No cleaning at all. Walls were in bad conditions. In short not an option to stay. I booked 2 rooms. Both walls were bad. There was heavy dust on the table. Bedsheets and pillows had dust marks. I can tell you many more things. Tourist books a room to rest and fresh , not to live. You better work on your hospitality services instead of crying.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. We have booked 4 rooms for 16 people and As I asked for hot water they are Suggesting us ideas their is tooo much warm humidity They provided us pillows which are wet and they Also Dont have Blankets... They lights in the room stopped working. And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. No on Geysers in Any room. Staff is unprofessional. Worst hotel service and management I've ever experienced in Delhi. Charged us 2000 upfront, didn't tell us about the 12% tax they surprisingly charge at checkout. Kept pestering about cabs at high rates, and when denied, got very rude and unpleasant. Weren't allowing us to checkout unless I paid the 240rs and taxes which we didn't know about. Would suggest everyone to avoid this hotel, or clear all the details before check in. Worst scamming hotel ever found.

Very disgusting experience....rooms are not having any cleanliness. For AC they are charging 400 extra . There are insects all over the room. The maintenance facility is not good. It can be improved very much by hiring proper staff to clean the rooms.

Pretty much running a scam. If an auto driver takes you here, don’t check in. They will charge you 1300 even if it’s for 3-4 hours. Plus even if you didn’t order any service to the room they will charge you a service charge of 10% at checkout. Rooms are dirty, very shady looking place. Stay away!

Bad bad bad so bad experience. All staff member at counter have so bad behaviour only need money .I am only 15mt late to check out its morning 4:40am but I know as per rule check-out time is after 11am but and they charge me full 2 rooms..

Worst hotel one can ever visit in their life time , i just wanna spit out the anger and disappointment through review becoz the staff don't even care to listen my complaints even while staying there, initially i was scammed by the auto driver who said it's perfect hotel in whole Delhi , we hesitated in the beginning as cost was 2k but ambience is not at all good, later they reduced price to 1800 and we took a room , worst bathroom,worst bed and when we purchased a water bottle they charged us 55 rs for one bottle kinley which is just 30 rs outside , and extra GST charges which they didn't inform in the beginning , ac was turned off and on by them as they like, no heater , and worst thing water is leaking from ac and our luggage got wet which made us go through hassale of drying all the clothes and pack again , worst ever worst experience,I feel like if u could keep a case in consumer court for the gst and water charge which they took from us ..please sincer request never ever go this hotel at any cost

Worst experience ever, this guys are running scam , service guys was asking if we need Girls and whiskey continously. 1. They will charge you 1500 for such an stupid rooms. 2. If you are paying this much better pay more and go to some good places. 3. Hotels owners of Delhi are running scam. It's a very baf experience what we had in USA hotel... Not at all clean...so dirty , full of dust all over the room... Extra charge they took while checkout... As service charge but we dint know what service they did... Area also not suitable for family to stay even hotel...i will not recommend even single star ⭐

Hotel room size was ok, but bedsheets and pillow were not clean. Geyser was not working. the AC in our room was broken but we were given a new room with a working AC. Overall hygiene was average. You can get better rooms in the same price.Also they charge you for water which is a but weird

There is nothing special about this hotel, especially cold water comes in the room and this hotel says that it is 3 star, the service is very dirty and they do not complete the Delhi Darshan trip but they say that they do not complete it, they just hang around not a singal windows for any room i just suggest for other. Tourists please don't stay in this hotel

Very bad hotel , no cleanliness. No proper water supply. Even 4 masala dosa costs 640/-. Quality was also subpar. Pls do not take their taxi service for local sightseeing. It's overpriced.

The worst hotel in delhi . They dnt deserve a 1 star . Not at all co operative . They only smile at the time of arrival and after check-in they change totally different. After payment they will show their real face. Such a rude behavior from all staff . All the staffs are professional trained to cheat customers. They all have taken masters in cheating.

Worst hotel service by the people. I stayed there for two days along with my family and took 2 rooms before. We decided to take one extra room at night due to space issues. He charged ₹1200 for 1 extra room which was needed just for 6 hours. That is understandable but the room had a water heater, AC, only a single plug for charging in the room. Initially when asked about working conditions of AC he had informed that it was not working, they will check it. At night when asked about the condition of AC, they told extra charges if you want to use AC and water heater. Inshort, fooled us to take room with ACs and charged cost for AC rooms. When asked about these things, the worst reply he gave. Also, when asking for extra room so rudely he said that, for other rooms get out before 5:30 in the morning. Worst hospitality ever, way of speaking worst. Business is one thing, but the courtesy of treating people comes from different parts of India and behaving so rudely. My suggestion is never take this hotel. Please book other hotels. Thank you and save your unnecessary headache.

This hotel does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Worst experience with the owners who are painstakingly rude and just want to scam money out of customers. They charge entire money upfront and abuse you if you refuse and question them. Customer service is a term that is non existent in their dictionary. Rooms and washrooms are poorly maintained. In fact the entire building is poorly maintained with cigarette smell all over. Makes me wonder how they are still surviving as a business. Only way I can think of is if they are up to some shady activity which is bringing in some cash inflows

I have check in through a suggestion of rikshaw driver then they have charge very high room rent as 1200 per day and only a fix period of 24 hour, a c and t.v are not working and the blanket was too dirty you can't lee that , the bedsheet have spot on the different part all around and hairs also..geyser also not working... Please never book One more thing at the time of check out they have taken a 10% of service charge which is unfair of the total room rent of 1200 which is 120. As i usually travel first time i have paid any fees extra then room rent without having any services without giving the charges you cant check out.

One of the most worst hotel in India, auto rickshaw people will take you there, but not at all recommended, we can get deluxe room out side for the cost of 1300rs. While checking out they asked for 10% (130 rs) of service charge for no reason - but we didn’t pay after long argument with the management One of the most worst hotel Room is not clean, full of dust, no dustbin, shower not working, room is very small.

Stay away from this hotel. I paid the money already but they ask me extra money as a service tax while checking out. Room are not clean with no towel and soap. Staff frequently ask me whether I need drink or not. At the end, everyone is rude.

Disgusting rooms and disgusting facilities. Never check in into this hotel. Auto drivers will take you there if u ask for a hotel. Room was not even cleaned after previous check out. Dirty bedsheets and blankets, cigarette pieces all over bathroom. No phone and TV which does not working. AC set on auto mode so you have no control and geyser is also controlled from reception.

Extremely terrible hotel. Never stay here. All rooms have different problems. Either geyser not working, lock not working, bathroom door does not close, one room had insect which eat furniture, etc etc. Moreover never ever get a sight seeing taxi booked from here. This hotel and thier appointed taxi driver are just to cheat. Inspite of agreeing on list of places in advance they will change and then blame customer for various reason. Spend money here only if you want to spoil your trip.

No doubt it is a well decorated, staffs were well behaved 10 on 10.....

Nice place to stay. Food is awesome. For meals go to 15KGF.
