An Experience That Everyone Has Faced While Booking With Oyo App.. I Visited Hotel At 1 Pm ..My booking Was Confirmed With Oyo App And Amount Was Paid As Advance Of Rs 650 . The Person's Attitude Was Pathetic Who Was Standing In counter ..He Said That oyo And His hotel Contract Has Been Finished ..So I Have To book offline ..And Was Asking me 1500 Rs .. And It's A Scam And Simply Fraud I Request Hotel Association Comittee To Take Action Against These Hotels ...They Are Misguiding And Soo Much Rude Behavior I Asked Them Can I Sit there While I Can Ask Refund From oyo Regarding this.. They Simply Rejected And Made Me Stand Outside.. I Request Everyone Never Book This Hotel Online Or Offline... And Oyo Is Same Responsible For This Matter. May This Hotel Owner Regrets And Improves Customer Satisfaction..

Beware of SCAM!! This review can be quite long and could be overlooked. However, each one of you planning to book there should read this. It has all the details. When I walked into this hotel, I was walking roght into a scam. We reached the place at night on 1st April 2022. Receptionist informed us that only one room is available and A/c is not working there. Either we could take it, otherwise he would suggest some other nearby places. He gave us the key and told the helper boy to show us the room and it is up to us to decide whether we need the room. On the way up the helper boy hinted, he could arrange a better room for 1500. But we told him to show us the room first. So, the scene was already set. Of course, the room we saw was the worst rooms I had ever seen in my life. There were stains all over the bed sheet, coach roaches were running all around,  cigarette buds were lying in the floor. It was clearly evident that since the last use, it was not cleaned. A model room for their scheme. We called Oyo. They spoke with them and spoke to other nearby areas and informed us unfortunately no further rooms are available. We were helpless and had no other option other than paying the helper the cash he asked. We asked for oyo rooms booking refund. After the refund was confirmed, we were conversing with the helper boy. Receptionist overheard it and told us that, there is another room in the SAME HOTEL, booked for another person. The other person may only come late and if he comes late then non ac room will allocate to him. But for that we have to pay the receptionist 1200 in cash. Finally, since we had no further alternative, we paid the receptionist. After all that deal was better than helper boy's deal. Even then, the room we got was really dirty. Bed sheet was torn, towel had stain, coachroaches flying around. Still much better than the first one and had air conditioner. Attached the photos. It was a complete nightmare.

worst hotel ever seen ...totally unhygienic... even they shut down there ac .no ventilation no water supply no electricity supply poor quality management they make there own charges whether booked by oyo or not eg . mjhe oyo pe 599 show hua bt they said to cancel the deal as they cant give in this small price n charged 1100 ..i would have given negative rating if possible ..

Probably not even worth 2 stars. Lot of things need improvement. The bathroom basin had no drain pipe, so all the water runs on your feet. Cleanliness of the room also needs to be taken care of. The only saving grace was service, which was prompt. No hot water was available for us, though we were told that the hot water was ready & flowing. Avoid the hotel if possible

I wish I can give ZERO Stars rating to this pathetic establishment. Booked it on OYO App and paid full amount online. Upon reaching, the hostel staff said the hotel is completely booked. They sent us away. No respect by the staff. Pathetic people with a disgusting attitude. No help by OYO as well. My advice to all is to avoid using OYO and Don't go to this pathetic hotel. Wish I could somehow ban this hotel from operating. . Worst experience ever!!

Please don't waste your time, money & experience. They misuse your situation. ❌❌❌❌❌ Never ever try this hotel. It was our big mistake to go here. We booked our room on oyo, when we visit this hotel, the cheap & rude receptionist told us, there are no rooms available at that time, if we go from oyo booking. He charged double the amount from the booking. We had no options other than this because of the time & that was our worst mistake. Later he accepted the oyo booking. Dirty bedsheet, bathroom, towel & blanket. They don't even change it. ❌❌❌❌❌

Very bad experience. I hate the way receptionist said that he don't have any room available. If there's no room that how did it booked. It's a big fault from oyo. And if Oyo can't handle it then are you guys running the business. You need to be crystal clear.

I have the worst experience ever I had in this Hotel. I was from Bangladesh there to stay one night. Room was so dirty, AC was not working even washroom condition was horrible. And their staffs behaviour was so rude. I took all the pictures.

Please never visit here. Worst place ever they don’t know how to talk and cheapest service ever. Cockroaches and small insects are everywhere in the Rooms. They don’t give us the AC on off control we’ve to contact them to start AC and at 5 am they turn off the AC without my permission. Hot water problem in bathroom.

They are not humans. If you book from Oyo then they will let you stand outside whether it is raining or cyclone outside. Atleast there should some sense of humanity which these people were not having like Homelander. The boys don't book this hotel.

Booked hotel from oyo. Upon getting at reception, the guy at reception desk said “ we only give rooms to couple” ( what he meant everyone knows) ,, handed over me the key . I put my bag and stuff in the closet, sat for 15 mins and went out with my frnds. I gave the key to the reception desk, so i dont lose it somewhere. On coming back , i asked for the key. The didnt find and were asking each other. The guy who checked me in said “ aap free k kamre mein reh rahe ho”. I said maine paise pay kiye hai. He further said “ oyo humein kuch nahi dega isme, app yeh samjhe aap free mein reh rahe hai ( as in khairaat) . The guy at the desk said you can go to ur room , u will get the key there. I went up and guess what on knocking the door it was given to someone else. With my bag and stuff i put in the closet. I picked my stuff and left the hotel. Worst hotel and never goin to book with oyo again. I wish i cud give - stars. Never go with ur family if you belong to a decent one. Upon reading the reviews now , i can undoubtedly say OYO doesnt give a flying f, about the complaints they receive about the hotels.

Worst ever experience from OYO. Hotel Grand Peepal is the worst hotel I have ever booked. Non-co-operative staff, Not working features, Switching off AC by staff at midnight, No hot water at all. Lift (elevator) blocked by staff to prevent access by guests and so on.

Very dirty room, no cleaning । Smelling blankets and pillows । Never recommended for families । Staffs are not good । Everything bad for this hotel । Better to spent on plateform whole night। They forced me to cancel the booking from Oyo otherwise no room is available। Further, they have shown me other room with almost double at price and given other room after cancelling the booking from Oyo । They ve not even changed bed sheets, blankets, pillows । Non cooperative and worst staffs । Oyo needs to de-list the hotel from his site if he wants to maintain his reputation।

Rooms were too dirty. Room was surrounded by insects. bathroom was spoiled with dirt. ac timing arrival to 5 am morning. ther switched off ac at 5 am early morning so because we don't take rest well. bedsheets and pillows were dirty. hot water not supplied. don't book at this price. book. Booking details (ID: TYMY0668) i booked via credit card payment also reflected but the merchent said he did not received any money then he took 1000 from me cash and said that deducted amount will be reflected in my account but its 10 days there is not any amount i reflect in my accunt this is happned second time with me(same in 2019 happned to me ). so can i make sure that oyo company has no refund policy?? there is no one to respond in refund process. please let me know can you provide refund to me or not???

I was denied check in because I have Prepaid the amount on OYO app. He said there is no vacant rooms. The owner of the property shouted at me. Complete insecure environment and unprofessional staff.

If given a choice I would give negative ratings. Worst hotel to stay where they don’t give you room charge till 1 hr as you arrive. Second room was dirty and smelling with no clean washeooms cupboard and beds. Very arrogant management of hotel who don’t communicate anything to people.

This was my first experience with OYO, which was absolutely more than worst, firstly there was no booking at all in my name at the desired hotel and secondly I have been cheated by getting money from me in advance.. There is no refund as of now. I have been badly suffered. I highly recommend to black list OYO and AGODA from providing any kind of service in future. Both are fraud and strictly warran people from dealing with such companies in future ever.

We had the lovely stay and nice experience in the hotel. It was our family trip and enjoyed it all. Quite spacious rooms and reasonable price. Staff had been helpful and quite good service. Owner of the hotel Mr. Ajay is such a kind person and I am thankful to him for his extended help in arranging lot of things and making our visit to Delhi an ease and convenient ride. Location is quite good and walkable distance to a big Shopping Street. We have spent good time shopping out there and it was great. In all, it has been an excellent experience and love to see you again👍👍👍👍👍
