I received a product entirely different from the one I purchased. The order arrived is a crushed and soiled box with no branding which frankly makes it look like an Amazon knock off. I don’t know how one is expected to put faith in a brand when not only do you not receive a Chalk box but a different pair altogether! They then sent a replacement after 10 days of repeated messages without informing me and the courier person asked me I pay for a new pair AGAIN. It’s been a very disappointing first experience with Chalk and after following up for TWO WEEKS on instagram, I am told they don’t even offer refunds. I called the number on their page many times and wrote to 3 different emails. I have had the most unpleasant experience and wouldn’t recommend Chalk to anyone. Now they’re only willing to offer me store credit so that I can go through this experience again.

Bad - bad - bad …… Saw the brand on Instagram as many influencers promoted it , thought would be worth giving a shot at . But unfortunately …… made a wrong choice . Bad quality and even more arrogant customer service , who refused to believe that the quality was bad even after seeing the pics . Discounted products don’t have to be damaged .

A few days ago I purchased two pairs of slippers from Chalk Studio (as it was on discount). One of the pairs was delivered in defective state and after countless arguments , they agreed to replace it. When I was asked for a choice of pair, they refused to give several options as they said it would be defective or it was not available. If they were speaking the truth, would those same slippers still be listed on the website? When I finally received the replacement, it broke within half an hour. Absolutely horrible products and service, not buying from there again and would recommend that no one else also does so

Absolutely love this brand ! Got so many of them - very comfortable for travel & they pack pretty easily. Highly recommend the Slip-ons & the Block heels. I prefer to buy from their website - got their entire range there.

Scammers. They sent me a cheap looking chapal and denied it outright. Did not bother looking into. Refused to pick up the call and did not respond on WhatsApp either. Shame on this brand for duping its customers and having zero accountability.
