Everything went smoothly. Driver Harjeet sent us all information about vehicle day before. He was on time and very polite. Since we left Delhi, he was explaining about culture and history. Not bothering, just showing and explaining it a bit. His driving was perfect and we reach Agra quite fast. Tourist guide Mohammad was really nice. Explained everything and took awesome picture of us.

Wow. I was very impressed with their services. Went to Delhi just after lockdown ended. Wanted to do a quick tour of delhi. Called them up. Ended up doing Delhi trip along with Jaipur and Agra. Vivek helped us out but laying out a plan so that we can visit all of the famous places in Jaipur and Agra and not loose days due to the weekend lockdown inplace. Their charges felt reasonable. They provide guide for the places you visit so you get to know more about the places you go to. For us both Mr. Babu Khan in Jaipur and Mr. Bobby in Agra provided nice guidance and history of Amir Fort, Pink city, Jantar Mantar, Tajmahal and Red Fort. They took us to nice shopping places too. Prices were a bit on the steeper side but it was ok i guess 😅. Our driver Mr. Raj Kumar was also very friendly and helpful during the trip. Overall it was a very memorable trip of Uttarpradesh and most definitely contact them next time we plan tour of North India.

Took a day trip to Agra from Delhi. What can I say, I was blessed to receive an extremely friendly chauffeur who also doubled as a tour guide. The journey was smooth albeit the scorching summer in Uttar Pradesh. Totally recommended!

However, the team was always happy to adapt to the situation. The driver, Guddu is an excellent person! His knowledge of local area and the places to take you for food was spot on. I used SRM for sightseeing in Delhi and Agra day trips. I made the arrangements from the US. Mr Singh and his staff- including drivers Mr Harpreet Singh, Mr. Chand were very professional and courteous. The guides Mr. Ajay Sharma in Delhi and Mr. Feroz in Agra were very knowledgeable and well read on Indian history. All spoke English well. Overall happy with services and would recommend them, except would avoid shopping at stores they recommend, as they are overpriced and hard to bargain.

Planned a last minute (reached out at 7PM previous day) private guided day trip by car from Delhi to Jaipur. The tour operator was quick to respond with all the necessary information and was able to complete the booking within 30mins through WhatsApp with detailed itinerary and car/driver info. One of the very few operators who responded among many that I reached out to. Trip (7AM to Midnight) - The driver (Mr. Ronik) arrived promptly at the hotel and was very professional and had me in Jaipur by Noon (smooth ride with a quick brunch on the way). At Jaipur, Govt approved guide (Mr. Babu Bhai) was waiting promptly and helped complete all main (5+) attractions with great shopping suggestions in the next 7 hours. The guide helped with taking great photos, had excellent knowledge of all the attractions and was a thorough professional. Overall it was a memorable trip and walking away completely satisfied. I highly recommend SRM Holidays for trips from Delhi and would definitely avail their service next time when am in Delhi.

Booked one day tour from Delhi to Agra. Price mentioned on website was incorrect, actual price was higher, not a deal breaker though. Cab driver was good and professional in his work. However, the package mentioned that it includes a professional guide. This is a total scam, as the guide will deny service without payment, after complaining about it, the guide just spoke few sentences and skipped everything. We also paid him 100rs for Taj Mahal, yet, cunningly he said that guide is not required in Agra Fort, and didn't accompany us. Other cab services do offer cheaper options, I opted for SRM because of their complete package. The contact person Mr. Vivek Singh took no responsibility and sided with the guide on this. Obviously, we won't book with them again. Would recommend comparing other options as well. Cab wise, the service was good, reducing 2 stars because of the unprofessional behaviour and not fulfilling the commitments.

First tour was ok, careful good driver, useless tour guide (even complaint over a 200 Rupee tip). Always this stupid shopping tours involved, where they try to rip you off. Car was ok but not good. But good enough to give them a second chance, but that was a desaster, completely unsafe car, tires where completely off. Didn't feel safe at all, driver went to fast. We complained, but no reimbursement.
