The ring was perfect but as the way they treated me was not acceptable . I personally went here to make exchange of my old ring which i purchased 1 month ago and they explained everything to me and says that to complete everything it will take 7_10 working days i said it's fine and then after 2 days i receive a call from the stuff who was working on my product he told me that my ring has already reach their store and they will complete the other formalities and soon they will dispatch my product so i said okay , After that he did not contact me for like 3,4 days saying this and that it's been more than 10days and i haven't got any update so i keep trying asking about it and on the 14th day only they dispatch my order . I received my order after 17 days And I am really disappointed like they way they treated me making excuses , their service are not acceptable , I don't want to mention the stuff name . I really hope you read this review and learn to treat your customers equally .. I wish you don't treat anyone like the way you treated me 😇. Happy shopping guys 🙌
