Good space, staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I have visited all westside stores in South Delhi & Gurgaon and found this one to have the best/latest collection. I disliked the 299 rupees membership renewal charge, as usually every store gives free membership after purchase. But I had to buy that in order to avail discount. I already have a membership since last 5 years and still had to pay for renewal. This seems logicless as there are no special perks to membership.

Thank you westside for so many plus size clothing options you have. I really want to appreciate the work of your employees (specially shubham) at billing counter whose presence of mind at work actually benefited us a lot… with cloths and discounts.

Most of the time we found good cloth collection but no place to sit for mens who comes with their wife or sister or mother.

Westside has good products, good quality, a bit costly than other places ,I personally spent $500 worth clothes in one week that I was there , STAFF ARE RUDE they need some training how to talk to customers. I hope the owner sees my post.

Best place for men's, women's and children's clothes shopping in lajpat nagar and the quality of clothes are very good here in very pocket friendly price. Plus the environment of store is also very good.

It was yesterday. We had almost 15k rupees shopping and tok without any discount. They don't offer discount and bargaining. But if you have membership then you can have 20% discount in your birthday month if you shop upto 5k. On every floor 2 changing rooms available but all were fully occupied with a 7-8 people que. Girls, kids, teen, male, female all can have clothes as per their choice. The quality of clothes and designs are superb.

In one word: nice. For detailed review, read on; A double-level store that serves all ages of humans, and also caters to home furnishing, Westside Lajpat Nagar has been around for ages. The store hasn't evolved in terms of logistics or general shopping experience but I did notice that the admin is trying to elevate the ambience by introducing live music. The store still remains somewhat inaccessible for wheelchair users though there is a ramp somewhere, and I'm not sure if I saw an elevator. There are fewer changing rooms & cash counters than the number of customers, owing to queues...everywhere. The customer service is adequate, the floor staff helpful. They're not overly eager or nosy, unlike staff at other stores. The biggest concern I have is how they mention in bey fine print on bills that RETURN/REFUND is possible, but all staff summarily deny and actively encourage store credit, to make sure that money once spent remains with the company, and doesn't make its way back to you, irrespective of how unhappy you are. That said, here are my top 5 drawbacks: 1. The store doesn't offer many discounts/ reward points; the store doesn't offer seasonal discounts that align with typical festive shopping times in India 2. The clothes definitely fall between premium and luxury ranges, but the quality doesn't reflect 3. For their price range, other indie stores offer customizations 4. They're not committed to fair wages or even earth-friendly materials; they do not have a recycling program, nor second-hand store, as compared to other brands that have taken such initiatives 5. Finding parking near this particular store is a nightmare best avoided by using public transport, or better still, simply shopping online.

My first time experience was great. The staff was very helpful in suggesting and guiding through different department. I'll have definitely suggest it for shopping lovers

Incompetent staff unable to clear confusion about which dress is under discount offer. They say offer is on on all dresses and on cash counter, customers are told that discount is not available on most of the dresses chosen. TWO HOURS WASTED AND THREW AWAY ALL THE DRESSES WITHOUT BUYING

A huge outlet indeed. Got the great quality jeans. I loved it. Plus it fits perfectly on me. Me and my friend we had purchased shoes, its so comfy and looks cool.

Pathetic experience 😨. Products are good however service n management is poor. Billing was taking 15 mins per person . The guys at the counter were making errors . To get it corrected we had to go to 1st floor and then line up in another queue 😞. Billing experience really needs a big change here.

I have been a regular customer of westside since a very long time… it has great collections but what I hate about this store is the sales person or the people sitting at the billing counters, they basically con people. This happened before also and it happened on Thursday 08-09-22, also in west side- Lajpat Nagar branch.. A person named Sandeep did my billing he gave me false voucher saying that if I shop for 10k I would get some beauty voucher, my bill was around 9k and I told him I don’t want it, he convinced me that I can either take a discount on the total bill instead of the voucher and that the deal is very good, and later when I bought the items he didn’t give me the discount he said you’ll only get the voucher and that to a lucky draw.. I told him to cancel the transaction he refuse to do it.. he straight away said you cannot do it ma’am, and there was no such voucher too, he also renewed my card which was expired and also charged for the same without informing me.. I saw that when I checked the bill at home.. @westside should seriously check who they employ or maybe they are been taught to do this to increase the business.. very upset with the staffs, a similar thing happened before also at south ex store..

Earlier whenever I step into Westside the outlet is full of irresistible attire now things changed drastically such bad experience since last year. Nothing new old and dull clothes hanging all over there.same long frocks same kurtas bad prints large and boring prints☹️. Please keep good clothing..It was the one and only destination for me to shop.

The quality of the Bombay Paisley brand is very inconsistent. Some products are very good, others are very shabby. This season we got 3-4 items from this line... Two had stitching coming apart at the seams, one has faded after just 2-3 washes.

I likes westside clothes, but I think they should care or do something about tried cloths. Last time I was planning to try one T-shirt and the shirt was so smelling of under arm from Someone before who tried. And another thing is.. In 1st floor the manager or senior his attitude ain't right. I was checking around perfume and one sale person was standing next... N that manager person come n call out his name in rude way(i forgot the name) n give some body language. Which is totally not right.. He either scolding sale or he felt I'm just playing around.. Anyway the way he acted is rude.

Reasonable and quality products are available here. I have been shopping at westside for many years now. They also provide a 20% birthday month discount. Their ethnic collection is really good so is the casual shirts collection.

They have good variety. But if we talk about the sizes, they get out of stock very early and they don’t update it till the end of the season. Going there in the early season is good to go thing. Prices range start from INR 1399

Honestly i found this WestSide Store above my expectations. They trap me with good service and hygiene and force me to visit them time and again. I can’t even count now that how many time i have visited them in last year. Very good quality cloths with pretty reasonable price. There staff is really polite and cooperative You must visit them every month and I’m sure you not be disappointed because every time they have new articles. Located on a nice location but parking can be a problem if you are visiting them on a weekend. Overall it’s worth a visit and 5 Star revew.
