I have visited stores in South Extension. I have mix experience there. Overall the staffs are good and well behaved. However commercially they are not good and knowledgeable. They do not understand customer benefit. Close minded approach. Specially stores commercial manger is not at all Co-operative. But Mr Saikat Saha, a senior sales staff is simply excellent and always have out of box thinking. He is an excellent marketing person as well as a very good and accommodative person. His commercial is knowledge is fabulous. I’d recommend everyone should be touch with Mr Saikat for any large purchase. Overall Saikat is SUPERB.

I had ordered a customized gold coin from their south extension store, I needed it before the scheduled delivery date because I had to gift it to my parents on their silver jubilee. The store manager, Srilakha Das made sure I got my product right on time, and the staff's hospitality, professionalism, and courtesy impressed me. I have never seen such a cooperative consumer support system with any other jeweler before. Very disappointed with the services . I took 1 policy of 5000 which I was told that it would be refunded within 2 days but didn't get refund . When I called back they were very rude . They said come and give the receipt . If he could have told earlier I would have given the receipt .

I have been a regular customer at Senco Gold with very good experience so far until what happened yesterday at New Delhi's South Extension I showroom. I called up the store around 4 pm to check if a particular locket is still in stock so that I can come and purchase it. I was told by Mr Narendra Kesarwani to come and buy the item as it was in stock. When I turned up, to my utter dismay the same person, Mr Kesarwani told me rather blatantly that it has been sold in the morning. He kept throwing all sorts of lame excuses and guff which were absolutely appalling. It became clear that his intention was to somehow make me visit the store so that they can sell me something else while being fully aware at the time we spoke that the item I was looking for was not in stock. I felt betrayed and harassed not just because I had to take the hassle of visiting the store unnecessarily, but more so at the unethical salesmanship which is completely unheard of a reputed brand like Senco Gold. I'll have to think hard whether I will ever purchase anything from Senco again and will inform all my peers about this horrible experience.
