There is a saying in Hindi "Naam Bade aur Darshan Chote" which amply describes my experiences in Gynaecology department of Manipal Hospital in terms of services , response time to handle infectious diseases and sensitivity towards ladies patients . In case you choose to spend quick bucks you will get appointments with doctors almost immediately . However if you are in some panel your waiting time could be 7-10 days . Even if you get the appointment and Doctors suggest you some medical examination or tests they do not bother to see your reports on their whatsapp even if they have assured you to do so . As a result you will again have to schedule an appointment to get a medicinal prescription based on those reports . In my case Doctor cancelled my wife's appointment twice and finally when we were sent to his room there was some other doctor in his place . In terms of much needed medical services they will make you run from pillar to post for a simple query to get resolved . I was made to run from ground floor to fourth floor with my ill wife and met so many ladies viz Ruchis , Rashmis , Hennas etc who were only passing the buck to another colleagues one after another . We tend to blame Govt Hospitals for Bureaucratic tendencies but here I was in a so called world class hospital where Bureaucratic apathy is so conspicuous it could even shame the administrative machinery of third world countries . At the end of my business with the hospital, I was left to wonder whether the standards have declined or declined standards are the new standards for this Hospital . However , you may love to click selfies and photos in the super clean environs of the hospital which is the only respite when you don't get the services as per your expectation or commensurate with the brand Manipal .

Such a good hospital and staff was very cooperative.. We've got a single room there was very good... And the doctor was very experienced who has done a surgery... There was no infection and no side effects on body after a laproscopy.. I'll recommend it to all searching for a good hospital 🏥.... Go for it

Majorly test are available in the hospital like radiology, cardiology, pediatrics etc. It is located on prime location of dwarka sector 1 redlight however that area comes under dwarka sector 6 so people might confuse to reach there. My brother in law was admitted here with multiple blockages in his heart. Dr.Bipin Dubey and his team took good care of him and he was discharged in 2 days. The hospital is neat and clean, friendly staff and there were not so long queues. Ample Parking was there with valet service. Charges are 50 for normal parking and 100 for valet parking. Canteen and pharmacy facilities are also there.

The Manipal Hospital is located at dwarka sector 6, it is very convenient to reach as it's adjacent to the main road. The hospital is very well maintained and has a COVID treatment facility as well. Valet service is there for car parking at Rs.50. It has a very nice canteen facility, clean and hygienic environment across the premises and it has 9 floors.

An experience of a 5 🌟 property, but the management and arrangements are very puzzled out here at Manipal Hospital. I don't know why? 🤔... Have had experience of Artemis Gurugram, Apollo Hospital Chennai. Actually Very fantastically, all of these Hospitals make huge amount of cash each and every seconds, whether it be Max or Fortis, no distinction there. That's how private hospitals have their share of working culture at today's day & age. But the guys on their desk the one's wearing White & Blue clothes, are Maybe mostly from BBA or MBA background, not from hospitality sector. They should talk to the customers or people representing the patients side. The don't make any eye contact with you. Don't even say sir please kindly give us a moment, once I finish Mr. So & so, i quickly look into ur problem, just kindly take a seat or enjoy a cup of coffee at our options of vivid cafeteria's; etc. Here they provide Electric keys for Attendants known as Attendant's Pass (for which they charge ₹500/- which is refundable, Artemis or Apollo they provide a paper card naming the patient and his/her credentials, for which no money is collected, & that's super cool). If the patient is in the ICU then the attendant has to sleep the night at the ground floor on the designer sofas 🫢. Whereas my own experience at the Artemis (2) & once at Apollo Chennai, even the patient is at ICU the attendant are allowed to sleep or use the single rooms allotted under the Patients. (We had got a Single Room here at Manipal Hospital, Dwaraka Sector-06). No checking system on the floors, like at Artemis and Apollo there are security who will check that u have a pass to enter the restricted floors where there are patients like an Attendant's pass.. anybody can just go upwards via the staircase easily. Tell someone to push a switch and buzz the gate opens up if it was closed with modern technology. The assistant or the coordinator of our Doctor was a kind of person who was not willing to followup with the patient who wants to fix a date of meeting with their doctor. (No one is going to a hospital to meet a dr. for inviting in Grah Pravesh scenario), she needed to understand and use some common sense that she was in certain chain of talks with a patient and needs to followup more until a fullproof plan has been opted for a supposed meeting with the Doc. (Again a sign of Bad Management skills whom they have hired). The doctor regarding our treatment was superb (This 1 🌟 is only for hiring that guy, he's just a week old with Manipal Hospital, this is what stands from the date of me writing this post).

My first visit in Manipal hospital 🏥 for ECHS OPD and it was Superb 👍. Thanks Manipal hospital management and staff. Regularly i have visited Venkateswer hospital 🏥 for all purposes but thanks to God for giving me chance to visit orher hospital and feel the difference. Now i can say why all panel specially ECHS and panel people are wasting their time in Venkateswer Hospital by just standing in line for only billing for 1-2 hours and then again standing 🧍‍♂️ for long queue for doctor's checking........offffffffff I advised people to quit Venkateswer Hospital for opd billing and just come once to Manipal hospital to feel the change. I have taken appointment for ENT and got Tuesday 3pm appointment and we visited sharp 3 pm and out of hospital at 3:30 pm after checkup. Can't believe If its the scene of Venkateswer hospital then for OPD billing only we have to visit 9.30 for billing which will start at 11.15 as people's start standing in queue early since 9 am. So finally Manipal Hospital is awesome 👌 👏 👍

Very nice hospital with well equipped facilities and very experienced doctor. Hospital is fully furnished like 5 star hotels, premises is nicely managed for patients comfort. Food chain and coffee shop available inside. ATM facilities are available inside. It's a Multi specialty hospital so all segment of doctor available inside. All the staff and Doctor very humble to the patients.

I am very disappoint after waiting two hours outside his consultation room for EWS/BPL to see Dr. Gaurav Tukran and he did not come. And i have asked several times to Minapal hospital staff and also to OPD consultant regarding his timing for patients and nothing was helpful. Then finally i am going back with the patient who were hopefully seeking to see him related to his medical issue. I would say only that this hospital looks only people who have money not those are poor and needy. I am very upset.

Manipal Hospital, Dwarka has redefined the Healthcare facilities in India. It is one of the finest and professionally managed Hospital in Delhi. It had its best days, now its just a revenue machine and Dr. are their sales person. Cash patient treated like god. insurance panel patient can wait they will be attended once they deal with gods. - Go for irrelevant tests - After taking appointment wait time can be upto 2-3 hrs. Many excuses r there ( emergency case, some emergency in OT, old case came in to emergency etc) - Dirty bed - Long wait time for every task ( Billing, report collection, admission, discharge etc) - Dr. doesn’t touch patient for checkup… they do meetings😝. - If you complain and u r luck you will get response after 48hr. Only on call no written reply.

I have consult Dr Charu Sachdeva Goel for my CoVid Positive sister. When I called her for some advice she said don't waste my time, I m very much busy. She was not ready to listen any thing from me. She said take the appointment and pay the consultation fees first. She spoke to me very arrogantly and disconnected the phone. I don't understand why we call this types of Doc a Corona Warriors. These types of Docs are only money minded. I think these docs are happy that many peoples are suffering from corona, they can fetch good amount of money from the patients.

I just want to let everyone know that these places are having open loots of the public money. My friends brother got died in there and when requested for reports they told us to pay full amount first and then they will share the reports even for view purpose. For the sake of humanity if someone real brother has died, they are not even authorise to know what exactly happened to their loved ones.

IF you are coming with metro then it hardly take 15 min to reach. Nearest places are mahlaxmi apartment, dwarka sector 2, manglapuri,Madhu vihar. You can take COVID vaccine from the hospital after taking the online registration from COVIN app. Also take offline registration also. My overall experience was amazing. One similarity I would like share between MTNL and Manipal Hospital is neither takes calls. 9 out of 10 times the number rings only, nobody gonna pick it. Emergency Reception is totally non-cooperative. No respect for anyone whether senior citizen or females. The guy at emergency reception is rude and arrogant. I visited the hospital in Emergency, the settlement of which is still pending even after 6 days of submission of documents with the Hospital. If you want to discharge and seek some other Hospital to get treatment or second opinion, they'll start treating you like a time waste customer and will try to make as much as delay they can make in reports making etc. Doctors are good, humble but majority of the staff is arrogant and rude. Won't recommend even a single visit.

His is getting the food of high BP and diabetics patient while he doesn't have any such issue. Terrible experience at Manipal Hospital in Dwarka. Charges for non complicated surgical procedures are so high that you can’t even imagine what will happen if there is a complication. They provide you an estimate before admission and will keep on providing re-estimates after doing the procedures. An extremely genuine hospital with best health care staff whose sole aim is to see you feel well. First beautiful experience was when my son had fallen severlely sick in school during his practical exam and the staff at Emergency checked his vitals, motivated him and made him go home happily. Next when I was diagnosed Covid positive, I visited emergency and they recommended home isolation as I was feeling OK. However, yesterday evening when I was feeling discomfort, they immediately responded , took due care in emergency and later shifted me to seventh floor where the staff is working round the clock , trying to satisfy everyone. All patients are far from their near and dear ones and although they are not family, yet they are doing their best. It is a pleasure to see young girls and boys working hard without expecting anything in return.Thanks to these warriors whose identity is hidden behind the healthcare dress, people have hope of seeing better days.

Went here for a CT Scan of chest and Consultation for CoVid like symptoms. Good Process till getting the CT-Scan, afterwhich everything was bureaucratic like a Government Hospital. Their Lab Portal page on their website does not work, it's a sham and only there for a showoff. I called up their number which is of a call centre, you call up 10-15 times then they will answer. They said that the report is ready but we can't send the same to you, not by email or any other means either. And the attitide is so callous, when a patitent is getting a CT-Scan, they say, don't worry it is not urgent, wait till monday morning. And next day I went to the hospital, they said the same thing, then upon continous insistence, they gave an uncertified copy of the report, which quite clearly states that the Patient is having Co-Vid as per multiple physicians. Very very shambolic. Not expected out of a reputed name like Manipal Hospital.

Will just not take calls days after days, such a poor entry point, how does it matter what facilities are available. Edit 1 - No resolution on the above issue yet. Edit 2 - Visited the hospital for a DSE test, this is an out patient procedure, the staff is truly uncoordinated, impersonal and lacking the willingness to take ownership of their tasks, unsure if its a training issue or just lack of motivation. Expect to be told to go here and there for small things, but don't expect a single person to really own their part of the work flow. Just a handful staff working here sincerely maybe. A 75 yrs old heart patient whose fasting for the test and is diabetic and whose 11 AM appointment got stretched to 12:30 PM and its not OK! Especially when you charge a bomb for a test which is much cheaper at any other clinic in Delhi. Edit 4 - Slight improvement on my follow up visit however my 9:15 doctor appointment was executed at 10:00 AM, leaves much room to improve, such a wonderful infrastructure the investors have put together, but better management is required. Edit 5 - Doc. Bipin Dubey, will recommend angiographies for fun. Even after stress tests are normal.

A hospital is supposed to pick up the phone if anyone is calling them. I have tried calling you 5 times and your numbers never work. I don’t know why you all have made such a big hospital but there is no way to get in contact ! Really sad guys.

The sevices and the staff are pathetic. We took a cancer patient with severe covid symptoms to get them admitted and the staff here took more than half an hour to confirm if they have vacant bed or not. Imagine this a "5 star" hospital with such a pathetic service. Also we went to their pharmacy to buy some medicines and waited in queue for more 15 mins and the pharmacist there could not attend the first person in the queue in the in those 15 mins. He was on call the whole time and people are waiting in queue for emergency cases. The sevice here is a no go.

I had my 8 yrs old son Inguinal Harnia surgery on 4th Nov 20. I had consulted many hospitals and doctors before surgery. My experience was great, Dr Arvind Sabharwal is simply superb. My kid has never felt nervous before surgery. Dr is very much experience and know how to make your kid/patient comfortable. I am giving 5 star bec of Dr. Hosipital will give 4 star only because there is common emergency entrance for COVID tests which is risky.Rest hosipital is Awesome....Staff, nurses and environment....5 star.

The staff members are soo careless in this hospital they take almost 1hr just for dressing my hand and are impolite too they don't know how to behave with patient

I was utterly disappointed by my visit to this hospital. Went to consult a neurologist and the doctor couldn't manage to find the root cause of the pain in legs. Just like any other private hospitals, the focus is on getting all expensive tests done (NCV, MRI etc) and then they just keep referring you from one department to other. If there is no further scope for tests, they will start referring you to all other specialist in circle.

Nice experince in manipal hospital. staff is really supporting especially Ms sapna kukreti coordinator. She is managing really well . I never even seen such a hard working staff.

If you get the right treatment in right time, that is the biggest satisfaction to the patient. Doctors and staff were extremely helpful and services by everyone can be rated as excellent. Let me not forget the porters who were there whenever needed with smiling faces. Heavy footfall of patients is reason for delays and we should cooperate with it.

Good service ,excellent response time !!! I have been visiting the obs on 4th floor and the cafezone does not have tables, customers have to keep the food on their laps, the hospital asset management removed the tables about 4 months ago. This was quite inconvenient and the visitors often end up soiling the seats. Upon my request to the facility manager, they were prompt to get a table and few chairs arranged for the patients The overall experience at the place is good, the place is well managed and clean.

Its a good hospital but can be managed better. Dwarka has now an impressive count of private hospitals and Manipal would benefit by creating an accessible communication system. All the staff communicate with each other on mobiles leaving phone extension unattended all the time. Either publish mobile phones or motivate staff to answer phone when it rings

Had a great experience at Manipal Hospital today. As it was an emergency, my daughter was treated immediately upon arrival and the nursing staff, the doctors were very very co-operative. As my 6 year old younger one was with me, and there was a queue for registration, one of the staff took my details down and helped me register without needing to leave my daughter and stand in queue. They took good care of my daughter and she was fine in not time. Can't thank them enough..

SUMITRA DEVI,70 YRS, in July 2020 and in this connection,we met Dr.Naveen Kumar Vermaji,a surgeon. I am to say here that our experience was excellent there to say d least. Dr Naveen carried out d whole procedure with his superb ingenuity and capability...the behaviour of his n his staff was very cooperative n heeding and cordial with d patient n other members. Their look after and making d patient at ease was infectious and praiseworthy.Lastly they r second to none in their professional job.. All I want to say that without think twice you can believe in Dr. Gunjan Varma She is very polite and listen all your problem carefully. I visited her after seeing reviews about the dr over here and yes it was my good decision to get treatment from her. She is very polite and friendly in nature. She never prescibe extra medicines and always force to go for natural suplements like drink a lot water, eat fruits, be active. Even in pandamic we always had conversation over whats app or call. And she always replied timely.

Opd's doctors are very friendly nature they listen to us very carefully..and treated like we are one of them family member.. environment of this hospital gives positive vibes....and security staff very carefull about covid 19.. they check every person with maintain social distancing... Very Slow service. Staff is not responsive. Also, they're not taking proper care between the normal patients and covid patients, in that case, suspected cases have high probability of becoming covid patient.

A comparatively new corporate, multi specialist hospital in Delhi, located in Dwarka. The hospital has a swanky new building of 9 floors and 3 basements for parking. The reception is well managed in a huge atrium with plenty of seating arrangements. Foreigners have a separate lounge. Plenty of dining and lounging facilities. I house pharmacy is well managed. I had a first hand experience for admitting my wife in emergency, taking her in ward and a stay in the hospital. The emergency has well trained staff who are prompt and efficient. Finding a bed is however subject a challenge. Indoor facilities are excellent. Functioning is as per protocols of this chain of hospitals. However, this was found to be bureaucratic and sometimes frustrating by us. Most doctors, nurses and other staff were extremely courteous. We did have an extremely bad experience with one specialist and the same was brought to the notice of the hospital authorities in their written feedback proforma at the time of discharge as well as online on their request. However we yet to be contacted.

I got my first vaccination and it feels great and staff is good and easy to communicate and to get all the mandatory information related to covid 19.

Although the interior and spaciousness and equipments of the hospital will make u feel good if you r there for a short OPD or other minor treatment. But if u r going for some serious issue, you will have a tough time. There is something wrong about management of processes in the hospital. There is no coordination between different branches. There is a general coldness and lack of warmth in behaviour of doctors. There is very poor communication from doctor with the patient and attendees. It appears that doctors have no will to talk to patient and explain them things to ease their anxiety. They r mechanically running protocols without providing a sense of 'care'. But unfortunately there are not many good hospitals in Dwarka anyway.

Go and get yourself vaccinated at Manipal Hospital, Dwarka without any hassle of queue, mis-management and other nuisances. Came here for my 1st covishield vaccine dose and people here were so helpful and everything went very smooth. They made me verify everything and all was sanitized and clean and everyone was wearing a mask and glove. Proper hygiene and also doctor made me check the vaccine first by myself and then they gave the shot. The staff was also very helpful.

Room service is good. Food is good. In the end just before discharge, cannula mishandling lead to swelling in hand. Nursing staff and other helping staff is professional as well. Hygiene and cleanliness is good. The doctor and staff does an informed consultation and explains everything. For each and everything, the attendants are informed at each step.

Good Doctor - Dr Devender Kundra But extremely poor systems at Hospital 1. My father - 84 year old - admitted in ICU for COPD and is on Bi-Pap machine.. which means that he can’t talk.. I had provided my number and my wife’s number at the registration desk to call for anything. They called patient who cant even pick up phone. Corrected the phone number after speaking at 3 levels in hospital.. still they are calling my father’s number. 2. Today at 11 am ICU doctor told us the that he will continue to be in ICU. We said ok no problem. At 2.45 pm hospital calls at my father’s number that he is being shifted to a room!! When we asked then what happened in 4 hours that they want to ahift to a room… they checked and said… no he will continue to be in ICU… 3. Juat now called again to get number changed.. I was informed that concerned person is on leave and I should contact on Tuesday.. 2 days later!! Wow UPDATE January 3, 2023 Following my review I was contacted by their CustomerCare lady - Ms Latika after 3 days (how prompt!) and was assured that we would not have any problem now onwards. I would like to share 2 more incidences: 1. Doctor had advised CT Scan and Echo test. Nurses took my father to ground floor for these tests precisely when doctor came for daily morning round. Why can’t they simply plan the test or doctor visit so that both can be done!! 2. I informed Latika at 12 noon that patient’s bed is in dilapidated condition and should be changed.I am writing this at 8 pm and bed is still same. Picture of bed is enclosed.

Made a big mistake coming to this hospital for health check. No SOLACE even booking slot online. They made my 78 year old mother wait 2 hours before starting health check up. After reaching hospital they say it is first come first serve basis, then why there is options for slot on website. That is soon frustrating. It is better to go for local path lab etc

I have visited many hospitals in India. But my experience at Manipal, Dwarka has been the best one. I am asthmatic and had several other issues, I was suggested to be admitted by Dr. Puneet Khanna, who is one of the best pulmonologists in India. He is a very nice doctor, who listens to patients carefully and explains everything very calmly. Sapna ma'am as her supporting staff was also very kind to me, kept me calm, and explained all the procedure as I was alone. My stay at hospital was also very comfortable. It didn't feel like a hospital, they provide excellent services. The hospital is kept very clean, the food was also very nice. Everyone including doctors, TPA department, nurses, floor manager, porters, maintenance and other supporting staff was quick and polite. The hospital doesn't charge you unnecessarily and also provides a smooth and swifty procedure for using your insurance. I will recommend anyone to go Manipal Dwarka if they want to get a good doctor (at pocket friendly services if they have insurance or are covered under some scheme).
