Never stay in this hotel I went to stay in this hotel for reading reviews in Agoda and other website but in real this hotel is in very interior of the road and the place is scary. It is reasonable hotel in price wise but it is definitely not safe place and they don't provide proper water you need to run behind them for clean water even to brush your teeth water will be very dirty and they will say it's for a day and it will be fixed but they will never fix the problem. I am writing this after my experience it is one of worst hotels to stay

Worst experience. I stayed here for a couple of hours because of a delay in the train schedule. The rooms were very small, Dirty and smelly. They are not noise proof, Lots of noise coming from nearby rooms. Management is poor. I should have preferred the retiring room at the station itself. The location is also not easy to find. Not recommend.

If you are looking for budget hotel like 1200-1500 range then it's OK. Hot water available in the morning only that is also after request. Rooms and washrooms are maintained well. Reception is good. Ten minutes walk for RK ashram road metro. Nearby restaurant available.

Nice Decent Hotel with clean hygienic rooms and washroom if you get deal under 800 Rooms are not ventilated Service need to be improved they should have provide Cold water for drinking and slippers for washroom purpose which they don't arrange. Nice , friendly and helpful staff. Very Safe and secured hotel they don't allow any one without I'd document which is good for safety and security perspective

Called many hotels over phone to book a room as we (family of 3 with an 8 year old) had just completed a Trek in the Himalayas and we're travelling since 10:00 am and we're about to reach Delhi at 3:00 am to catch the rajdhani the same evening at 7:00pm. 3 Hotels agreed for an early check-in and early check-out and we chose Amar as it had the best reviews (the other 2 hotels were 11km away), but when we reached there after a continuous journey of 19hrs he said we need to take the room for 2 days... We were soo furious and angry we just walked out and luckily for us there was HOTEL CITY PALACE DX, right opposite Amar and he accomodated us and we will for ever be thankful.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was upgraded at the time of arrival. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

There were no towels provided, no bucket in bathroom even after asking for bucket they didn't provided one. Water leakage in the bathroom. The size of the room was so small that I can not open my bag in the room and walk simultaneously. Staff was not at all cooperative. Please avoid at any cost.

Rooms are small and smelly. Bedsheets have stains. Shower not working. Not Worth 1300/night.

I stayed for 2 days and the front desk was polite The only negative thing is I ordered my breakfast which they bought from a nearby street food stall and charged 4 times more

Congested area . Rooms are not cleaned even-if you ask to clean no one will come . Bathrooms are not cleaned . Early morning water problem you have to call and ask to switch on the motor.

Hotel is bit inside the gally. Gally needs to be cleaned in cooperation with other shops near by and local body. Need improve in servicing blankets during winter season.

The hotel is located in a crowded place of Paharganj. The rooms were quite good.

One of the wrost service I ever had experienced, I ordered jeera rice and seriously they deliver it in a paper plate, during checkout this burgers is asking me for cash, naver ever suggested by my side. At 10:30 pm they lock the hotel, you need to call 20 times and sout to get open the gate.

First things first, the hotel is good enough to visit, the only issue I faced was the closed room which doesn't suffocated, but my clothes were wet after 2 days (basic undergarments in winter), so that's the only con inside the hotel room, Meanwhile the staff is very good and supportive which you expect from any hotel you stay in and the hotel is truly a good place from inside (I couldn't take pics because I was too busy with my work but believe me it's truly a good place decorated by paintings). Then comes the price, the pricing was better online, I had issue with my name which was easily solved by communication. For food you could always order from the menu provided in your hotel room (I haven't tried them or asked what is the time duration for the service), also the local shops near the hotels are good to eat, if not then the MacD, Burger King and Domino's are near enough to order online and get them within half an hour (personally tried). Bottled water dispenser is always free to use in the stairs (b/w ground and 1st floor) or you could call "9" from the hotel telephone and ask them to bring that for you (it's free). The wifi is very fast and the sim network I and my sister are using were Vi and Airtel and they both provide good coverage there (in the hotel room too), so no worries even if traveling alone or with family. The last but the most important thing everyone was The location of the hotel, which is a bit off the main road and in an average locality because of nearby shops (Kabadiwala) but that only makes less safe for womens in night (can't predict the safe time) but as I myself and my sis walked down the streets around 9PM, that didn't made me or her feel unsafe, not even for one time, but that could change ( as in ; I won't suggest to roam freely at night only if you're a woman, apologies for the disappointment caused), I alone walked down the streets from New Delhi Railway station via Sang Trashan Marg and the shops were open and Delhi Police was patrolling around the corners so don't worry about that.

Staff were friendly and helpful..Good service.. Safe place. I stayed here 30 days.

1: staff good, neat and clean room, lift working, water facility. Ok 2: Door lock was broken, v small room, helper not available when was we need, No lobby, hotel entrance was duty, not cleaning.

The staff were very helpful and kind and the location of hotel was near public transportation and important sites. The room itself was mediocre and we had troubles with hot water. There was no lobby or restaurant in the hotel.

Cons: 1. No geyser and receptionist has to bring a bucket of hot water every time which leads to delay your schedule. 2. Bathroom is so small that you can barely move. 3. Wifi subscription got over. 4. They will turn of AC without any reason. 5. Rooms are very small. 6. They don't know how to clean the room. 7. No water in flush. Pros: 1. Good location and near to metro station. 2. Price is very reasonable. Hotel guys, just wake up and provide the basic amenities of hotel. Aur ye hotel bandh karke kisi aur hotel me so jao.

Water facility in tap was very poor as it was very dirty....and when i had ask to fix it, they told me that sir we are doing dinner (at 10:45 pm ) and told me to wait for 1 hr to take shower in night.....after that at 12 in night they turned down free wifi, and when i ask to fix it, they told me that their recharge has exhausted and they can't fix it.... All these things as a whole bring me to the conclusion that it is not as much as a gud hotel as their ratings suggested.... So its my advice that plz check and confirm all above things first from your side and only then book it.... Never ever come with family....it will be disaster.... Maltab ke koi or hotel dekh lo, 200/- extra de dena but itna to hak banta h yr...
