Some people, sometimes are so helpful that they event wanna give this place for a night without having anything in return. I did know Ashish Bhaiya since then, though I was a kiddo at that time. He'd come in #SaathNibanaSaathiya TV series on Star Plus. We used to watch him. Things have changed since then.

They charged different amount over which we booked through the app and said we forgot to remove listing from there. It was 5AM and we didn't had any option rather than going with what they say. The room was clean, the facilities provided was okay. The tea provided was good ginger tea. Overall it was average.

The place is located on Ring Road. Very close to Ashram metro station. The Guest House has comfortable rooms with reasonable rates. Lajpat Nagar market, Sarojini Nagar market and South Exension market are close by and you can reach by metro in less than 30 minutes. Staff is friendly. The food is excellent. They do not have a regular kitchen. You have to place your order two hours in advance When you order food, the material is purchased from market and then cooked. You get piping hot food. Good place to be in on a medium budget.

Decent place to party with friends. The rent is cheap as compared to other places and the rooms are big and clean. Service was also good. If only they had refrigerator in the rooms itself it would have been nice.

I had a great stay at Aashu villa. The host is very friendly, takes great care of the guests and serves extremely tasty food. The place is easy to find, very well connected to every part of Delhi via metro, bus and taxi and offers homely stay!

That hotel rooms ar very darty and washroom was not good and ac are not working properly and price are to much high as per room condition

It is a fair enough hotel to stay on short term visit. We visited only for a night. Pros 10-15 mins from Nizamuddin Railway Station. Some quick bites available around. Cons It's right on the main road so if your room is facing the road expect to hear traffic noise all night long. Don't remove the pillow cover it might shock you. Don't remove the bed sheet it might surprise how antique the coat is. Security wise there is a key hole that anyone can peep from. I wanted to give it only 2* but again the service provided by the receptionist was really great.

This is a value for money over night stay hotel especially affordable for business trips. The rooms are so congested not at all comfortable for families especially with children. Only plus point is very nearer to Nizamuddin Railway Station. Nothing much to say about this property. I got this at ₹1200/- for overnight stay (breakfast complementary, we could not avail though) is a value for money but not suitable for family leisure trips.

Cheap guest house , parking problem

This place is on road contacted with Ashram Metro station not so far the metro station 5mints walk to reach. And auto rickshaws n bus stand near to guest House easy to find this guest House or place on Google maps. This guest house pocket friendly, soft spoken staff and co-operative nature, the food quality is also good when you want food or breakfast or dinner please place a order before half an hour because good n perfect food can take a time to beaked they can gives fresh at a time beaked food servers. My expressions was very good and I'll definitely give them every booking of my at Delhi to giving them. Thank you soooôooooomuch Ashu Villa Guest House nice memories and great feeling like home. Thanks one's again.

Don't book this property from OYO. The property manager did not allow us, since it was an online booking. Also, this property is not safe for family travellers. It's approach road is very much inside from the main road. Please consider before booking this stay. @OYO you need to get your things sorted if you want to survive in this hospitality industry.

It's a place like a home away from Your Home. Very Close to Sarai Kale Khan ISBT, Delhi. Close to Nizamuddun Rly Stn. #Ashram #Chowk, is within its Vicinity.
