Good job. You guys worked well and tirelessly to make the event truly amazing. Small points for improvement-- 1. purchase some MEGAPHONEs for calling out to parties and crowd. Also keep a few 2 way radio sets or walkie talkies for Swift communication amongst your team and the officers. 2. Counters for tea and lunch on 21st June at Santosh Hall and at NDA Mess were insufficient. Next time, this aspect may be looked into for other courses. 3. Gole market vendors should be informed of crowd coming and to keep chairs, stocks and staff ready for that time of gole market visit in the late afternoon. 4. Next time, feasibility of arranging the event outside the Santosh Hall at it's entrance grounds should be explored as the hall is not air conditioned. Santosh Hall should only be for laying out dinner and sitting. Rest, the food was good, the staff were excellent and well behaved and organizing was excellent.

My second trip through Wish Bone India and must say that I’m extremely happy. Our most recent trip to Bali was simply great including accommodations, local sight seeing and overall holiday experience. A big thanks to Shoaib, who helped us right from setting up this trip till we were back. Keep up the great work guys.

Wishbone India organised the Silver jubilee reunion for us . The event could have been better organised considering the scale at which it was held. The planning was lacking personal involvement from the company executives. All services ordered at the hotel were with almost 50% premium over and above the hotel rates. Overall not too happy with their service .

Overall an Average experience. Following are recommended to be addressed:- 1. Lunch arrangements on 21st June in Cadet’s Mess - Two serving counters were grossly inadequate leading to long queue and excessive waiting time. To top it all, the dishes were also refilled very late and most people finding empty dishes or no Plates to take the food when their turn finally arrived. 2. Tea arrangements in Santosh Gupta Hall on 21st June - Again very few serving counters when it was known that all would generally arrive in a group. The person serving Tea and Coffee was rude and unprofessional. 3. Hotel Ramada - Telephone in the room not working. Complained daily for 3 days, but even today when I checked out, it wasn’t serviceable. Had to go to neighbouring room to ask for basic things like drinking water. Thank you

TEAM WBI planned a wedding that we couldn't imagine. The team understands and executes with utmost vigilance, coordination and hospitality. Everyone worked like a seamless robot and was always ready with things we missed or had a blind eye to. They ensured that we were comfortable all the time. I joked with them that they were my Harry Potter, as we always gave them unimaginable tasks at the very last moment and walked carefreely, knowing it would be a tricky hassle putting it together, but they would do it. No task or time of the day was an issue; the team catered to everything. All team members were always fresh and had a smile on their face. Everyone is professional and well-experienced, and all decisions and actions were well thought out and executed. If I share only a few names here, it would be disrespectful, as we have seen the layers and professionalism all team members have. For us, they started as a vendor but became a family member. They worked tirelessly to make our wedding into an event of the century that we will cherish. They guided us and our families through all the phases, which helped us to get closer and make bonds with everyone.
