place to stay. Please don’t stay here. Not recommended for family. There was a rat in our room. Bed sheet not washed. AC and geyser was not working. Room smelt very bad. Staff were rude. No proper response from them when I asked for alternate bed sheets. They are money minded and kept on asking to pay the whole amount for the stay and did not do the service properly.

It was really a good place to stay, don't know how the previous reviews were so sceptical and hence was scared about the place initially after reading so many negative reviews. I stayed at the place today and everything was fine. They have a salon and bar too nice rooms and friendly staff. A little bit issue with the bath tub and hence giving it 4 star on rooms front.

My stay at The FabHotel White Kolve was excellent, the front desk as well as the bell boys were extremely helpful. It is very neat and clean, along with that the rooms are spacious and has free wifi services. The food served is also amazing and has varied range. It is also well connected to transit and is walking distance to the metro, auto and New Delhi Railway station. I would suggest this hotel to everyone as it is family friendly and a great stay!

They have very nice menager, very helpful who try to do best for the clients I was here two nights, just one month after reopen hotel after Covid. Room was ok, clean walls after painting, hot water, in bathroom. They have to care more about small things like clean mirror, and curtains after renovation. The dinner in restaurant was also very tasty.

Stay of our guest was great, They enjoyed here food at Resurgent, Breakfast was very testy, Our Guest also enjoyed, at BAR which is in Hotel only, and also they provide Unisex saloon in premises. one more plus point is its very close to R K ASHRAM metro station, Walking distance of 2 min. New Delhi station, Canaught Place also very close, Thank you very much TAM HOTEL WHITE KLOVE

Gloomy stay at room 103. Dark room, with no window and not ample amount of light, somehow ventilation was fine as AC was working. Regarding food: a simple tea costed 46 Rs for room service, and tea was served cold !! Food was good, but everything was somehow not worth it! Probably because room was dark. And hotel folks keep ringing the room, fir lunch order.. not sure who, probably hotel staff, knocked my door for 10 min at 11:48pm... I didn't open, so gals traveling alone, please take care 😎

Rooms are spacious and good, hotel building is under renovation, bathroom fittings needs replacement as they have worn out...service and staff are friendly. For avg 1500 per day, hotel rooms should be more better and good, present condition needs improvement... booked through fab customer support...

It was such a pathetic experience,the rooms were too old and lack of amenities and necessities. Bedsheets also dirty and there are lot of insects in room and there is no proper water supply. Bathroom has faulty bathroom fittings. There is no proper lighting in the room as well. Please try to avoid this hotel if you are willing to stay in paharganj area.

Just Okay Hotel, I have booked the suite room, that is equal or not more than to deluxe AC room. NO proper maintenance in hotel, No proper Tap connections, NO proper geyser (we need to ask them to Switch ON every time) - also water is not hearing properly too. Telephone is not working (need to call from mobile) Overall, This is just okay Hotel (Outside hotel is too crowded area and its terrible for few people) Hotel staff is good in response, but this does not serve out hotel stay in good manner. need good ambiance and good maintenance.
