They have huge collection of mobiles, tabs, cameras, Laptops, Desktops and household electronic items like Washing machine, Air conditioner, Fridge, hair Iron, cloth Iron, kitchen utility products, TVs, sound systems etc etc. From Dyson vacuum cleaners to Cannon DLSR's, apple iPhones to Samsung TVs everything is available on display for trying. Overall it's a good experience.

Nice Store, but Prices are little bit High. As I bought Juicer mixer grinder from here it's nice but price is little bit High as compared to online shop. But as Compared to other offline shop I thik price is same. There is also no any authentic Electronic Mall or Shop near this. Behaviour of staffs are very good. Some very discounted coupons they provided for purchase it's really good, also one thing sometimes Card ( Debit or Credit) offers also available here. All types of payment options accepted here there is no any problem. EMI facilities also available according to your Debit or Credit card. Products are authorised & authentic.

Yesterday purchase brand new dell inspiron 11th generation i5 laptop from croma store but it have lot of issues it very heat without performing any task it ram 16 gb but spped like 2gb and charges also heats want full refund i want to return this product and please reply of my email i already email on croma email id but still no response received want immediately refund

One of the most disappointing visits that I have ever had at any store in my life. The customer service is truly horrible, the salespeople are not clear at all with the customers as to the availability of the product. I waited for 1.5 hrs 3 days in a row waiting for a single phone and still did not receive it. The manager’s problem solving ability is laughable at best and staff members seem like they just got out of bed. I have really never seen more ignorant staff at any store. I really wished the company would take strict action against them. The manager’s name is Nidhi and the staff’s name is Yakhum or something similar. I was trying to buy a one plus phone. I request some kind of action or reparations against this incident.

I am not surprised to see so many bad reviews, especially related to staff, as I had a similar experience. I liked a particular Havells OFR heater on the Croma website and requested a callback from the Pusa Road branch. I received a call from Mr. Harish for the same, and he quoted the online price of 12.5k. I asked him if any debit/credit card offer would be applicable as it was online, and he told me that yes, you come to the store, and he would give me the best pricing. After confirming what product I wanted, my mobile number, my profile, my GST number, and everything, finally, when I was about to close, he said that he wouldn't be able to give me any discount as the debit card discount is applicable on a minimum shopping of 15,000 offline, while online, it is 10,000. He didn't provide this information earlier and said that he works offline, which is why he doesn't know anything about online shopping offers, which I believe is false. Also, since he didn't provide any additional discount, what was the point of me coming to the store and being told that he could not give me a discount when he couldn't stick to his commitment over the phone? And thus, I decided to buy from Reliance Digital instead of croma.

Worst service.They promised to deliver within 3 hrs but did not deliver even after 48 hr within the radius of 3 km from their store in Karol Bagh Delhi. This not what we expect from a company like TATA. Given Contact number is always busy or out of network. Customer care service is also pathetic.

U r fraud...your Delhi Karol bagh store people did a fraud with me. I raised the complainant with all of your portal but getting no solution. Even not getting response from customer care. Seems like all are involved in this fraud... Customer support is useless. Don't waste your time visiting there. U will regret your visit.

He is making me wait from past 5 hours and whenever i am calling he is just saying "coming in next 30 mins or 1 hour". And no support from Chroma team as well. They themselves dont know who is sent for service. Asking me instead for the number of concerned technician. Made a mistake buying AC and RO from this Chroma. I bought JBL TWS 230 NC from here costing around 4467 rs, which started malfunctioning within 7-8 months, but thanks to Croma, they not only repaired it for first time, but replaced it when it again started malfunctioning for the second time..... Very bad management especially Assistant Manager Prashant is very irrresponsible and making wrong commintments. Their service is very very very slow . They misguided me about the price of machine and charged for extra warranty without my consent and in refund it consumed my 3.5 hrs

Nice, clean showroom with a good range of products. Don't expect any cash discounts but for certain bank's card you get discounts on specific days. This place is on the busy road but decent parking space on the ground floor.
