I recently had a wonderful experience at a hotel where Gautam, the hotel staff member, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Despite our late check-in at 3 am, Gautam greeted us with a warm and friendly demeanor, instantly putting us at ease. His helpful nature and willingness to assist with any requests made us feel valued as guests. The hotel itself was impressive. The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was evident throughout the entire property, which further added to our positive experience. Overall, Gautam's exceptional service and the hotel's commitment to cleanliness made our stay a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and comfortable accommodations.

Stay was very comfy, friendly staff,excellent services.Staff was super helpful. Kitchen was open till 1 am. if you are night owl you can order food and munchies late night as well. Also the metro station is walking distance.

A modern clean hotel with an excellent manager, Sanjay, who with his friendly team are there to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. This hotel offers excellent value for money and I challenge you to find a nicer guy than Sanjay, in India. We have actually booked extra days here now than originally planned and would definitely come back again. Staff here are very friendly, welcoming and professional. Neat and clean place. Worth the money for stay. Location looks a little off in the beginning but is in the Center and easy access to local shopping market as well. Not much of the options with food though.

Hotel was not friendly for family. Staff were behaved very rudely. They claim as 3* but it is local budget hotel. They dont have restaurent but bring from outside which is very bad and bringing from roaddside unhealthy food. We suggest not to stay here.

Lovely hotel, great location with easy access to the airport. You don't really get to see Delhi staying here, but it was convenient for us as a stop over. Breakfast and dinner in the buffet was lovely with great choice. The rooms were large, clean and spacious. we managed to chill out for a short while. We had access to the lounge travelling as 10 adults and 5 children. They were very accommodating and provided us the selection in the downstairs seating area which was tasty, large and plentiful. The kids enjoyed the popcorn, milkshakes and fries.

REFUSED TO GIVE ROOM EVEN AFTER CONFIRMATION. I reached delhi station in morning 7 AM. Because i want to check in morning 8 AM and checkout in the same day night 9PM, i could not book it online because of check in check out timing issue. I called hotel directly and asked if rooms are available with them i want to check in now morning 8 AM. He said rooms are available and asked me to come to hotel directly. I booked cab and but when i reached hotel with all my luggage they said me rooms are not available, please wait for sometime. After waiting for some time when i asked again how much time will they take, he said me wait for 1.5 hours more. I got frustrated and get out of hotel took a rickshaw and booked another hotel nearby after wasting almost 1 hour to them.

Good place to stay in heart of delhi in budget rates, in around all kind of food available. Clean rooms, new built property. You can visit nearby markets for shopping.

I have stayed for 24 days consistently In hotel magic tree,,, Gautam sir and hotel management were extremely cooperative,,,I was extremely busy ,,,many times I had left my room open with the trust on staff,,but not a single time my single asset get lost or stolen,,,whenever I was late at night,,,with due compromise in their sleep schedules they were addressing me very cordially ,,,lot lot thanks to all of you ,,,will keep visiting this hotel again and again,,,Thank you entire magic tree Team 💐💐💐💐💐

Very good location for karol bhag shopping area and walking distance to metro trains, good food and a open air dining area on the 4th floor.

Safe and relatively comfortable budget/affordable hotel. However rooms are quite loud at night affecting sleep (poor soundproofing), some features weren't working (e.g power points), and floors were dirty. Sheets also felt sticky. Might be worth exploring other options.

Worst experience. Rooms were dirty. AC and Geyser both didn’t work. Receptionists doesn’t know how to behave.

It was really a good accomodation with well keept facilities. Only as per other reviews it have about the sizes of the rooms for us it was totally fine. Beds were comfortable and clean bath. Location was good too next to platform to go anywhere in delhi. It was very good for our two nights stay.

Our trip to Delhi was a memorable one. The hotel staff esp. Mr. Gautam Singh had co-operated and helped us all along. They have arranged car for local sight seeing and also for airport pick n drop. Food quality was good,the only thing they need to improve is introducing variety items in their buffet breakfast. Overall this hotel is budget friendly, well connected to local markets, airport and railway stations.

Hotel is pretty nice considering it being in the market. The room on the outer side are better than room on the other side as they don’t have windows. The room sizes are average with friendly staff
