There was a hair in the cheese garlic bread which completely ruined my mood! They are charging so much but there’s no hygiene at all Completely disappointed

The cafe had a trendy and contemporary decor, with colorful walls adorned with quirky artwork and portraits. The seating arrangements were cozy, but due to the popularity of the place, it was a bit crowded, which contributed to the bustling atmosphere. The noise level was on the higher side, with the laughter and chatter of kids filling the air. The menu at The Big Chill Cafe offered a wide range of options, particularly appealing to younger palates. From burgers and pizzas to sandwiches and mocktails, there was something to suit every taste. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable, making it an attractive spot for families and groups of friends.

We recently dined at the big chill restaurant and were thoroughly impressed with the food. The flavors were authentic and expertly prepared, with fresh ingredients that really shone through in each dish. We especially loved the platter and salads, The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure our dining experience was enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious and authentic Italian cuisine.

The all time favorite! We ordered meat lover's pizza and tiramisu. One bite into the hot cheesy slice and it was heaven! Tiramisu had us begging for more. Super food, quick service.

Excellent place. This is a star attraction if you wish to indulge in awesome Italian food. Gave 4 stars in service as they are still adding service charge to the bill and will remove it on request. Please understand that customers love your food and will pay handsome tips. Be genuine and stop adding service charge, it will help you in the long run.

Big chill is an iconic cafe and a favourite of every Delhiite. It's located in the market. It has a good seating space of 2 floors. We ordered lasagna for a change but it was too cheesy and heavy and lacked on the sauce. We ordered a lamb burger which tasted amazing so go for it. And for dessert, we ordered a tiramisu and it was smooth, perfect sweetness and soft. Also we had a belgian chocolate shake which tastes heavenly. The prices are good, we overall paid for 4 items 2100rupees.

I used to order/ dine in mostly for the desert, this time got the opportunity to visit the Kailash colony outlet and to my surprise, this joint serves alcohol . Well we ordered LIIT and beer , followed by pizza veg roll and meat lovers pizza. The pizza was cheesy n right amount of toppings on it. We also had a banoffee pie, as always the best desert on big chill’s menu. I liked the outlet, the Saket one is in mall and it gets boring at times. Do visit.

Probably one of the best cafes in Delhi, menu is quite extensive with plenty of food options. They even serve alcohol in select outlets, service is quick and staff is quite friendly.

One of my favorite places to go when I want to have delicious Italian food. We had veggie pizza, chicken wings & cappuccino. It is a casual place to hang out with friends/family. Prices are on a higher end but definitely worth a try. Also known for their delectable in house desserts and shakes.

Remember visiting Big Chill with my best friend years back. Ordered Peri Peri Pasta, Cheese Garlic Bread and fries (with extra masala). Even today my order is the same. The taste, ambience and service never fails to get a smile on your face. Absolutely a must visit! Mississippi Mud Pie is to die for!

The chicken melts and the thick shakes are quite good. Everything here is fantastic including the theme of classic films.

This is my 2nd visit to Kailash Colony outlet. Food preparation is different than DLF outlet. But there is no compromise on quality. There is standard wait time of an hour so reach early to register yourself. Service is fast and staff is quite helpful. Everything is tasty so I wouldn't recommend anything specific. Also, this outlet serves Alcohol.

Amazing place to be, especially if you are searching for some lit cafe, which is cosy and vibrant. It is suitable for a group of friends, a couple or even a family. The food and service both are superb. In my most recent visit I tried their new dishes which are Risotto and strawberry cake. Both of them tastes amazing. The cake tasted fresh with pure ingredients. There was no artificial flavouring involved. And if you want to try non-vegetarian food, four four pizza and chicken ravioli, are my favourite. Overall it is amazing place to visit. ❤️❤️

This restaurant has always been about great food, a warm and retro movie poster theme ambience and good music. We've been going here for well over a decade now, but this time I felt a couple of dishes could have been better. The Veg. Lasagne is quite average and could do with a little more flavour and have a softer filling of veggies as well. The Biscoff Cheesecake also has slight room for improvement. The Four Seasons Pizza was really good, with a generous topping of veggies and had great flavour too. The Garlic Bread with Cheese was also pretty good and so was the Chicken Burger, although it seemed a bit overpriced. The Coleslaw accompaniment has huge room for improvement because it was low on flavour and very high on sugar; tasted more like a dessert! The Penne Mushrooms in Tomato Cream sauce was quite nice, but nothing to write home about. I prefer their Baked Canelloni any day because it is usually delightfully tangy, rich and simply bursts with flavour. One shortcoming that we noticed was that the cutlery holder had very few forks and spoons, as a result of which we had to call for constant replenishments. This is something that they should have proactively stocked up well in advance, knowing that we were a sizeable number at the table. The other thing that we didn't quite appreciate was that when we asked if they could get a small cake since we were there to celebrate an elderly relative's birthday, they quickly obliged by asking us to select a pastry slice from their showcase, but ended up charging us for it as well! That certainly didn't leave a good taste in our mouth because normally all restaurants give a complimentary cake, pastry or dessert to celebrate a special occasion. Although they brought candles as requested, the fact that we were charged for it didn't reflect great customer service at all. In the last four months, we've celebrated two birthdays in other premium restaurants where they happily brought us expensive cake slices/desserts without charging us a Rupee for it because they wanted to do their bit to make the occasion special. On the other hand, we were charged Rs.360 here for a celebratory slice of Cheesecake! In terms of space, this is one of the most spacious branches in the chain. However, since it has two floors and no elevator, those who have a problem ascending the stairs might find it a bit inconvenient to reach the first and second floor. There is no ground floor. Overall, the experience was a tad above average. A little bit of thoughtful customer service may have made all the difference.

Still thinking of all the food at Big Chill Cafe in Delhi! In frame the BEST and recommended by them: 1. Spaghetti Napoletana 2. Spinach and mushroom lasagne 3. Pizza rolls 4. Mississippi Mud pie PS: the bread bun served with the pastas was inhouse and one of the softest I've had! And we ordered for more

Me and my friend went for a late Sunday lunch. We ordered 131 fusilli with chicken and mushroom, 121 ravioli with cheese and potato wedges with tartar sauce. We also got a couple drinks as it is the the only Big chill that serves alcohol. We ordered a Long Island Ice Teq and a Watermelon Sangria. We loved everything. The food was just superb. The drinks were boozy and amazing. Totally worth going… multiple times.

A good place for trying Italian cuisines. The place maintains hygiene and the food has great taste

A Delhi classic - frequented regularly by the locals and is recommend as a must for Italian fare to those visiting. The selection is fantastic - the menu is great and every single items is yum but the section that remains unbeatable is the dessert section. Get the blueberry cheesecake, Mississippi mud pie or any of the ice creams. You won't regret it.

  • 4/5 Kanak S. 2 years ago on Google
The blueberry cheesecake was really awesome. Though the white sauce pasta had no toppings so was okay.

Food is good for delivery but they’re likely to forget your items. Ordered desserts and they didn’t bring it. Had to call two times for them to finally deliver it. Please note the pasta and lasagna were too good. But when you’re spending 1700 bucks on three items you expect faultless service. Also the caller doesn’t speak English. Frustrating experience. Should’ve called from another branch perhaps. Next time.

Ohh this one needs no introduction. It is famous for desserts and their Italian food. We always go for Mushroom penne white sauce pasta. Our favourite ❤️. This time we also tried their children burger, oh my my! It was super delicious, filling and juicy. Loved it. Banoffee pie is their forte, definitely go for it people.
