I did my hair transplant in October 2021. During my first visit Dr. Chouhan has suggested me 2500 grafts for my frontal part and confirmed that this will provide a good density to cover the area. I heard a lot about about this clinic and go ahead with the HT with the their BEST method. The surgery took 5-6 hours and it was not painful. On the day of surgery Dr. took Comparatively a little more time making slits and planting on the right side of head. But that was not the case with the rest of the left side portion because as it seems Dr and technician were running late for their home at night. After the surgery got completed, they have covered the area. On the 5-6 day onwards, I can clearly see that the left side of the portion still has lot of patches and bald area left which are not planted well. Right side of the portion do have gaps but I can still say that the work done was little okayish. But I am very much disappointed with the left side of the portion. I sometime feels that I have wasted a lot of my money. After looking at my head I never feel that Dr has even planted 2500 grafts. It only looks to be 1000-1200 only. The purpose of the HT is not at all fulfilled by Dr. Kavish And their Clinic Dermaclinix.

Visited DermaClinix at Defence Colony , New Delhi for the first time for hair transplant treatment. The treatment done was A-Class with latest technology ( B.E.S.T method) and utmost care by Dr. Kavish Chauhan and his skilled team members. It took almost 8 hours - + 4 hours ( next day) for the entire procedure. Extra care was taken by Dr. Kavish Chauhan (MD Dermatology, from AIIMS) in treating the patient. Medicines were provided by the doctor and was inclusive of the cost of the procedure. Dr. Kavish Chauhan excels in hair transplantation and has treated many celebrities too. This hair transplant clinic is in the basement. You can easily park your car outside and reach the clinic easily through stairs or the lift facility. The ambience is good and the lounge has comfortable sofas. Complimentary Tea and coffee and Bisleri water bottle is served here. I visited this clinic for treatment of a post-burn scar. The second degree burn had left a big black elevated scar. The doctor very patiently explained me the entire process, cost involved and timelines. Some injections and a laser therapy was suggested to me which was to span over 6-8 months. For the entire duration of the procedure (currently ongoing), I was appointed a person of contact who was available on call at all times and would connect me to the doctor within minutes for any post-procedure doubts. The process from taking appointments to the treatment has been completely seamless and very comfortable. The unique thing about this clinic was that the person of contact would regularly text/call me to take updates on the recovery. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone looking for a dermaclinic. Going here for the Laser treatment from past 6 months and it has been a very nice experience ever since. Very unprofessional! Super disappointed. I had booked an appointment through Parcto for Tuesday, the clinic called and cancelled it on Monday for xyz reasons. Rescheduled it for Friday afternoon as doctor was busy before that. One hour before the appointment called and canceled the same. Got another appointment fixed for Saturday 2pm and their relation manager called to reschedule again! On insisting that I am flying out he agreed on the same time of the appointment. As we reached today, doctor was busy in the OT for full 45 minutes and didn’t know when he was getting free! Extremely mad and frustrated!
