I consulted Dr Neha Sood for my Wife Alka Agrawal today at BLK- MAX. Sheer wastage of time. Highly mismanaged. Dr. Neha Sood had no time for patient. While we were sitting with her, three times her staff entered the room and every time she discussed with them for minimum five minutes. Once she also went out. Despite our repeatedly telling that we have no hearing issued, it is some pain, she referred us for audiometer test. Disappointing to say the least.

Dr Neha is truly a blessing as she take care of patients. I took my 1 year old daughter to her for hearing issue, I was really happy the way she made me relaxed by saying she is perfectly alright. Gems of the person❤️

Was rude for no reason. Also, I was asked to come earlier than the fixed time for appointment and still had to wait for an hour. I went to see her regarding something that I thought was a problem but apparently it was not. Good for me, yeah? If I was uninformed, she could have just informed and educated me nicely. Instead she talked as if I was a fool for not knowing it. Tbh, I was very much willing to learn better. I wasn’t going to review but I didn’t like our interaction and couldn’t get it out of my mind. Maybe she just had a bad morning but that wasn’t my fault.

Wow what a doctor! I visited blk for my hearing problem and doc neha sood mentioned on the prescription that no hearing loss according to the patient. If a patient didn't have a problem then why would he pay you visit with 2k fees? She didn't even correct her mistake instead she made me wait for 3 whole hours and behaved rudely. That was the last time I went to blk hospital.phew!
