Excellent coordination of the staff and specially the doctor and every one makes you feel more comfortable .The fees is affordable by everyone no matter from which class you belong to.Neat and clean environment.Happy to suggest everybody to get their eyes checked and operated in one of the best hospitals in Delhi..

Very nice hospital for eye treatment. All staff very careful and helpful. A big thank to Mr.Suneel who helps me to guide each and every step at front office. And coordinate with another doctor. He is very polite and humble. All staff are good ,services best.

Consultation from Dr. Monika Mittal help us understanding the concern related to eye sight for my 5 year old kid. Appreciate that she did our counseling and guided us the way forward.

Eyes got red and some allergy started coming after visiting there. I took my mother for treatment as she was facing some issue in vision.. they took multiple routine tests, nothing found and unnecessarily asked for Black glucoma test which cost almost 5000/- Still nothing they cud find for the eye problem and end up giving eye lubricant drop. Worst thing is after coming from their my mother eyes got red and swelled

I visited this centre today based on feedback from a friend. Being Saturday afternoon, place was fully crowded with hardly any vacant seat. After paying at the counter, we waited till one of the junior doctor called for 1st checkup, then 2nd doctor, then an hour waiting after putting an eye drop, then again a doctor. Whole process took apporx 3 hours for basic eye checkup. I feel staff were courteous but there should be a system of token numbers with digital display so patient should not keep asking the staff about their turn . They have an in house pharmacy, i felt eye drops which they prescribed and only available at their in-house pharmacy is very expensive like one basic eye drop for 495rs. Overall, an average experience, like going to an eye specialist in your nearby vicinity not much so special here.

I visited centre for sight rajouri garden for my routine eye checkup this is very good hospital in delhi NCR affordable consultation fees well educated doctors and staff .t They are very polite and good,i am fully satisfied with the treatment they gave..special thanks to receptionist Mr Sunil and Priya they both are very helpful and humble, reception area was very neat and clean overall experience is very good. 👍

Unprofessional Doctor and staff!!!!😢 We visited the Rajouri Garden clinic for eye check up on 13/5/23, Dr Somya Jena asked for fields test as she had some doubts. After test results came, she asked us to visit another doctor in Dwarka sec-9 to further diagnosis. If she was not competent enough to diagnose further she shouldn’t have asked for test at rajouri, they should’ve asked to visit dwarka clinic directly instead of wasting our money. Also doctors always have polite nature, doesn’t matter what question a patient asks bit she is overly agitated…..and frustrated.

I went to their Rajouri Garden center. I wasted my whole day for nothing. I got appointment in advance for checking my eligibility for contura operation. Upon arrival, they charged me 600 rupees and asked to wait. After 15 minutes, one trainee staff checked my eye glass numbers. And asked if I am ready to dilution of eyes. And told that the process will take 1 hour more. I agreed. After another 1 hour, he again checked my eye number and then the doctor told me that for contract, I need to go to another centre. They only have cataract surgery here and that I can get cataract surgery is better. Although I do not have any cataract as of now. After spending more than 3 hours, I got my eye numbers which I already had. I asked that I paid for checking my eligibility for contract operation. Which they simply denied and told me that I paid for checking my vision only. I feel myself stupid that why I ever go there. I was told that the tests for that operation are done at dwarka centre or at safdarjung centre and not here. Which they can inform me at the time of appointment itself.

Worst place to go for eye treatment. Very slow staff. Takes 4 hours at least for just Consultation like any government hospital.

Third class clinic. Please do not visit this clinic if you want to save your eyes. The medicine prescribed has worsened the eyes of my wife. Had to visit 2nd time to get medicine to get rid of side effects of the prescribed medicine. Only made matter worse. They even took consultation charges for 2nd time saying it was not within 3 days.

Recently I operated my mom eye at centre for sight Rajouri Garden.. my experience was very good doctors are very polite..All staff r very supportive here.. counselor geeta mam is very helpful special thanks to receptionist they both are very good and polite My overall experience is very good👍

Best Eye sight clinic in Delhi. The staff and doctors are very hard working and helps you know the exact issue. Best in market as they don't ask you to go for a treatment unnecessarily if it is not actually required. Very polite and sensible staff. Highly recommend this eye center. I have got my both eyes successfully operated by Dr Kiran at CFS Rajouri Garden, who is highly skilled and experienced. Many thanks to Dr Kiran. May God bless her with more success. Thanks to Ms Shikha Sharma, Manager Counselor who very well guided me in arranging all documents in a very short time for insurance approval and was very helpful. At the front desk, I am also impressed by Sh Suneel Gupta who was very polite and helpful. My overall experience at the centre was extremely good. All the staff was very helpful and cooperative.
