Me & my husband went there to celebrate our 1st month wedding anniversary on 15 dec. But didn’t get good vibes there. 1. No proper communication about booking details & access about ambience. 2. Zero sitting arrangement. When we asked they ask us to stand. 3. Entry fee was just for entry. U cant utilise inside to have something. 4. If u’r into full attire, they will not introduce you like their customer. Short dresses more values. 5. Even i ask photographer to click our picture who was busy to click other unmarried couples picture. When i asked him thrice then he clicked 2 pictures. 6. When i asked M houz Facebook team to share our pictures. We didn’t get any fruitful response. After few days, when i did check their post on fb, they didn’t post our pictures there coz i wore jeans & jacket bcoz of that they didn’t post. 7. M houz means if ur from business family, u must have to wear short dresses. Your budget should be around 50k- 1 lac for 1 night party for 2. 8. Their managers are not managers. They have hired Bouncers. OVERALL, No recommendation.

A living example of humanity is dead. My friend was denied entry on the basis of how he looked , it was embarrassing. Never ever going there again. Manager said not appropriate looks and attire for this club because it was a "5 - star club" now take my 1 star rating :)

My experience at M Houz club for the Diwali Night party was downright awful. The staff, particularly Mr. Mohit the bouncer, showcased a shocking lack of manners. Their preferential treatment towards girls was blatant, leaving everyone else feeling disrespected. Mr. Mohit, in particular, seemed to revel in his rudeness, as if basic decency didn't apply to him. It's disheartening that a supposedly festive celebration was marred by such discourteous behavior. The club seriously needs to reevaluate its staff and their conduct if they want to salvage any semblance of a positive reputation. While checking other reviews, it becomes evident that my experience with M Houz club's discourteous bouncers is not an isolated incident. Numerous people have shared similar negative encounters, highlighting a recurring issue with the club's staff. It's disconcerting to observe a consistent pattern of dissatisfaction related to the behavior of these bouncers. The prevalence of such critiques from various individuals underscores the need for the club's management to address and rectify this concerning trend. Giving this place even a single star is too generous, and frankly, this establishment shouldn't even be in existence.

I wish we had the options to give 0 stars but GOD this place is a living joke, there's so much crowd and you can't even stand without stepping on someone plus people sweat like dogs around you and it's almost dreadful. Even my washroom will give you a better clubbing experience than M houz.

I had a terrible experience at this nightclub. The bouncers were rude, and their behavior towards women was unacceptable. I witnessed several instances of harassment and physical assault against female guests. It was distressing to see the bouncers and management turn a blind eye to such behavior and even participate in it. The overall atmosphere was toxic and unsafe, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The government should take action to ban and permanently close this establishment to prevent further harm to the public

Racist pub without any fashion sense they judge other people personality, and don’t know what they need. Don’t come to this place if you are coming without any contacts. Stay away from this place they just waste people time and with no humanity at all. WORTHLESS

Pathetic service, mannerless staff, worst DJ and their service is unbelievable and on top of that their female staff is so rude when you entered the club they will kinda push you inside. No sitting arrangement, no sense of responsibility. If you want to save your money and time please don't go there.

Pathetic service and non availability of drinks. They should learn how to serve customers on the table. Not worth it and of course an empty club with least fun people.

My friend was on her periods and wasn't allowed to use washroom while she was in urgent need, how low can you go as a human?

Never seen a club as worst as this, it’s a full loot club, worst behaviour of everyone from the entry to bar tenders. They said it’s minimum 30 k charge for sitting otherwise you have to stand even after paying cover charge. And so called 30k sitting place was a crude sofa with all cigarette burns, seriously?. They think themselves to be some kind of club, hahaha. The place is full of rude bouncers having no job apart from being rude. Particularly they were rude towards us because of our north east looks, jhopar patti club is the best I can describe, we just went there thinking that a club being housed just below Eros hotel must have some good thing but as I said it’s a jhopar patti club.Avoid it at all cost.

Ok so this place has good interior and ambience, good place to chill out, staff is helpful, rest rooms are clean, good music and dance floor, tho the dance floor is small and usually crowded, safe for girls too, as they have female security too, dress code and profile is highly prioritised. Usually crowded, serves drinks too, good music to enjoy with. P.s. - The staff is changed now, dresscode can now be an issue regarding entries, and i found the new staff a bit rude. ✌️

This is going to be a very long review I have been to this place twice. No wonder the crowd here is good the problem is the staff. I have been to many clubs and I have had a good time but this place oh my god I have never seen such a bad staff anywhere. They are very rude. The workers here will push you away while making there own way they dont care if you fall or whatever. The bouncers as well. Rather than protecting their club and the people therein they push you around to make way for themselves and the VIPs. Now coming to the drinks, they will never give you the drinks in supposed quantity. Their drinks are v cheap. The Dj here sucks most of the times. The lighting is not enough. The roof light is messed up and it doesn’t work. The washrooms, dont even get me started, the washroom doors dont close and they are just so dirty. The bouncers manhandle women like toys, I witnessed multiple cases of physical assault and the management of course doesn’t give two Fs. I would ask you to rather try out different clubs rather than going to this one if you really want to have fun.

I dont know why they people are charging for entrance? May be they are obsessed with hype or because it is just below eros hotel so they are taking advantage of that. And that guy who is specially designed to cater people with suit boot is a joker.

Not even worth a star... the worst management and the worst employees. They do not know how to communicate with their customers. There should be an immediate closure of this club. An FIR will be filed against them. Their customer service is poor. They do not have any manners.

Good place to chill here the cover charge is 5k per person on sat night so it’s good to be here with friends , to enjoy and spend time

PATHETIC, no sene of decency, they claim to give free drinks and then create scenes, bad service, drinks have more water than alcohol. They judge peoples characters and also not couple friendly at all. But if wasting time, money and hearing abilities and making your ears bleed is your thing you most welcome to go there. Low quality , pretends to be pricey, cheap liquor, cheap food and cheap crowd. Staff is pathetic and a big time fraud. Paid a huge amount for cover charges, entered the place but then had to leave.Staff refused to refund the cover charges. They take huge amount for cover charge, you will fall sick in there surely with their low quality food and liquor/. So many people with similar stories of fraud. Be Cautious of this place.

No payment for guest djs after all the efforts and struggle! Too much politicsss

Last night on 24 december i was there, they asked for entry fee for 4 k which i paid because i was alone ,but they gave a card as a cover charge which had only 2k available, even after promised for 4k as cover charge. Whole management is looting the customers, worst service , nobody listens for any complaint, they treat you like , you are there servent and by speaking to you they are doing some kind of favour. WORST !! WORST!! AND ONLY WORST !!

Behaviour of some staff is really unacceptable. Last night while dancing with my friends, I accidentally hit on the face of a lady bouncer standing in front of the dj(my back was facing towards her so I couldn't see her at all). I immediately apologised to her but she showed me the symbol of "slapping" with her hand and then manhandled me towards a male bouncer for a couple of yards. Then she told something to that male bouncer and he once again manhandled me for a few metres without letting me talk to my other friends who were present there with me. Then I realized that they won't even let me meet my mates and so I myself went outside the club room. Even after leaving the room, I faintly heard the bouncer telling me "seedha gate ke bahar". Such unnecessary humiliation in front of so many people is totally unacceptable. Extremely poor management from the club authorities. Highly shameful!!!

Doesn't even deserve one single star. Had a horrible experience. The manager of this club completely lacks manners and basic ethics. Will never visit this place again. Would never recommend this place to anyone
