    I dropped in for the Open in Spring of 2017. Very welcoming and friendly! To get there it took a cab although you could probably do the metro. Best bet is to WhatsApp them with the number on their page, as they're very responsive.

    CrossFit at its best! I joined here just a month back and am now living the workouts. You have a fresh workout everyday!! The coaches will personally scale down the work or as per your comfort. While working out here leave your ego at home and concentrate on the WOD!

    Submitted this review - I am 54 and joined CrossFit Himalaya (CFH) in September 2020. Easily one of the best decisions of my life. CFH's coach, Piyush Pandey, is simply awesome and takes personal interest in everyone no matter what their fitness and skill level is. The gym has all the right equipment and a deeply committed community of CrossFitters who are devoted to helping and improving skills and fitness of the entire group. And above all, Piyush and the CFH community have helped me become significantly stronger, athletic, agile and imparting new skills. If fitness and athleticism is your goal, you just cannot afford to miss joining CrossFit Himalaya. I should have joined sooner! Venkat

    Great place to have overall fitness, it's not just about doing exercise, you will get outstanding mentoring. Even beginners can have a great start because they give you proper attention and prime focus is on your postures and position and increase your fitness gradually. Within a short period of time you can literally observe changes going on in your body and you will see increased stamina, strength, endurance and balance. I have seen people associated with this gym from 1- 5years or more and their fitness is on next level that you can't even imagine. This is definitely a great place to achieve a long term fitness goal and weight loss will not at all be a challange. If you are looking for weight loss then just take trial class and I guarantee that you will realise that weight loss is not at all a challange here infact it's much more than that. Coach Sameer sir is one of the best coaches that I have ever seen because he always focus on your position and posture and he has a great ability to assess someone's ability and always keep motivating and keep pushing you but he very well knows when to stop so that you don't sustain any injury. Also it's not just about going to a regular gym, it's a community where you can have friends with like goals and persons with great ideas, you will never feel alone here. And their community workouts are awesome.

    I've been going to CFH for 3 weeks now and I'm very happy with the gym. (1) Crossfit has been a very enjoyable workout choice. There are a wide range of workouts and equipment that keeps every day engaging. I'm seeing improvements in strength and stamina in less than a month. (2) The trainers, particularly Gautam who takes morning classes, has been very helpful. The degree of attention given is much like personal trainers with a strong focus on the right form. He ensures the weights are never too high but not too light either. If there is any pain, he knows the right stretches to relieve it. (3) CFH came highly recommended by acquaintances which is why I decided to try it. I travel from Faridabad everyday (~18km one way) and it's well worth the drive. There's plenty of parking if you come early (before the shops open).

    Have been coming to CFH for close to three years. It has made me fitter and stronger, but also more aware and confident of my capabilities. The coaches are absolutely brilliant, patient and encouraging. The community obviously is what brings us back everyday. If you are looking for something different from a regular gym, then this is a strong recommendation!!!

    The best CrossFit studio in Delhi! I have never been regular with my workouts because I used get bored of the regular gyms, but this is really fun and interesting. And you can feel the difference within a month of CrossFit. The trainers know each and every aspect related to fitness and guide you well.

    For me it's a magical place. The training the community the environment has such huge impact that you will improve and get closer to your goals each day. You just have to show up and surrender. This place will change your life for good.

    A good place to workout with great coaches constantly helping you in doing the correct excercises , motivating and monitoring your progress. Since this place offers different activities, one can never get bored. I look forward to workout everyday since the time i have joined CrossFit. A must join place, if being fit is your agenda .

    This is where my fitness journey started 2 years ago and it was the best decision of my life. I was never a gym person, the idea of going to a gym where you would do a similar routine every single day, bored me to death. Crossfit Himalaya was different though. You have an amazing group of people working out with you along with the knowledgeable coaches watching your form and workouts closely. There is never a dull day, working out here. Every day is different with a new WOD(Workout of the Day). The motivation factor is at its peak, with a group of people performing the same WOD for time and so it the competition factor. This place is highly recommended for anyone who wants to turn their fitness level around and become an all around athlete.

    Has been great two months! The trainers are very patient and helpful, paying individual attention to every participant. The sessions are fresh every day, you will never feel any monotony. Regularity and diet is your responsibility, rest you will definitely see a change! Also, it is a unique community where everyone motivates each other to push their limits. You never feel alone in your tiny little struggles of breathlessness and hurting muscles. :)

    Great place for workout. Everyday we have different workouts (known as WOD) no chance of getting bored. Coaches are really great - keep a regular check on your movements, teaching technical techniques properly & very seriously. Here you’ll surprise yourself what you’re capable of.

    Loving everyday here at CFH, focus here is to get the fundamentals right before anything else. Getting stronger and closer to my goals. Staff is professional & very cooperative. Very good space to Workout!
