My Bike 1st service, charge was 770 RS. Employees Behavior was good. After service bike shining very well. I m happy with this service centre.

When i m going to my 4th service they wasted my too much time and the supervisor behaviour was soo rude named Amit and i cant satisfied what they doing

i will give zero star to this hero dealer, they a mislead lead people with no awarness to the how to by bike, those who are first timer the and over bike and doing pre delivery inspection by their own, and problem on the bike came out they just tell take it to the service centre on joshi road. they provide space for other bike financer, other than hero fincorp, one of them agent is rakesh from hdfc finance, firstly the sale person in the store introduce rakesh to you, and then rakesh will provide very high interest rate finance option. Beware from this hero dealer.

My hero maestro no. DL8S BU 3672 service was done at your Anand Parbat center on 26/03/22 from Joy ride to be expired in April 22 also further Extended joy ride for a year but one service advance deducted. Please restore my all 4 services

Seriously, they are this much busy for not answering your calls . Anyhow a female from workshop attended my call by asking query n just disconnected the call without answering. Try to avoid this showroom , they have time to ans ur call nor to take care of customers query .

The car was fine till yesterday, when I came to get it serviced, I took it in the night and in the morning I saw that the bike is getting attention and every time in the service I say that yours is this bad, yours is bad, why don't you tell it first, is it okay now? The chain set is bad, I am still putting it in for a few daysFirst of all, this is where Ghani is every time, let's come to his next day, if we find any bad things, then FIR is said, we are sorry, we will give you a very bad experience, don't think about the future from last time

The staff's behavior was good. They have checked my bike and told me about the defects. But they have not intimated me the time for delivery. The timings are from 9:30 to 6:30. But when I reached there at 6:20, the billing department has gone and I have to pickup my bike without bill. The staff has calculated manually my amount and taken that amount from me. But few days later I have received a message from here and in that the amount given by them is lower that what I actually paid. So do remember that don't go after 6:00.

Service was totally bad bike was not checked properly and also the issue was not resolved by them .. Totally unsatisfied Kindly learn how to deal with the customer from other brands then ask

Don't visit, non technical bike mechanic. They can't resolve my issue last 1 years. Go other service center don't waste your money and expensive time.

I went 2 months back and just asked some questions back then and there, a person even recognised me after long gap. They really do care about customer.!!!!! Loved it.

Friendly and helpful staff.. But "BEWARE", They are charging MORE THAN ₹500 for wheel balancing for bike, which is equivalent to the chagrges of wheel balancing of a 4 Wheeler vehicle Vitara Brizza...

Reasonable rates for All type of two wheeler and product quality is superbb... One more thing all workers are very great in their job.
