Extremely awful customer service. Cocky owner (Adarsh) Poor product quality (bought 3 items and disappointed with all of them). Unprofessional and arrogant team. Staff is not properly trained and offers misleading information (have chat proof). False advertising: 1- They claim they're LGBTQIA friendly but they're not. 2- They say they accept online payment but when my friend wanted to pay using Google pay, the owner (Adarsh's father) refused to accept Google pay and insisted on cash. 3- They also didn't offer the invoice and my friend had to follow up for two weeks, send multiple texts, call several times to get an an invoice of a gold chain she bought and paid in full for. 4- The owner Adarsh also insisted on offering a silver jewellery invoice for a gold jewellery purchase (We have the chat proof) to save some tax. Fake reviews (most reviews are from best friends and relatives). And if a client writes a review that's not 5 star, Adarsh would send angry and threatening messages and would harrass you until you delete the review. My friend's review was deleted and her account was blocked. They will do anything but take accountability and improve their service. Dodgy and shady place Would'nt recommend👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
