This is a general review of CartLane They sell knick knacks at an exorbitant price Also if the cost of gold is ₹ 1 per gram their making charges are ₹ 17 or more so regardless of what price gold is when you buy you shall always make loss Both Tanishq & Caratlane make money on stones including Diamonds They won't buy back the diamond at the same price they sold you try returning them the next day The same is with Tanishq - they say they are Tata group but franchises model so buy gold but never diamond from Tanishq Ask questions on making charges Buy from Cartalane with the idea that the said parshase " HOLDS NO VALUE & SHALL ALWAYS SELL LESS REGARDLESS OF TIME"

I have recently visited the Caratlane Preet vihar store and It was a fruitful visit. They have such a wide variety of beautiful jewelry. I found a beautiful ring with the help of their supportive staff. I highly recommend this one. Good job guys.

This outlet is very unprofessional and irresponsible. First they took more than 1 hour pre delivered order and they lost my jewellery certificate too. When I asked them to find and deliver them to my address as this is a mistake at the store end. They just simply denied. The store executive "Radha" is really rude and unprofessional as when we called here to deliver a lost certificate to my address, she just hung up the phone and did not reply to my messages.

This store service is pathetic please I advise personally don’t purchase from CaratLane I totally frustrated for there service n policy. All are myth lifetime 15 days. They deducted all thing intensionally without knowing us before purchasing n after they gave useless excuses

Staff is good. Collection is also good but they don't have much variety. If you don't want the hassle of looking for 100s of designs and do quick shopping for bracelets, pendents and chains then this store will be suitable for your needs.

Reason is i called Caratlane someone picked up not able to hear and than i called thrice nobody picked up the call and tried calling after 15 mins call waiting patheic services nobody called back neither picked my call

Awesome experience. I personally buy the chain from here. It is very good for me to buy the gold. First I booked the chain online but the chain received location is this and the person I met is very good. He suggest me the good thing and he talk me very polite and his behaviour is too good. I the gold process also good and the quality is also good. They give the pure gold and the regular market price. Not on a fixed price. Ans they also give the proper bill, so in future if you want to change you can change to there same day gold price.

Though the collection at Carat lane is beautiful but this outlet is really not managed well. We waited there for 40 minutes and no sales executive came to help us in finding the right product. When we inquired, one of them said i will help you but nothing happened. We had to ultimately leave the place and I saw others leaving too. The staff was least bothered about it.

Untrained and new staff, otherwise not a bad place to pickup stuff and make sure u browse online and shortlist before you visit.
