Unprofessional behaviour at Treebo Trend Galaxy Rooms The staff took my stuff from room, opened by bag themselves without my knowledge or permission, packed everything and shifted my room while I was out. Talked back rudely when asked for explanation or justification. I don't mind rooms being shifted, but this is not ethical by any standards. No hotel ever just opens up the bags of the people staying there and packs it up as per their whim.

Not clean rooms, service is terrible. Was here for an exam. They don't even serve coffee. Elevators don't work. Staff doesn't speak politely. Washroom Water fall outside washroom when getting sower , inside room Menu Card Missing , Food quality very Bed , Room Number 102 Opposite Reception when you open room Door , Hotel stuff always standing upfront Room Door & And looking inside Room Activity . Unsecured.

The rooms are spacious with window a/c and a good enough space to move around with luggage placed. The beats and the linens were good in place and clean. The bathrooms are also in good conditions. There was no TV. Just the hanging wires and the fan& a/c made too much of queeky sounds which was very disturbing all through. (Talking about the room i was in). Check your room, before checking in and enjoy your stay.

When you enter in room you got free fragrance of toilet. I visited many times but I got bad room service and very bad maintenance of whole room with bad experience in the room. They are not providing clean bed sheet you and also room is very worst condition. TV is not working properly and if it's working you got free channel and you don't get wifi. Toilet is not clean and towel is also an hygienic condition not for use for family and solo also. Food is not good at that price range in the hotel. In the hotel room you got tobacco rapper tobacco design of split with used cigarette. Some free service: No parking facilities if you park your car out of hotel you got a challan receipt on your mobile. If we are talking about the location it is also not good. I recommended that no one go there. Totally waste of money.

The entrance is shabby with a liquor store on one side. Their rooms are of two categories, deluxe and executive. The deluxe rooms are small, without any windows. There are 4 rooms of executive category, where there is a window and slightly bigger. Morning breakfast , which is complementary, has very limited items. Poha is one constant item and the other one is changed every day. The food quality is good. Service is very delayed, as there don't have adequate manpower. The place is easily accessible Ramphal Chowk ,Sector 7. There are innumerable electric autos available .Also cabs are available. The nearby locality ,Harijan Basti, is filled up with car repair garages and is not very great place to walk around in the night time. Overall, it's a place ,which is suitable at the most ,for 1 night stay.

Rooms are neat.. does justice to price. “Itney paise mai itna he mileyga” They mentioned Outside food is not allowed, so I guess they don’t provide cutlery if you order food online. Have to pay for water bottles, they do not have kettles in room to heat water, at least the room which I was staying did not have. Study table was there but no chair for it, small things but are important. Hospitality is good. Staff is good.

It’s not a 3 star hotel. There is no hot water, no parking, buffet breakfast is disgusting with only poha and tea. Staff members are rude. Area is also disgusting.

Pathetic rooms full of suffocation- no window in room , no hot water in washrooms in winters , no parking facility available - Also prices which are commuted while booking got changed at the time of check in

Wasn't expecting much from a budget hotel. Had booked it only for the night coz I had to get a good night sleep before I started for my onward journey. Treebo must have got them to refurbish the rooms but what about the service? Isn't Treebo responsible for that? Noone to get our luggage to the room. When enquired, it's late so we don't have enough staff. The manager says we have lift, so you need to get it on your own till the reception. Really???? Even budget hotels provide this basic a service. My wife and I pulled out all our bags to their reception with my 3 Yr old waiting it out while the only guy at the reception was busy with the check in process. Had it not been late at night, would have gone for another place despite having prepaid for this one. The AC in the room was deafening so we had to switch it off the whole night. Morning when I said I want to meet the manager (Narendra Sir) before my checkout, he was nowhere to be seen despite several reminder msgs at the reception. Why shud anyone go there the first time, leave alone follow it up?? Truly disappointed. Had booked it relying on being Treebo. Guess can't rely on them either. Pls don't take your guests for granted.

The room is spacious with large bed and 2 pieces sofa to seat 4 comfortably. Located a walkable distance from Palam metro. Got lift to move up about. The price is very reasonable, considering the spacious room, a 32" HD TV, hot water available all the time. Hospitality towards guest is something I would appreciate a lot. Only remark: Should not charge 10INR extra for water bottle. That just spoils the experience.

8-10 people were drinking and making ruckus in a single room. They were guests of the owner. Earlier i had asked for my brother to enter for few minutes but they said it's against the policy. Washroom curtain and were full of vomit stains. Worst stay ever at a treebo.

Don't go on pics Treebo is just making money on giving Frenchie It's a 1* hotel, made above theka, where you don't get warm (forget hot) water to bath, clean blankets, or hygiene breakfast Rather if there is a powercut, there is no Inverter / UPS and generator takes 30-45 mins to start up Visit there and find yourself before you even think to book

'Decent room at a not-so-high price point.' Friendly front desk staff, generally clean accomodations. Would consider returning here should the need arise.

Have stayed there multiple times and my experience was good. It's not on OYO Rooms anymore and had problems in booking but the reception lady was quite helpful for which I give a 4star. Location : Average as parking is a problem. Ambience: Clean(Slight ventilation issues) Food : Average Hospitality/Service: Above Average Price: Slightly overpriced

Third class banquet. Street food is much better than its food. Staff is like they are serving butter in pao bhaji with thier fingure in corona time. 0% hygienic. If you want to spoil ur marriage or any function then this banquet is for you. Worst experience.

Banquet hall is spacious for a mid size gathering. 40-50 people. Banquet does not have its own parking space which is a bit of an issue. At the time we checked in, rooms were dirty including the washroom and we had to call up housekeeping, but they did clean it after waiting not too long. Service is a hit and miss. Some rooms did not have a window or any kind of ventilation. A place I won't recommend but wouldn't mind staying there again if need be.

Great place to stay in that area got facilities of lift, pick up and other necessary facilities involving wheel chair rooms are good with good privacy got some issues like vantilation in bathroom overall it's a good place to stay

Hotel' owner disrespect and lie about hotel price of Hotel room. If I am trying to book online and recipient told that we will not let you check in the hotel. It's not not 3 starts hotel anywhere.
