They are highly unprofessional people. Most of the therapists are trainees and unprofessional. I started my treatment for facial hair removal and on the very first day the therapist burnt my upper lip leaving a permanent mark. There is pus formation in that burnt skin and there is intense swelling. When I tried to raise this and asked for my refund of 25,000, the manger ignored me and avoided me. They did not even refund my money, stopped picking up my calls. Then I started visiting their clinic in Subhash nagar and the receptionist told me that the manager is not available. This happened 4-5 times. When I made the initial payment before starting my laser treatment, they charged me for their products saying that those were complimentary. It is later when I saw the bill that I realised that those products were actually charged. THESE PEOPLE ARE BIGGGG FRAUD. It's better to get your treatment done by a dermatologists rather than these stupid, unprofessional and careless people.

I am getting my laser hair removal from here, Kanika is my therapist and she is very polite and makes me feel very comfortable! I like the experience!

I was given amazing service and kept well-informed about the treatment by Rashmi. However, I really didn't like how I was forced to give a review and 5 stars just after I was finished with my session. If customers are happy, they'll write the review in length themselves. Do not force them to write one just after the first session, as that doesn't reflect your overall service. Apart from that, Rashmi was very cordial, knowledgeable and friendly!

This kaya clinic is only good until you buy package. And then when you take the package, they will tell that what other things we should take. Quality of services is very poor. The staff is only concern on their targets of selling the packages.

These guys don't value your time, to them appointment is just an another word and with the cramped up space, you won't even have a place to sit. If two customers are already waiting.. avoid this branch if you value your time, as to them you are someone who roams in the mall for leisure and you don't have real work

I have been taking my laser sessions from them since Oct 2021. Kanika is a star.. I always look forward to my sessions with her. She clearly explained me how I can benefit the most with the number of sessions I have and how can I target the body parts according to them. It was an eye opener for me as my previous experiences with laser from other brands had not been pleasant.
