Do not contact this hospital for Emergency. At least in emergency the doctors are absolutely useless, and not compassionate at all. I live 5 min away and called for an ambulance at 1230 in the night for my grandfather who suffered a cardiac arrest and informed them of the situation. The ambulance came after 30 min. All my follow-up calls were answered rudely, with an " all we can tell you is that the ambulance has left from here". The doctors who came with it took leisurely strolled from the society gate to my house ( I saw them through the window). My grandfather passed away because he did not get medical attention in time. FYI- The name of the doctor who attended was Dr. Nivedita Bali

Worst experience i could ever hv in a hospital...my two friends got injured in an accident...took them.in artemis sector 20 dwarka delhi. However doctor attended us in emergency ..told us that one friend has 2 fractures in his left shoulder n one in another..n will do orif surgery on urgent basis.(in which they put plates to join bones) gave an estimate of 2.5 lacs. And for 2nd friend told his 4 chest ribs are broken n lung casualities n hv to put in icu and ventilator incase...we had some financial problem cause they told us to deposit 1 lac advance for 1st friend surgery...then we waited for his family member to come which took the next eve as he was comin from far...n doctors keep on calling for sergery till then...inbetween we showed the reports to our family doctor n he recommended not to hv surgery here as the case was not that critical...so we asked for discharge the patient. On this doctor ( vijay khariwal) got angry n said that are we fools we came here at night n wont hv surgery now.and then they billed Rs 57 thousand something. Which was included 18 thousand for jus touching his shoulder which he actually did infront of me n his staff...didnt even locate or watever he gave the reason for that amount....and 9 thousand for some very little scratches on my friends face n the nurse jus cleared them with some cotton...other than that his doctor 5 times visit jus to say hello costed 5 thousand and two other doctors visit 2 thousand Rs. Plus they charged us with OT preparation...everything they do to prepare their OT idk wat the hell is that...and lots of things. On this when i requested Dr. Vijay khariwal he yelled at me that i came to hospital leaving my children n all now i will also charge my fees. I told him that whats the doctor duty then...i thanked him that he arrived at night n please do the right thing. Dont overcharge n all...n all he said the computer guy yo reduce 5k only showing that he did a great favor to us. Told me that he lost money cause of us left 2 more surgeries smwhere. I wd hv got money there...now u hv to bear that. I came in hospital for u...with a very loud tone...i really feel so disrespect about that senior doctor...and then when we paid 54k to the hospital n shifted my friend to other hospital in our hometown....doctors said that there is no need of plates n all...n he got operated without plates n charged less than 60k.... And 2nd friend whom they told that 4 ribs are broken n very serious...his family also moved him to another hospital n found that only one rib is little fractured and even no need to get panic he was not in much danger.... the saying about private hospitals is very true... Human are jus machines for them to run their organization...so about artemis n specially Dr vijay khariwal a total liar filthy disrespectful greedy old man. Wont recommend anyone to visit here. Thet are decoits.

Worst hospital. I would recommend nobody should ever visit this hospital. They will spoil the case. Doctors don't know what to treat and forget about how to treat. Doctors in emergency are not actually doctors, they may be compounders. Believe me if you want the condition of your patient to worsen then this is the best hospital. Doctors insist you to buy medicines from hospital itself.i seriously don't know why. Highly disappointed with the doctors. God please save patients from such useless doctors. worst hospital and staffs you could ever see, if you have health insurance they will kill you with unnecessary tests, checkups and that also not on time. One small test they do and reports come after 2 days then they ask after 2 days concern doctor would come and he will write a test which will again take 3 days for report to come. I took my patient for a stomach pain, they admitted and started treatment. In 2 hours he became normal with normal test reports, he was feeling well they took 8 days discharge and it was supposed to be more if i didn't force to discharge. in Final bill they have charges 4500 for consultation asking 9 times Doctors visited and so 9*500=4500 per day. Seriously horrible experience.

Doctors has been failed to control normal fever and throat infection during 4 days of treatment under hospitalisation and we have to take discharge for better treatment. Hospital administration should think properly before selecting doctors.

I gave 5 stars to this hospital 2 years back, but when i visited this hospital recently i have to come back and edit my review to give it 2 stars only. The hospital facilites degraded to lowest level, not enough doctor available, not much machines and necessary materials available, it seems that this hospital is about to closed in near future ,so they are in process of removing everything . - No good doctors in Hospital, external doctors visit only twice a day . - The doctors in emergency are actually not doctors . Trust me if they do not wear stethoscope you will think that some college student came to practise for their subject . - test costs are much higher then mostly what other hospitals charge. - they will charge you even for hand sanitiser and nurse gloves, which were already present in rooms :D - Most of the private rooms which they give to patient is like 4 by 8 sized corner of building. Patient will become more ill in that highly priced room then to feel better. - The only good thing about this Hospital was- " Behaviour of nurses, the nurses their were very helpful and well behaved, and the one point extra in rating is just for Nurses of the hospital . Overall - Avoid if possible.

It was a sheer waste of money. After a long wait when the doctor finally arrived.. he was done with the check up in less than 2 mins.. prescribed antibiotics and insisted on purchasing the same from the hospital pharmacy. Also what I found funny was the doctor was reluctant to tell me when and how to take the medicines, until I have purchased them from the hospital pharmacy!

Such a nice hospital.. my daughter was having a surgery of tonsillitis problem.. and they started with full concentration.. they discharged her within 4 hours.. surely go for minor or major injuries there.. facilities are very very good.. excellent job keep it up

A big No for people who are looking to get cure n medication from Artemis Hospital Dwarka. No proper facilities and no one to attend patients even in ICU. They have so casual approach by saying that no beds are available so patient has to stay in ICU. Expensive with zero facility.. In short they are just their to earn money.. they don't care for lives.

As a Dr one should realise that a patient should be treated first and make him symptom free before I discharge him.. or the Dr would refer him to another Dr or facility. But the Artemis, Dwarka, and their nursing staff have dissapointed us today. And I guess that a few sisters of this hospital need classes on how to have a ear for the patient...

Very bad experience. Charged 750 for consultation and there was no senior consultant, also charged 100 rs for registration, I mean what is this, i have to pay 100rs to save my name in hospital's computer. They are just taking advantage of bad situation of patient. Not recommended for emergency and normal situations.

This is the worst hospital ever they made the case even more worse.my brother was suffering from high blood sugar doctors didnt checked for blood sugar level went on giving glucose which raised the blood sugar level to 1100 my brother was in diabetic coma for 4 days just because of dr. Not a very good first experience at this hospital, the receptionist look like so customer unfriendly, confused on her job, delegating her responsibilities to other staff. Doctor are very good and doing their job perfectly. Best part is one of my friends brother met with an accident and admitted in emergency on 2nd Mar'15. Without asking any money or other thing , they started the treatment and did it very well. CT scan and all happened at very reasonable time frame. As all things were fine , so they discharged after 3 hrs and not admitted to make money. Great , hats off to Artemis doctors. Keep it up beyond limits , money will follow . Best Regards Vinod Gogia

Amazing experience, one of the best doctors u have in the hospital. I had to go there for my mother's treatment. They were very helpful, emergency doctor Nivedita Bali worked amazingly and helped my mom recover by the morning. I would really recommend this hospital to my friends and relatives. Kudos
