I have been visiting Shroff Eye Center at Surya Kiran Building at KG Marg for more than 2 years for my eye treatment. Dr Charu Gupta, the retina specialist, is a great doctor who has looked after me well and always provided excellent care and sincere advice. The entire staff at the centre is also very courteous and helpful. I am thankful to all of them.

Have had three appointments at this location and each time was pleasant. The ladies in the front are so polite and accommodating and the doctor was always prompt. Never waited more than 10 minutes after appointment time to be seen or had any bad experiences. I’ve even referred a few friends and family and they also love the location. The eye centre is run very systematically and procedures are well organised. My appointment with Dr. Charu was absolutely satisfying. She is so gentle polite and listens to the patient with a smile and gives reasonable time examining the oatient despite the rush of patients in the clinic.

First time I visited Shroff Eye Centre for my mother's eye check up. What a wonderful experience. All staffs are very supportive and well mannered. Special thanks to Dr. Ramanjit Sihota. She is a very polite, humble, down to earth person. Carefully listen all past medical histories and suggested us the proper solutions. She is one of the best eye expert in Delhi NCR. Highly recommended.

Worst experience at a doctor. Even in an emergency, and prior calling, made me wait for 2 and a half hours. Wrong answers and lies told by staff. Very rude staff. EDIT: Dear SEC Team, I am appalled by the incorrect data given by your team at the centre. There was no fastracking of any kind. The optometrists saw me for one minute only and then told to wait for the doctor. After waiting for 1 hour 45 mins, and asking your staff repeatedly about the time duration and not receiving any definite answer, I was told it would take 45 mins MORE. Which is when I left to go stand outside while my attendant was waiting there for my chance. He was told the same thing and I came back inside when it was told it was my chance. Kindly fact check first before falsely accusing your patients. Also, would have much appreciated the in-depth and long response at the centre itself rather than online. Very disheartened and disappointed.

It's okay only. Difficult to get appointment for CGHS patient. Doctors availability is a big issue here. Your chosen dr not available mostly. You have to show new person every time. However location of the hospital suits every one. Staff not very courteous. Visited many times but always they disappointed me.

Best hospital. They're punctual, fast forward. They do have a lot of people coming in, so rush is there but their process is quick and very easy. I got my LASIK done from Dr. Dariel Mathur. I was already told at the reception that you're in good hands, as I was a bit scared and God she is the best doctor and the finest in India. She did the procedure from the check up to explaining all the pros & cons (well very minimal cons). She does the post check up procedure also very well. She is very polite, understanding and soft, while getting my LASIK done she was very generous and helpful, and made it a way less scary and easy procedure for me. I have recommended her to my friends and family, my brother, uncle and mumma are also getting it done from her. So yeah, she is THE BEST!

Finally I got rid of my glasses! Thanks to Dr. Dariel Mathur. All that I heard about her was true. She’s so kind and experienced that one could actually see that during consultation itself. She did my lasik eye surgery. I thought it’s going to be painful and was super anxious when I saw how the surgery is performed on YouTube! But when I experienced the surgery itself, I was amazed!! It was just 10 mins surgery, no pain at all, by the time I could realize something, the surgery was all done. Dr. Mathur was talking to me throughout the surgery and the entire team in the room made sure I am comfortable and not nervous. I am so happy with the service and honesty I see better than what I saw with glasses haha. There are so many misconceptions in the society about lasik! It’s totally safe and not painful at all.
