Location wise the hotel is really good. Service can be given 3.5/5. But the rooms needs improvement. Ac doesn't work, water from the toilet doesn't turn off. Tv at times doesn't work. Room 209 is good to stay in, the bathroom is big as well as the room. Rooms are spacious. But they do need to improve a lot of rooms. Buffet breakfast is good.

not a bad place but cant stay there for more than a night. the service is good, so is the food but the vibe is not welcoming at all. there are events going on every week and if you there are the event... there goes your good night's sleep. the vibe, to elaborate,... the restaurant which is on the terrace of the hotel is ILL PLANNED and eating in such a place for the prices you pay is like a punishment. Again: GOOD FOR A NIGHT'S STAY!!!!!

Excellent service. The staff are very helpful. They took care of luggage even after I checked out. Overall amazing.

Three star palace, seems to be old though but managed well. Have a bar also with a reasonable prices for beer. They have a restaurants as well did not really checked the food but seemed to be organised one. All in all reasonably good place, in vicinity from metro station of Karol Bagh hardly 300 mts away from metro station which makes it a useful places for a corporate meeting for 50-100 people.

Visiting this Hotel from last 12 Years. Hotel at best location. Food is good. Staff is helpful. Only need to renovate as furniture is old.

Great rooms at an affordable price. Easy access to the metro station and a 15 minute taxi ride to the New Delhi Railway Station. Their food is excellent. I've stayed there about 5 times and always had a great experience.

Rooms were good. Complimentary breakfast was average. We asked for iron box but they gave after asking so many times. Iron box given was not in a working condition. Overall average experience.

Excellent room service! The food was amazing also the great ambience and atmosphere Whenever i visit the hotel i have always been satisfied and i would recommend all the people who have not been here should definitely give it a try and iam pretty sure you wont be disappointed.
