I
recently
stayed
at
the
Western
Inn
hotel
in
Delhi,
and
I
must
say,
my
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory.
While
the
hotel
appeared
spacious,
its
cleanliness
left
much
to
be
desired.
The
room
I
stayed
in
was
plagued
with
issues,
primarily
the
malfunctioning
switchboards,
rendering
most
of
the
electrical
outlets
useless.
Despite
having
a
centralized
AC
system,
the
room's
cooling
was
inadequate
at
best.
The
bathroom
was
infested
with
numerous
flies,
which
was
a
major
hygiene
concern.
To
add
to
the
frustration,
the
hairdryer
provided
in
the
room
was
also
non-functional.
The
TV
in
the
room
failed
to
work
as
well,
and
when
I
reached
out
to
the
reception
for
assistance,
it
took
a
whopping
three
attempts
and
half
an
hour
before
any
staff
member
finally
arrived.
This
delay
in
addressing
basic
needs
was
truly
disappointing.
Overall,
my
stay
at
the
Western
Inn
hotel
was
marred
by
a
series
of
issues
that
reflected
poorly
on
the
hotel's
service
quality.
While
the
hotel
might
be
spacious,
it
falls
short
in
terms
of
cleanliness,
maintenance,
and
prompt
assistance
to
guests.
I
hope
the
management
takes
these
concerns
seriously
and
makes
the
necessary
improvements
to
provide
a
better
experience
for
future
guests
