Got my tecno pova mobile repaired for charging issue and low speaker volume. Picked it after one day from them and it is working fine now. The place is located inside B. D. Chambers building and the address is G-12. Adding few pictures so it can be found easily

They don't have solution to anything, I wonder why have they opened it. Most irrelevant and worst . Why is it even called service centre, they don't have any services. Bunch of free people sitting with nothing in mind and hand. WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE.

Is there any negative marking I will give that ...the shop is divided into 2 company's service centre this information is not shared on internet and the behaviour of staff is rude and they didn't try to understand the problem of customer.... This is a very good service center, if your are looking to get your infinix mobile repaired. Service is excellent , Highly experienced and courteous staff, very short turn around time and good quality of replacement parts. Everything is just what it should be.

It's a service centre of many mobiles brands like itel. All itel mobiles including smartphones and feature phones are repaired here.

I went to ramesh nagar godsons enterprises Very bad services, Gave my airbuds for replacement as one of my buds wasn’t working and now the buds they have sent me in return aren’t even working or charging Not even the same color and buds aren’t even fitting properly in the case Poor service and poor people management.

it's a proper tecno mobile service center. The staff were found to be polite. They have a token system for customer management. overall good experience.

I have a Tecno Canon 8 mobile, which I really love and have been using it since past 1.5 years. Always kept it neat and clean. However my speaker volume got really low with time. I visited this Tecno mobile service centre and they gave me a token instantly. After about 10 minutes my turn came and the front engineer ran a diagnostic scan on my phone. He Informed me that it is a case of dust intrusion in the speaker net and asked me to wait for some time so that they can clean the speaker. They gave my phone back after about 20 mins and now the phone was working fine. Best part was that I was not charged a single penny for this. I must say That I got the best possible service that one can hope for. Good job guys....

This is the best tecno mobile service center in Delhi. I came here as I was facing some charging issue in my phone. I had visited two more service centers before this one and unfortunately the spare part for my model was not available in any of them. As my kids study on this mobile I can not wait for two days as told by other service centers. To add to my bad luck spares were not available over here also. But instead of turning me down like others, they temporarily fixed my mobile. They asked me to come again in two days , so that the mobile can be repaired permanently. Ad for all this they did not charge me a penny. I am thankful to staff of this service center for there so much support and wish them best of luck in their work.
