I approached his doctor for my mom’s vertigo issue, turns out the clinic staff is not available at all times. My mother was going through severe dizziness at the clinic and we approached him because he had good ratings but he said she had vertigo and asked to perform the NeuroEquilibrium test, which is 3 hours long and for a patient going dizziness it’s too much, and there was no one to provide water or anything for a patient going through that. The test was expensive as well. After we got the test done, the doctor told us there is no problem detected in the test and that she should see a neurologist. After seeing a neurologist he figured what the problem was instantly, and informed us the NeuroEquilibrium test for her was extremely pointless and just a way of minting more money for Shomeshwar Singh. It also turns out he is the only one in Delhi linked to NeuroEquilibrium and I’m not surprised why he recommended that for her now. Highly unprofessional doctor, please save yourself and don’t go to him.

Me and my family are highly impressed with the wonderful experience that we had with Dr. Shomeshwar Singh, when my kid recently underwent Cochlear Implantation Surgery in Rainbow hospital. Not only he is a great surgeon but a nice person as well. Great medical professional still very down to earth. Treats his patients with utmost care, kind and respect. Also, I would like to mention the Audiologist working under him, Dr Ramya is highly knowledgeable, kind and informative, clearly explains each and every queries in great details. I recommend The ENT clinic to any parent with a child with profound hearing loss. Dr. Shomeshwar implanted my son, Mark kihumba (from Kenya in Africa) with a cochlear implant in 2016 when he was 2 years old. He also linked us up with a speech therapist in Delhi and we did bi weekly online sessions. The boy has since developed hearing and speech fully and is attending an ordinary school currently in grade 1.
