place
to
have
overall
fitness,
it's
not
just
about
doing
exercise,
you
will
get
outstanding
mentoring.
Even
beginners
can
have
a
great
start
because
they
give
you
proper
attention
and
prime
focus
is
on
your
postures
and
position
and
increase
your
fitness
gradually.
Within
a
short
period
of
time
you
can
literally
observe
changes
going
on
in
your
body
and
you
will
see
increased
stamina,
strength,
endurance
and
balance.
I
have
seen
people
associated
with
this
gym
from
1-
5years
or
more
and
their
fitness
is
on
next
level
that
you
can't
even
imagine.
This
is
definitely
a
great
place
to
achieve
a
long
term
fitness
goal
and
weight
loss
will
not
at
all
be
a
challange.
If
you
are
looking
for
weight
loss
then
just
take
trial
class
and
I
guarantee
that
you
will
realise
that
weight
loss
is
not
at
all
a
challange
here
infact
it's
much
more
than
that.
Coach
Sameer
sir
is
one
of
the
best
coaches
that
I
have
ever
seen
because
he
always
focus
on
your
position
and
posture
and
he
has
a
great
ability
to
assess
someone's
ability
and
always
keep
motivating
and
keep
pushing
you
but
he
very
well
knows
when
to
stop
so
that
you
don't
sustain
any
injury.
Also
it's
not
just
about
going
to
a
regular
gym,
it's
a
community
where
you
can
have
friends
with
like
goals
and
persons
with
great
ideas,
you
will
never
feel
alone
here.
And
their
community
workouts
are
awesome.
