My
wife
has
been
a
diabetic
patient
for
many
years
.We
live
in
Meerut
and
after
trying
to
get
proper
treatment
from
various
endocrinologists
and
specialist
hospitals
both
in
Meerut
and
Noida
we
finally
found
a
LIFESPAN
facility
in
Dwaraka
-
Delhi
that
addressed
our
concerns
That
was
in
the
year
2017.
Since
then
we
have
been
associated
with
this
facility
which
later
shifted
to
Janakpur
in-
Delhi.Although
we
drive
to
Janakpuri
from
Meerut
for
every
doctor
visit,
we
think
this
Diabetic
care
facility
was
worth
the
extra
cost
and
efforts.
Skipping
the
details,
suffice
it
to
say
that
unlike
other
Medicare
facilities
this
one
is
refreshingly
different
in
more
ways
than
one.
The
team
right
from
the
cleaning
staff
to
the
resident
doctor
are
patient
friendly.They
are
unlike
the
other
clinics
and
specialist
hospitals
where
no
one
except
the
patients
seem
to
have
time
to
waste
and
keep
waiting
for
an
indefinite
period
of
time
culminating
in
a
hurried
and
quick
consultation
with
the
doctor
who
is
always
impatient
to
call
the
next
patient.
Here
there
is
generally
no
waiting
time
because
the
team
members
ensure
that
the
time
appointed
for
a
patient
is
reserved
for
the
patient
in
question
alone.
Secondly
,
as
a
policy,
the
doctor
and
the
other
staff
spend
quality
time
with
each
patient
to
discuss
all
the
issues
of
concern
before
a
line
of
treatment
is
explained
clearly
in
a
manner
one
could
understand.
This
approach
had
been
quite
reassuring
to
us
ever
since
we
started
treatment
there
for
the
first
time
and
over
the
years
it
has
remained
unchanged.
It
would
be
in
order
to
mention
that
Mr.
Sunil
who
was
associated
with
us
right
from
day
was
one
was
of
immense
help
to
us
in
many
occasions
all
these
years.
During
the
peak
of
COVID
travel
restrictions,
imposed
by
the
Government
,He
was
the
only
person
who
could
manage
to
arrange
the
delivery
of
all
the
essential
diabetic
medicines
to
Meerut
through
special
couriers.
He
was
also
the
link
to
the
doctor
and
dietitian
to
answer
our
questions
or
arrange
a
video
consultation
.
Our
well
being
during
these
troubled
times
was
entirely
due
to
his
dedicated
service
to
us
as
a
valued
patient.
We
are
grateful
for
that.
The
current
resident
doctor
Dr.
Arun
Kholi
has
been
one
of
the
best
doctors
in
the
facility.
He
is
a
dedicated
professional
with
years
of
experience.
He
clearly
understands
the
drugs
that
are
most
suitable
for
a
patient
.
Most
doctors
prescribe
drugs
on
trial
basis
and
change
the
drug
if
it
turns
out
to
be
unsuitable.
This
results
in
accumulation
of
unnecessary
unused
drugs
for
which
the
patient
had
paid
out
his
pocket.
Mention
also
must
also
be
made
by
his
frequent
video
conferencing
session
during
the
COVID
rage
where
his
support
was
essential
for
us
for
keep
our
concerns
at
bay.
Several
dietitians
who
had
been
associated
with
this
facility
were
also
efficient
and
professional
and
extremely
helpful.
The
dedication
of
the
team
is
commendable
and
It
is
our
considered
opinion
that
this
healthcare
facility
is
a
model
for
every
one
in
the
medical
profession.
I
strongly
believe
that
any
one
who
wants
a
high
quality
diabetic
treatment
must
consider
this
facility
for
their
needs.
