Actually did not want to give a single star even. My 2 year old labra, was here for bathing and grooming services. We were told to leave there for 4 hours. We received a call after 3 hours approx to pick him. As soon as my husband dropped him and my daughter home, he was so so silent, which he is not at all usually. He seemed to be traumatized, did not have his evening snacks, his dinner. This was not all, he could not get up the next morning. Had to take him to doctor and doctor confirmed that he is traumatized and is having mild fever too. He did not react to anything for 2 days. I am really shocked, surprised and sad with such services. This is not once, he went there for the second time, last time also it was the same experience. I thought it was by chance. His legs were shivering, maybe he was kept standing for such long. He goes to other places also for the services but it is not the same there. He cried the night he was back..i am sure he was beaten up.

You'll find everything for your pet here. Prices are expensive though. I bought a t-shirt, scarf and teddy bear for my dog and it cost more than 1300 rs. Fixed prices and no discounts. They also have pet salon here on the first floor, which has spa, haircut and everything you can think of to pamper your pet. The salesperson was helpful. We can also bring our pets inside the store. I know a lot of stores which are full of snobs who ask you to leave your pet outside.

They beat up my dog. He cried for two days. Wish there was a lower rating. They made me sign an agreement earlier too, that injuries can occur. They said it's just procedure, turns out it's their license to hit your pits.

This is a complete shop for your pets shopping needs . I was not aware that such a shop existed in the heart of Karol Bagh. I bought a flat bed for my puppy n he just seemed to love it instantly. They have wide range n colours

Have been taking my baby since 2 years now. They really know what they are doing. Very skilled workers , my baby is always comfortable and at ease when getting his grooming done . I feel very cost effective as well. Plus , being in Karol bagh , I get to shop when my doggo is getting pampered in a state of the art facility. U can even indulge in cute dresses and stuff for our fur babies ❤

Best grooming spot in Gurgaon! The vet can be better - prescribed steroids for skin problem which the in opinion of another vet was a bad decision. Everything else is amazing.

All kinds of accessories for pets could be found, i don't know if they only go for a branded one but they are costly, good products though.

They have a fantastic taste but the service quality is extremely poor only one person is serving everybody he will take the orders and he will get your food and he’ll bring the water Chutney if your food is very spicy and you are asking for water he will take 10 minute too because he is one man Army and if you complain their response is not very positive but again I will say Biriyani is very good order but last time it was not properly cooked as they had more demand and they cooked quickly and I had to left my food on the table and I left without paying them . have it at your full enjoy bye-bye take care

I had purchased a 2 kg food packet for an adult dog. The packet was torn but the shop very conveniently put a sticker of their shop right over the tear thus hiding it from sight. Today I found insects in the food and so I examined the packet from inside and found the packet was torn underneath the sticker. Is it a coincidence that the sticker was right above the tear? I doubt it. Anyway, they need to maintain better standards.

I visited the Karol Bagh branch and the location is congested. However, the place has a variety of things for pets ranging from basic utilities, toys, doctor, spa etc. The stuff is couteous and friendly. There is a major problem of parking. I would def like to visit the Gurgaon branch.

I took my Lhasa for grooming she has a soft coat but the shampoo they used made her hair very dry n so they tangled i had to cut her hair this was my second bathing experience with them n I am very disaapointed .

I feel one of the best grooming parlour for your pet. Wide variety of garments, toys, leashes, collar , etc under one room. They also have a good vet in house . They also deal in sale purchases of Birds, cats, dogs and fishes. They are closed on Monday.
