That's Shubham, Shobit and Gurprit! For me, these three are no less than heroes. I had lost my faith in greed driven unethical approaches followed by retail marts and finance agencies. Had terrible experience with Great Eastern outlet in Delhi who insulted soldiers by saying they cannot give emi to soldiers because they cannot do gunda gardi with them. That's when Shubham requested me to visit the outlet. I was reluctant after continuous failures but he was persistent. Finally, I went to the mart to buy a side by side fridge and I ended up buying fridge, an extra AC and a cooler. Shobit is an experienced employee of bajaj finance who did his duty diligently without misleading me. Gurprit helped me buy an AC. On the whole, a week without fridge and additional AC or cooler, is the extreme heat of Delhi, and then these three helping me overcome the issues, I am sharing this review with utmost gratitude and happiness. I hope every employee is like them! Kudos to Reliance Digital for hiring sensible, skilled and well behaved staffs!

Reliance digital, Karol Bagh it's very upsetting behaviour from your side, don't make promises if u can't keep it, i booked a smart tv on Friday, as promised by you 24-48 hr installation still my tv is not installed, even no one called from your end , should i keep this box as a portrait only

Service was good. Staff was customer oriented. But, The Product I was searching was not available. I went there to see a DSLR Camera but the camera I wanted in a range was not available. Also, the available ones were not charged. So, was not able to saw rhe actual quality of the cameras. Overall, Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the products were not charged. They tried there level best. They took the phone number and gave the surety to get the product available till the evening. Suggestion: If you are visiting here, then try to avoid metro. As this store is at a good distance from Metro. You should come here on your vehicle.

Price found at higher side. Went there but bought nothing. Sardar ji sales executive tried his best, yet he was helpless as the price of the product was high from upper management. And yes, Rs. 200/- matters. Can't go below 3 stars for the efforts of the executive.

Not a bad centre to buy electronic items. Though the stock is less, and they take time to deliever the product, but can find new models of items. Not so spacious. Payment system is manual not compurosed therefore you have to wait a bit longer to complete the payment.

I went to reliance Digital Karol bagh few days back to buy a fridge. I saw jn 3rd floor blue shirt weared like a manager gathered his team to brief something. I think he has no manners that how to behave with team members in front of any customer. Then I came back and purchase from Vijay sales. Never come again and will not recommend to anybody...

Technician of reliance digital is not good. They break my AC during installation and also didn't install properly. Customer service is also pathetic they didn't respond to customer properly. Wastage of money. Never nuy anything from reliance digital.

Bought my washing machine 7 days back still waiting for installation reliance digital is not customer friendly you will have to call for days for installation. They will not even recieve call for installation. My experience with online washing machine was much smoother.
