I have purchased bones, in Vijayawada manufactured by Pets Empire. Unfortunately I found all the bones have fungus inside them and a few bones has rubber bands stuck inside them. I was shocked what would have happened if my dog consumes it? I’ve used pets empire anti tick powder too, not a single tick has fallen from the body. Overall I’ll not recommend any of their products. It’s not about having numerous items, it’s all about quality. Hope my feedback helps you to overcome your faults.

I have to give 1 star as the least as cannot review without a zero star. A negative rating would be an ideal choice. Bought some treats for my pet from their authorized stockist (Marshalls Pet Zone) in Vijayawada and was horrified to find expired consumables being sold. The expiry date on the treats package was tampered with. If it is a distributor issue, the company should take them to task. The treats were spoilt, had fungus all over it and it would have been bad if my pet had consumed it. Returned the product immediately after opening. Absolutely do not recommend the brand or the dealer, henceforth. If unavoidable, please recheck the packages before buying.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. It happened to me thrice with them. They increased their price upon home delivery. They told me a lower price at the store but upon the day of delivery they increased the amount. Never ever buying from them.

Very nice place to visit with your pet. They have moslty everything your pet would ever want. Toys, leashes, collar, dresses, grooming etc. You name it and you'll get it. Although it is a little on the expensive side. If they could decrease their price a little more than I would definitely buy more often from there. Otherwise it's a complete one stop place for your pet. Visited during lockdown, the shop is open.

Good Place and experience. O visited the patel nagar branch of New Delhi and the owner is very humble and polite. I purchased winter jacket for my gsd girl and got a very good discount. I recommend all the pet owners to visit their offline stores.

Horrible customer care and no help offered. I purchased a 48 inch kennel with these guys through an agent. I called Pets Empire for a simple Technical assistance about fixing the wheels to the kennel. They refused to help me saying that I should ask my agent to call them and provide them With invoice details after which they will see what help they can give me. They were not at all receptive. These are examples of people jinko bina gaali diya kuch nahi ho paayega. Poor customer care… I’ll never ever buy from them and recommend them to anyone else

I didn't like the staff very much, everything is overpriced. But they do have a huge variety of everything which is rare in smaller pet stores. Haven't gotten any grooming done yet!
