One of the most unprofessional hotel...they harassed us this October when we checked in...giving room on different floors and forced to shift rooms twice with luggage on a single day! Horrible! Never recommend anybody neither we'll stay ever.

No restaurant, no lift, no window. Stairs are way too high and risky. Staffs are ignorant, ill-mannered and non-cooperative. Rooms are not clean at all. The bed mattresses are uncomfortable. Pillow cases are dirty and even torn out. In bathroom, no amnesties. A totall mess.

WORST experience ever. Horrendous hotel!! Bed linen was dirty, the bathroom smelled of piss, and they had NO CLEAN towels at all at our time of check-in. They brought 4 different towels, all from the same compartment (the dirty baskets). I have not ever seen such a horrible hotel in my life. We ended up leaving the hotel, obviously. Please, get yourself a better hotel. This is NOT worth the low price.

Booked the hotel 5 days earlier but when we reached they said no available rooms. After that they send us to a 2 star hotel where the room conditions were worst very bad behaviour of the man on reception. Not recommended

Budget friendly hotel in Paharganj area . I really don’t like Paharganj area but mostly hotels are there only . I booked this hotel from Booking.com for 700₹ for 1 day and 2 people . Room was nice at this price, don’t expect too much . The only thing I liked staff behaviour, I have asked for early checkin at 7 in morning and they provided me without any extra charges . There was a uncle , I am not sure that he was manager or owner but he was too friendly and I really liked talking to him . You can take your food there or order online . Note - beware of auto and taxi drivers in delhi . They will take you to other hotels but don’t listen to them , just go to your booked one . Taxi driver took us to the 2-3 different hotels but they were expensive and dirty too .

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL, WE HAVE CONFIRM BOOKING AND THEY DENIED, SAID ROOMS NOT AVAILABLE. THEY BOOK ROOM AGAIN IF THEY RECEIVED MORE RENT EVEN IF BOOKING ALREADY HAVE. NOT SUGGEST TO ANY ONE.

Nice, Neat and Clean Hotel also comfortable for Bangladeshi Citizens also ask for Hand Wash attached Bathroom. Hotels Manager can speak Bangla.

Hotel is cheap but it is in very small street of delhi, building is also very old. Not painted well. Rather I would recommend you to send some more money and take little bit better hotel. However, if some one looking for very cheap hotel in pahadganj area of delhi like students then they can opt for this

Broken tv. Sofa were covered with in dust. It seems like bedsheet were never washed. Dirtiest bathrooms ever. Can't even pee. Its better not to book this hotel. And thank me later
