i am not setiesfied reception person is very unprofessional miss behave with all and me,unprofessional language very bad service please change reception staff lady and all staff is very bad unprofessional language use please try another medical center

Worst people and they behave so badly with all the peoples. They use abusive language as well with the customers. If they are not able to justify they scare people to fail their gamca medical test report. Very unprofessional behaviour by Nayfair people.

I can say that's my worst experience in this hospital. The staff member and nurses even doctor they are not talking very well. My situation like "Gabar Singh" movie..!! Only money is matter for those staff. My personal suggestion is don't go there.... Therefore im share my experience.

They are playing with all people who go for medical 95% chance medical report they give unfit no matter u r fit or not only they put the list and tick by pen who got tick sign so definitely their report will be unfit " बंद करों किसी के केरियर के साथ खेलना "

Very unprofessional they behave like you are animal and they just want to make money from everyone and doesn't matter if you are FIT in Pre-medical still they will UNFIT you useless diagnostics and pathetic staff.

Very bad service. They do not treat people well, instead of explaining the process staff there will behave in Harsh manner. They will try to delay as much as possible. I do not know why they did delay me for report, I was there for 2 days & I was fit , I gave them mofa no. very early so that they can give me report, instead they took the mofa number & than said now come at 6 pm. Unbelievable, I reached there in morning with my mofa & they said now come at 6. Totally frustrated..

Don't blame any one ..i visited their and the service is so good . Even the report they give in time .all the safety measures are followed. Those who are unfit they are giving this kind of comments.

I don't know why people are giving so much negative comment as I didn't feel a bit there on 17/04/2019. There was a proper space for sitting and a drinking water facility too available. From security guard to Doctor, all were humble. And, last but not least, My whole batch got a FIT report on the same day in the evening time around 5'o clock.

Receptionist has no manners anymore... Very bad services at all... I have call them100 times to know my report.. Receptionist just received call and drop.. Veri disappointed😞

This is the worst centre on earth. They are butchers. The doctor in the centre is some illiterate donation doctor. There should be a raid on this centre by CID , crime branch, income tax . The doctor their is downgrading the name of our country by involving in unethical , unlawful activities. There is a female who sits at the reception. The bulky one, she is so rude. They charge money to get the report tampered. The doctor there seems to be not properly qualified and asks for money to clear the test.

I'd give much negative reviews if there was an option.. Extremely impolite, rude and uncivilized staffs, constantly bullying the clients.

Staff was very helpfull I cross checked my reports from outside krishna labs.. They also showed the same results.. And also the office is neat and clean , n staff is punctual..

hospital was good as per promise they provide fitness report next day, hospital was clean and provided drinking water facility also but security and reception staff behavior was noticed unprofessional.

They have latest equipment to check all test . Very neat and clean Diagnostic centre in Delhi .👌👌

Very bad staff arrogant they will not allow guardian with the candidate, they charge 7500 for medical and they will not provide the payment receipt ..if you got rejected in medical they will not show even your report ..don't go for Delhi even go another city if you want get fitted

All staff members are very hardworking and dedicated. Once again thanks to Mayfair staff to provide report on time. Very good experience to compare past medical center.

Health checkup date: 07th january'2020. I have heard only about medical scams but this place proves it. They knew that what wrong they did but still they tried to hide this with most bizzare answer. I am not gonna settle with their answer because there are so many excellent medical institutions which will prove them wrong and then i ll go there and settle the matter by DELHI JURISDICTION. Believe me something big is coming towards you.

This is very best for diagnosis because there fecelity is to good than other center

I called a lot in Mayfair diagnostic centre more 20 time but they didn't picked up call very bed behaviour

Nice ground staff especially Mamta and Bushra. Cleaning is excellent. Provided reports on same day. Doctor has good knowledge and explain everything nicely.
