A very upscale place to live in the central Delhi, good club house with alot of sports activities, gym, salon, resturant and many more. phase 1 of the project is delivered and phase 2 is soon being handed over.

I suggest that before purchasing the property, one must visit the site and if u r accustomed to the smell of cow and Buffalo dung and ur children and family can tolerate, then u must purchase the flat for luxury living. And above all u will also get the feeling of a waiting room of railways. Purchase the flat thinking that ur relatives will not stay longer at ur house.

Initially had doubts as to how in Karolbagh such a huge project can be feasible. But having my flat registered and possession given, we have been staying here, it is no more a surprise. Since price is high, only elite people live here. Amenities fully justify the price.

Good location and as told by staff upcoming facilities ought to be good also. Room size tad smaller to my liking. Balconies are the USP.

I am a resident in Phase 1 , & Loving the overall experience, i shifted from Rohini , for the first time I was little concious on how will I be traveling to office & back, but I am completely loving the overall experience, life is so balanced , the Nareshji , Amit ji & other Aggarwal Brothers have done a Stupendous Job , they have even set new benchmarks for Developers in Delhi, The Staff is very hospitable, everytime we roam around the security guards are too welcoming , even CBRE is doing a Great Job , the maintenance charged is completely worth it. Only advertisements no on time delivery. Not sure when they deliver my flat . I booked in July 2018 in phase 2 and supposed to get my flat for fit out in December 2020 but till today don’t know the date of possession for fit out😡😡. I am regretting now I booked a flat in this project. 5 year gone and don’t know how many more years to go . I had paid them almost full amount trusting I will get my flat on time but it was my fault . Now also came to know many more of work left in phase 1 due to which many of residents stop paying maintenance. I am very much worried now
