We went there for golden triangle tour, but I became so skeptical about everything after I talked to them, then booked a one day Delhi tour just to give it a try. We supposed to get a tour guide with a car. Pros: The driver knew the addresses and locations Cons: 1- We didn't get the tour guide we paid for at all! We got a driver. He always dropped us somewhere and pointed out through the car window "GO THERE..." 2- language barrier. I don't expect flawless English but I do expect basic skills as a tour guide (read driver) 3- unnecessary and awkward conversations, which I told him several times, and tried to changed the topic, no success... 4- it was really hard to get in touch with him, had to call the manager's mobile to call the driver to pick us up. 5- we waited 1.5 hours in front of a shopping mall which he didn't show up 6- he forced us to go to some shops we didn't ask for. like a fake Dilli Haat shop, which was even reported as fake on Google maps! He stopped the car and repeatedly said "please go, you'll like it", in a friendly manner 6- last but not least, the manager, overcharged us, because he claimed we used him more than 7.5 hours, which he didn't mention it at all. Not good...!

Very bad experience I am extremely disappointed with your service i have booked from ur company from Banglore to Delhi flight and Car to Chandigarh , we haved planned Chandigarh city,Manali,near by places, we haved vehicle with A/C and ur company as sended me inovva crista, but the thing is ur driver behaviour was totally bad, he not even switched on the AC also, and we have payed 90% amount and remaining we haved to pay after the ride, our package was yet to be remaining 3 days, ur driving is asking the Balance amt on the way, this is not acceptable, and service is soo bad, very bad experience

I booked rajasthan tour package for 16 days in # north India travel company. My first day tour starts from Delhi to Agra and jaipur and then to whole of rajasthan. The driver name was manish. who was chatting in a highly professional manner. Hindi and English will be good in both languages I liked the behavior of the driver. Driver pickup me at the perfectb time and location.I hope in future once again enjoy with north India The car transmitted by north India was in totally new condition that me and my family liked it very much.
