I will not prefer this hotel for family. I have requested breakfast at 8.35 and they came 10 AM. I noticed attitude problem with manager. TV was not working. Room was little dirty and they are not taking care of customers and taking very lightly. During checking I have waited more than 45 mins.

Good rooms but the food price is so high.Location is so far from than airport. Staff is so polite and helpful. I suggest you please visit here atleast one time. Here room price is not so much High... This is couple and family friendly hotel. You can arrange a small gathering party here. I gave it four stars.

Second time worst experience with Fab hotels. The rooms which provided to us was in very bad condition. No hot water in this winter we struggled a lot. Staffs were not responsive working in dilemma they just want the payment to be settled even they provide good amenities or not amount is the first preference. I can rate worst to worst. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

I had reached the hotel at 9 pm despite advance payment they had provided me a room which is very small in size and was opposite to kitchen the room has TV but not working. Overall experience pathetic BAKWAS manager was rude not recommending anybody to stay there. Also Fabhotel has lost their image as this is their responsibility as I had paid money to them. Pathetic pathetic pathetic

First of all, it's very difficult to find the place itself! And when we arrived, found the place closed and no-one picked the call on the number shared by the hotel helpline..though we had given an initial payment too, we had no option but to leave..

Please be careful before booking this hotel. We booked through GoIbibo for a hotel called FabExpress Gross Inn suites. The location takes you to a hotel called Gross inn suites. There's no Fabexpress. After waiting for 15 mins a person came and took us to another Hotel within walking distance saying its the same property. This hotel was called Gross Plaza. They showed us a tiny room which was horribly dirty. The sheets were so dirty and had hair on it. The pillow was so dirty I felt like puking. The comforter had black spots and holes. The bathroom was wet and dirty. We complained at the reception that this was not the same property. They said they'll change the sheets and kept insisting that it is the same property. After 15 mins they finally showed us another hotel opposite to this. This hotel was slightly better in terms of cleanliness but was nowhere close to the hotel that we booked. Please be careful of this systematic scam where they get your booking listing their property as Fabexpress Gross Inn Suites, then take you to a much cheaper property saying it's the same property. DONT GET SCAMMED
