    This gym is good with all the upgraded machines. They have good trainers and also very spacious. Fee structure: Without cardio - Rs.1000 With cardio - Rs.1500 There are no such facilities like sauna, steam and spa. Trainers are good and aware of almost everything. Timings are from 5 AM till 10 PM

    Gym equipments are good decent floor area air conditioned but real magic is in trainers, trainers are highly knowledgeable and nobody force you to take supplements.

    Best gym in palam run by the most experienced fitness athlete mr. Praveen malik sir, gym is very spacious & having all latest and advanced machine. Recommended for all.

    Trainer was no good.. This gym is not good for girls... Environment is not good for girls... Ladke ladkiyo ko tadne aate hai ..gym karne ni...so, don't go for this gym..ridiculous experience....

    Gym is so good, All body parts machine is available. Fee Structure: 1 month 1000 without cardio1500 with cardio 3 Months 2500 without cardio 4000 with Cardio All machines are very well maintained. Fully Air-conditioned comfortable environment in gym.

    Trainers are tharki me and my sister joined but pathetic service I don't recommend any one to join my sister took training from Praveen and she is so unhappy he always talks his gf and always ignore if any new girl joins gym today.
