I hope there was a choice below 1 star, they are the worst medical center among all gcc approved medical centers, they never pick our calls and delay our work...the staff is really pathetic..jaise lagta hai baap ka raaj hai.. candidates ki feelings ki koi parvah nahi...they talk everone with rude tone. Just once gcc gave us a choice to choose medical center of our choice then these medical center will come on their knees and will give us money/commision too. I'm writing mails everyday to gcc hope it goes well.

Simply they are looting money from the poor labourers people in the name of gamca medical checkup......I requested to the gamca medical officials please look into matter these type of medical centres whom you approved under gcc. I m really disappointed from this type of behaviour from this medical center,they got happy when my medical slip got expired.i did premedical check outside lab my bilirubin level was 1.01 but when I did in this lab (New Delhi Medical centre) they said your bilrubin level is 1.8 ......... Because of this my visa also got expired 😭

I gone through the medical examination at New Delhi medical center and i am extremely happy that i received excellent customer service there, from reception to x- ray room all the doctors and well behaved and talk nicely. No doubts settings arrangements are good enough and entire centre is cleaned. Hassle free all the test and took only five minutes to finish all. Especially receptionist putting their best efforts to make sure everything is in order. Overall experience is just wow! Good job done!!

Total scam they unfit fit person and tell them to take medicine like vit b complex.. Total harrasment..Asking for extra money for fit report...Scam total scam

I did my gamca medical from this centre and what I found there was the behaviour of the xray technician was very rude. He was acting like he had buyed us. Over all the xray technician was very bad in his language and behaviour. I don't understand who have made him an xray technician. The person who did my physical checkup was very nice, polite, and gentle. The centre must hire all the staff like him.

New Delhi medical centre is very spacious. Neat and clean medical centre with latest equipment.very professional anud polite staff. Medical centre has done very good job in pandemic. They helped the poor people with free vaccines.

This Medical Centre does not meet our expectations. It's disappointing when candidates travel from a distance and these people don't respond to our calls. I've been diligently trying to reach them for the past two days to know about the medical fitness of the candidates, but unfortunately, there's been no response.

It is a Private & paid Vaccination Center but no rush staff is also cooperative & Doctor's Also Available

Experience was great. Entire process was explained over a phone call. Person came on time to take the sample, was wearing ppe kit (most say they will wear but usually come without it). Precautions were taken. Mine was for last minute travel and report was required quickly and was provided on time. 👍

Excellent managed services at the Vaccination Centres from A to Z where I visited to get my wife Vaccinated on 18th July, 2021. Her number was 2nd at the counter to be attended by your staff. Timely prompt registration / verification, fee collection at Counter I, followed by Vaccination at Counter II where the staff nurse for vaccination was very courteous followed by 30 minutes mandatory waiting at Counter III. In the meantime found that Vaccination Certificate ready at Exit Counter. The staff found to be very courteous and helpful and guiding staff. The Centre has been professionally managed and very convenient . No hassles at all and took minimal time to get the full exercise done. At the end, a brooch was provided by the Medical Centre marked with "Let's Get Vaccinated." Well done.

Highly responsive, smooth sample taking, punctual report. All like a breeze. I spent exactly 3 minutes at site. They make it so easy. Report was in 6 hrs as promised. Superb. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience. Staff is totally professional. We were not getting any Covid Test home sample collection appointment. We reached out to New Delhi Medical Center at around 8:30 PM. Not only they responded back but also ensured that sample was collected at 9 AM in the morning and report was sent online within next 8 hours. This was unbelievable considering high number of cases at this moment. I was really impressed with the services and will surely recommend them for all medical testing related services.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Professionally managed. Very convenient and minimal waiting. Got my 2nd shot today and the arrangement was way better than the 1st shot received at a private hospital in Delhi. Got my parents and myself vaccinated as drive-in. No hassles

Awesome service I had a great experience out there

The staff was friendly but the Ophthalmologist (lady) was too harsh with the candidates. It took around half an hour there with all the tests. 1. Blood sample is taken 2. Height and weight is measured 3. General physical exam 4. Eye tesy 5. X ray All these tests took 3-4 minutes. Went there around 10 AM and left around 10:30 AM and got results around 5 PM on the same day. They only accept cash fee (5000 rupees).

As I visit today everything is good Staff Attitude very good all are very polite

They do GAMCA medical Test along with covid test and vaccination. Their timely reporting system is really help me. I don't hesitate to recommend others.

NDMC is without a doubt the most well equipped diagnostic centre in and around West/Central Delhi and always the first choice for my family and me. The entire staff is exceptionally well trained and professional in their approach. They have made Covid tests such an easy experience. Their Drive-Thru experience is very smooth and well managed.
