A very Bad post sale service. We booked our Hyundai Aura CNG in the month of August and they kept on giving false hope that they will deliver the car as soon as possible but 6 months gone by they weren’t able to deliver. due to their bad service we had to buy another car in the petrol variant. I suggest that nobody should go to them.

Stay away from this dealership its a bag of false promises and hidden costs. I bought verna sx(o) variant, sales representative was abhinav bhargav and i met owner as well at the time of delivery. Firstly,They told me to park car at main road knowingly it’s no parking, and traffic police gave me a ticket. ( later told me they pay my challan but didn’t) Secondly, they put fast-tag and charged me money and didn’t put any amount in fast-tag. Thirdly, they insured my car comprehensive and told me it’s a zero debt policy. Lastly they overcharged on number plate. Scratched My car on first free service I found it later.

Hi, I have booked Nios Corporate for the month of 25th July 2022. As per the Salesperson only a 6 to 8-week Waiting period for this car. After booking no one call me regarding booking delivery etc. In the month of September, I called the salesperson regarding my booking and loan and I informed her I need a car After 16 Oct to Diwali any date. After my loan is approved from the bank side I called to Sales person what is the status of the booking She has never told me the exact date after she is not lifting the call also. I have messaged in Pahwa Moter's what's app group regarding my booking she called me and explained to me due to a road accident car is not available and a new delivery date was also not provided to me. After that, I canceled my booking due to Pahwa Moter's irresponsible and casual work. I have suggested to everyone please do not visit Pahwa Motors Karol Bagh has a fake commitment and very lazy staff No one takes follow-up after booking
